Austria national football team coach Ralf Rangnick said that today's World Cup match against Jordan was very demanding, but that he believes his team deserved to win the match.
"This was very intense, sometimes even too intense. Jordan did an incredible job and made everything very difficult for us. In the end, we deserved to win, but it was very difficult," Rangnik stated.
The Austrian national football team defeated the Jordanian national team 3:1 today in Santa Clara, in the first round match of Group J at the World Cup.
The Austrian football team will play against the Argentine national team in the second round of Group J in Arlington.
