German police have opened an investigation into alleged sexual harassment committed by Til Lindemann, lead singer of the metal band Rammstein.
Several women accused the musician of soliciting them for sex after concerts.
One of them, Shelby Lynn from Northern Ireland, believes her drink was spiked with drugs and that she was "selected and groomed for sex," she said in a recent interview with the BBC.
The XNUMX-year-old Lindeman has denied all the allegations, and his lawyers say they are "without exception false".

"Preparatory actions have been initiated for the investigation against Til Lindmann on the basis of accusations of sexual violence and drug trafficking," said a spokesman for the public prosecutor in Berlin.
The Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation on its own initiative, as well as "on the basis of several accusations by third parties", referring to people who are not directly related to the alleged incident, reports the news agency Frnas Press (AFP).
Twenty-four-year-old Lin made the accusations in May of this year on social networks.
"There is an organized system of recruiting girls," she said in an interview with the BBC.
She claims that she was escorted to a small room behind the stage after the concert in Lithuania, and she left the room when Lindeman came because she suspected that he was expecting sex.

Her accusations have sparked an avalanche of sexual assault confessions, with many women and girls believing they, like Lin, were singled out on social media by a Russian woman to have sex with Lindeman.
She invited them to parties after the concerts.
The band has launched an internal investigation into all the allegations and is speaking to all team members, a band spokesperson told the BBC.
Rammstein, a German metal band, was formed in 1993 and is known for its stage-like performances as well as controversial lyrics.
