Of course, it is too early to think, let alone conclude, that the Prosecutor's Office has become an independent and serious institution. Which, instead of selective justice, which is in fact the greatest injustice, will apply the principle of equal treatment to all affairs and corruption cases!? Regardless of whose name the investigation may lead to. It will take even more determination and steadfastness in the actions of Stanković and Katnić to convince the majority Montenegrin public that the Prosecutor's Office is finally doing its job. After 20 years of shame, silence, farcical investigations, cover-up, subterfuge, political indictments, cover-up of crimes, everything that was founded by the regime's henchman Vlado Šušović.
It was known that one day Brussels and Washington, the EU and NATO will say that it can no longer be like this. It is a technical question whether it is this moment or we will still wait for it, but it is inevitable.
