Urban legend about the A6 building

I read somewhere: "What do you swear to believe when you don't have God in you . God will be ashamed of you and your religion." Or on this occasion: "Why are you hiding behind the rule of law and democracy when the common people will be ashamed of themselves and you because of your (in)action".

It is known that Bara defrauded 100 families of educational and health workers and turned them into financial slaves who for seven years have not been able to buy even a tire for a stroller on credit. It was admitted that someone took millions from the building of health and education workers. It has been proven that it was built, extended, sold and sold in violation of all legal norms and rules of conduct.

I know that this will not affect anyone, because everything is already known, recognized and proven. But - it hurts. The carelessness of the system towards the cream of society hurts. They really treat educators and health workers like cream, but for shoes, their expensive, Italian ones. They smear us on their leather shoes and then stomp and kick to polish their expensive footwear a little better. It hurts those who give the boss half of their salary (and today everyone is a boss). It hurts the children of my colleagues who live in the A6 building in the dark and without water for basic necessities, which I guess in the time of Euro-Atlantic integration - everyone should have.

We've reached out to literally every address that's valid for solving the problem, every local and state level investor that we know of that can help. That there is good will.

And silence, nothing, an empty set. Everyone turns their head, promises with a serious expression that they will do everything in their power to help respected professors and doctors, because we, according to the words of our respected "leaders", are still someone who deserves respect and attention.

Everyone can't wait for us to get out of their offices so they can see our backs and close the door behind us, take out a lollipop or a bottle of whiskey (depending on the needs) and continue their everyday life. And so for seven years we have been asking for two hundred thousand euros for one hundred families to solve one of life's most important issues.

In truth, the Ministry of Education, headed by Predrag Bošković, MSc, listened to its employees and, in cooperation with the trade union, financially enabled us to complete the apartments for educators, whose interior, apart from varnishing of the parquet, which is currently being completed, is complete. But that's just a drop in the ocean. But what to do without water, electricity, elevators, registration. The Ministry of Health acts as an institution outside the system. Officially - they don't have the money to do their part. I have the impression that the doctors from Bar are not in our system, but in the healthcare system of Somalia or Bangladesh.

I often imagine my friend and comrade from this story about apartments, a surgeon by the way, operating and during the operation he is thinking whether the landlord is coming to pay him rent today or whether he will be flexible and wait for his salary. And the hand moves and says thread, the head says rent, then thread, rent and so on. And put him under the scalpel when it's the first of the month. Every day I see my fellow educators who take care of at least thirty students in each class. In this time of a destroyed system of values, they must be concentrated, careful and prepared, they must anticipate all possible and impossible situations so that the class passes according to the rules. How to do it well when you are a tenant with almost forty years of service and you are waiting to be given what you paid for and earned, which is yours?

I am appealing to the system, to the state whose officers we are and whose laws we respect, please help to solve this perennial issue. I attended a couple of funerals and funerals for the unsuspecting tenants of the famous A6 building. Don't let the problem be solved by doing nothing and waiting for the tenants to biologically disappear. I am of the opinion that both the state and the city of Bar need a living, dignified and satisfied educational and health worker if we think that we are going forward in terms of culture and civilization.
