Abstinence

I see how some people easily "kill with too strong a word". They label, insult, mock. They don't care who they can hit with their rudeness, ignorance, recklessness, whatever. Someone seemed to want to take revenge on them for some long-ago sin, so he convinced them that their word was respected above others, that it was especially important. And there is no vaccine more valuable than the virus called the complex.

No wonder there are vaccines for corona. As there is for smallpox, polio, tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus... They were exterminated by the vaccine, who else?

After two Sinopharms, I received the Pfizer vaccine. I have the impression that the fourth will be Sputnik Light. This is how I will bring together the seemingly incompatible: China, America and Russia.

The Montenegrin Prime Minister is finally going on an official visit to Serbia.

Both the former and current authorities claim that Montenegro and Serbia are the two closest countries and that their relations must be brotherly, without conditioning and paternalism, because of their common past and future. But that has not been the case for a long time.

My love for Serbia is not fleeting, it has lasted for decades, and I can't, I assume, like many citizens of Montenegro, be spoiled by neither that mess from Belgrade nor this serious villain from Podgorica.

When I hear Davorin Popović and Leonard Cohen - I get sad, Arsen Dedić and Đorđe Balašević - I become poetic, Đorđe Marjanović and Dragan Stojnić - I feel proud, Tozovac and Toma Zdravković - I cheer up and at the same time imagine... Generally, some emotions shake me even though they are no longer there . "The voice flies" said the old Latins, but the voice lives...

I'm not looking for subtleties like "in fact" (two words) or "unfortunately" (one word), but notice that "whether", "I don't know", "I can't" are written separately... Whoever puts them together looks stupid , and not just illiterate.

There are always some words that are popular and in use everywhere, and we don't know who first said or wrote them. However, those who have no idea what they mean are also targeted by them. Now "discourse" and "narrative" are unavoidable.

I don't know why, or from where, but I often use the metaphor "dove soul" or "dove heart", in the sense that someone is gentle and noble, and pigeons, biologists say, are one of the most aggressive species of birds.

One of us doesn't play chess for hours and browse websites, but looks for and recommends good books. Thanks to that, I manage to occasionally escape from reality by reading. That escape is invigorating, even though the time the book takes me to is generally worse than ours.

One of the must-read books is "Me'med, Red Bandana and Snowflake", by Semezdin Mehmedinović, from Kiseljak near Tuzla, who after a long stay in America now lives in Sarajevo.

We know that we value silence and enjoy it only when the drilling and tuning stops in the apartment next door.
