I don't write anything because I don't read anything, except nonsense from the phone. Writing and reading are inextricably linked. But, we were at the Fair, bought a (traditional) mountain of books, so I expect better reading days.

Belgrade welcomed us, as always: young, energetic, hospitable. There is nothing that can kill the spirit of that city. Neither the "liberators" from Montenegro in 1946, nor those who escaped trouble in the XNUMXs from BiH and Croatia were able to do this. Belgrade squirmed a little, groaned, and then managed to adjust them to himself.

We saw three completely different plays.

In the "Heartefact" theater, it was the play "How I Learned to Drive", with the excellent young actress Marta Bogosavljević and the ever-so pensive Svetozar Cvetković. I feel uncomfortable when I watch stories about incest and exploitation of minors, in any form.

From JDP, with "Men's tears", we left without a single emotion, despite the good acting of Vojin Ćetković, Nenad Jezdić, Zoran Cvijanović and others.

At the National Theater it was a privilege to watch Nikita Mikhalkov, as director and actor, in the play "12" and listen to the melodious Russian language (along with French, probably the most beautiful language in the world). A big problem, however, was the subtitling - "to the top of the hill", far above the scene, in small letters. During the break, after a long hesitation, we went out. My eyes were grateful, no less so was my neck...

And Bar was bent over this fall. He was poisoned by both people and lead. However, two people managed to preserve his dignity. Milena Bajagić, a professor at the Bar Grammar School, without thinking, jumped into the quarreling young men, one of whom suffered life-threatening injuries due to a knife wound. The professor gave him first aid on the spot.

On the occasion of the release of the juvenile perpetrator of that crime to defend himself from freedom, two protests were held in the center of Bar where stricter punishments for juvenile delinquents were demanded. From the first protest, the address of the father of the injured high school student, who, fortunately, is recovering successfully, was especially memorable. Ceno Mujić, among other things, said that, in the good Bar tradition, not only his comrades, but also many other Barans of all three faiths prayed for his son's life: under Ostrog, in the temple, in the cathedral, in the mosque. Thanks to the Mujić family, Bar came out of this accident multi-confessional stronger.

Peer violence is a growing evil in our country and must be combated by all available means, while there is still time. And that through the reaction of the entire society, and parents at home and teachers at schools have to deal with their children or students every day and react to every observed change in their behavior.

I was in the first grade of elementary school when my father called me and my brother and said: "I don't want a fight in the house - you will both support Red Star like I do!" And since then I have been a "star". Five years later, on April 28, 1971, I cried inconsolably after Zvezda lost to Panathenaikos 3:0, in the second leg of the Champions Cup semi-final. By the end of the 20th century, my love for the "red and white" only grew. Then it started to gradually decrease, but I didn't believe that the time would come when I would know more names of opposing players than Zvezda's, like recently, when Barcelona visited Belgrade...

As part of the Municipality Day celebration, on November 27, in the House of Olives in Stari Bar, the book "Bar in the Halls of Memory 2" will be promoted. It contains texts by 55 authors, published every Saturday, over the past 12 months, on Bar Info, the Radio Bar website. There were good and less good texts, and their greatest value is that they are mostly dedicated to Bar and its inhabitants over the decades.

On the cover are the selected sentences of my school friend Slavica Đokić and the slightly younger Milica Kovačević:

...There were both light and shadows. And laughter and tears. And nectar and wormwood. They were some of my roadside signs...

...The bar stayed in the night, getting smaller, the stone in the chest getting bigger, and we went to meet some new worlds...
