Controversial influencer Andrew Tate has been indicted in Romania on suspicion of rape, human trafficking and the formation of an organized criminal group for the sexual exploitation of women.
His brother Tristan and two associates were also charged. All deny guilt.
The Tate brothers were first arrested in their house in Bucharest in 2022.
They were transferred to house arrest on May 31, according to the decision of the Romanian court.

In the indictment submitted to the court in Bucharest, it is stated that the four defendants organized a criminal group in 2021 that was engaged in human trafficking in Romania, but also in other countries such as America and Britain.
Seven victims who were allegedly recruited by the Tate brothers with promises of love and marriage were also named.
Andrew Tate is accused of raping one of the victims, while his brother is accused of inciting another to commit violence.
The trial will not begin immediately and is expected to last several years.
The court in Romania now has 60 days to review the indictment before the case goes to court.
