Several celebrities tested positive for covid after the Golden Globes ceremony.
Actors Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson, Jamie Lee Curtis and Michelle Pfeiffer announced that they felt symptoms of the virus a few days after the award.
In order to go to the awards ceremony of the Association of Television and Film Critics, which was held on Sunday, a negative result on the covid test was required.
Several celebrities took to social media to say they were forced not to attend the ceremony.

"I'm so sorry I missed the awards show today," Michelle Pfeiffer wrote in an Instagram post.
"Yes, it's covid," she added.
Pfeiffer was expected to present the Lifetime Achievement Award to actor Jeff Bridges, but that honor went to co-star John Goodman.
Jamie Lee Catrice also expressed her regrets on social media, writing that "the head cheerleader will unfortunately not be attending the weekend festivities to cheer on friends."
While Curtis was sitting at home sick, her co-stars in the film "Everything Everywhere and At Once" took home five awards, as well as the one for best film.
Covid precautions, such as testing, vaccinations and wearing masks, were not coordinated during this awards season, writes the Hollywood Reporter.
Certain ceremonies did not require any security measures, while others, such as the Golden Globes and the Motion Picture and Television Critics Association Awards, required testing, proof of vaccination, or both.

Health experts say they are not surprised.
"This is not unexpected," Dr. John Braunstein, an epidemiologist at Boston Children's Hospital, told ABC.
"If you have that many people in a closed space at a time when a lot of viruses are circulating, whether it's a cold or the flu... you're going to have active transmission of the virus," he adds.
In the last six weeks, the number of infected people in America has exceeded 400.000, according to the Center for Disease Control.
