In the new government, when someone makes a mistake, or the prime minister and most members of the government believe that he made a mistake, whatever, he is dismissed or at least an attempt is made to dismiss him (I don't know what the epilogue will be with the minister of justice), regardless of the intellectual and professional capacity that owns. In the earlier one, the corrupt, plagiarists, bullies, incompetent but eligible (because when they are incompetent they have to be eligible and loyal), not only were they not dismissed, but they were also promoted. This is the essential difference between the two governments, between the two ways of life in Montenegro.

What kind of trials Krivokapić's government is going through and where all the blows are coming from was best seen in the Assembly when minister V. Bratić answered the question of the DPS MP: "It's better to be honest and perform less publicly than to act well we are stealing." This was followed by applause which, it was well noticed, honestly surprised the minister, because she was not used to approval, but only to attacks. Since she became a minister, she has not made a wrong move in her department, and she made a great one: she recommended or, in translation, prohibited the purchase of gifts for teachers for the Eighth of March.

Some people have no sense of when to shut up, even if their sins are not forgotten. The former minister of education is more active than ever, instead of going a little underground. Because we still have fresh memories of him being directly responsible for the cutting down of cypress trees in Bar, as well as for the decline of education, by bringing in his mostly incompetent party comrades as directors and teachers of Montenegrin schools.

The epidemiological situation in Montenegro improved as soon as the measures were tightened. Now cafes and schools have started working again, and the corona will return. Of course, if preventive measures were strictly followed, the corona would be contained. And it can only be overcome if the majority of the population is vaccinated. But young people don't think to wear masks and keep their distance, let alone get vaccinated. It is discouraging that such carelessness and incorrectness of young people towards the health of their parents and grandparents.

Sometimes I curse, unlike my father and mother who never cursed. My housemates would add that I swear too often. They explain it with the definition of the French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau: "Swearing is the argument of those who are wrong", and the American journalist Finley Peter Dunn: "Swearing is a compromise between flight and fighting."

I thought that Rajko Nikezić was exaggerating when he said that he was reading several books at the same time. But this spring, I found it difficult to read four books at the same time. Still, I had to complete them one by one. I started with the easiest reading, the novel "Alexander of Yugoslavia" by Vuk Drašković. I was always interested in everything related to Aleksandar Karađorđević, grandson of King Nikola, born in Cetinje. I like Drašković's narrative style, but I don't really trust him. Regardless of the fact that he says that he has been studying the material for the book for years, I think that there is a lot of imagination and few facts, except for the commonly known ones.
Then I tackled Basara's "Kontraendorphin", awarded last year's Nino Prize. That novel is read as "Zadruga" is watched - from the lowest human urges: you know it's disgusting that you stayed on that channel you stumbled upon, but you can't move on, and the minutes pass, because you're masochistically waiting for some vomit, some morbidity, after which you will think that you are not such a loser, even a scoundrel, as you often or sometimes, anyway, seem to yourself. In short, that there are worse than you.
I am now on the second half of Bekim Sejranović's book "Sandales". He is our Sergey Dovlatov. Both lived turbulently, far from their homeland and died young, not reaching their fiftieth birthday. They wrote similarly: easy, fast, witty, nostalgic, eruptive, exciting.
For the end, I left it to return to Radoslav Petković's book "Perfect Remembrance of Death". It's a difficult read, it requires full concentration, and I haven't had it for months now, but I don't want the two hundred pages that I somehow managed to go to waste.

"Bar Tales 3" was finally printed.
I have to admit that writing "Bar Stories" gives me great pleasure. That's why, instead of the planned one, here is already the third book, and I don't think there was a full stop there either. Former Barans did everything to make their day go better and there was no shortage of pranks, their descendants live faster and have some other preoccupations, but even now occasionally a stunt or a story about a nice gesture that should not be forgotten sparks up.

The famous Bar surveyor, engineer Gojko Lekić, measures the plot in Stari Bar, provides benchmarks, metal spikes that go into the base. If they are not properly nailed, the tire on the vehicle may be damaged or, simply, someone may trip and get injured.
At one point, Gojko kneels down to get a better look at the surface, and his cheek almost touches the asphalt. That's when Starobaranin comes in, holds his son's hand and says in a characteristic, full voice:
"I'm telling you, sea, to study, are you going to end up like this old man?"
