In order not to disrespect the symbols and institutions of Montenegro, I immediately went to the municipality this morning. Because, according to the Constitution, the president is an institution, and the 2000-square-meter house below Gorica is a symbol of the same creation. So, I respect Milo and I also respect his drive towards investigative journalism. "I invite the media to use the opportunities provided by investigative journalism, go to the municipality and check all the papers, as well as who performed the works on the building."
Knock Knock. Here I am at dawn in the municipality. I ask the porter if I can see Mayor Vuković, and he tells me that he hasn't arrived yet: "He must have stopped for his morning walk around the Tito monument, which he practices every morning, for at least half an hour," said the kind man.
After about fifteen minutes, he informed me that the mayor had arrived and was waiting for me in the office.
- He entered through the other door, through the Ministry of Justice, because ever since this happened with former mayor Migo, he doesn't like to enter the main door at all - explained to me the rarely kind porter of SO PG.
When I entered the office, Vuković (Ivan) hugged me stronger and more heartily than Migo Duška that evening in Golubovci, after he handed him the donation.
- Ever since I saw that video of the unworthy schoolmate Knežević, I sympathize with Migo so much that I want to hug every man I meet on the street, thinking that I am hugging Migo the moment he watches a video clip of Dee Kay - explained Vuković.
- I completely understand you, Ivan, because ever since what happened to Migo, when I meet any member of the DPS Main Board on the street, I want to stop him and give him two envelopes, one with 50 and the other with 47.500 euros, so that tomorrow flaunted in front of the box guards and vote buyers with some strange green bills - I retaliated to young Vuković.
Then I got down to business and explained to the mayor that I came on the recommendation of the DPS president to investigate and check who is building a house of 2000 square meters below Gorica and for whom.
- And this has been going on for four years, it is not easy to build such a house, but the renowned investor forgot that our president lives in the neighborhood, in an apartment ten times smaller (literally: only two hundred square meters). Why did his film break one morning so he went directly to the investor to ask him about the house!? And to solve this noise problem - I explained to Vuković. The young assistant broke into a sweat when I mentioned the Boss. Uncle's child, I thought, because the image came to mind of Professor Mikeli Vuković sweating in front of Duško, not ready to tell the Boss that Knežević would shave him if he stole his property.
- I know about the noise problem, which at times is unbearable for the Chief, so I gave the cadastre an order to keep the house as "no name" until further notice. No address, no name, no number. If we have over 300 square meters of illegal buildings in Podgorica, we can put up with these 2000 - said the mayor under his breath.
I then suggested to him that it would be better for the city if Milo made an agreement with an investor and bought a house. Or that if the investor stays at an unreasonably high price, and the president should be trusted when he points out that problem, that the municipality mediate and end the mess with the noise in the president's head.
- In that case, the municipality would pay the investor 10 million euros from the budget, hand over the keys to the house to the president, and take the keys to the apartment from him - I concluded the elaboration of the proposal.
Vuković jumps up and starts hugging me like the son of VDT Stanković Milo on the night of another big election victory for DPS and the president.
- That's a great idea! Under the motto "you have a house, return an apartment", which was once launched by Comrade Tito, I can easily solve this problem with the Boss. It's true that it would be a little different with him: "return the apartment, here's your house", but it comes down to the same thing - said Vuković beaming.
- And nobody will notice that zero difference. The apartment has 200 and the house 2000 square meters, but from so many zeros to an ordinary man who lives in 50 square meters, with a family of a son and three grandchildren, his head spins from so many zeros that he can never understand that 200 is not enough for the president, so 2000 square meters - additional mayors.
Then we said goodbye.
Look at the miracles, the president wants to spend the rest of his life in Montenegro. And Duško hoped that he would not return from Dubai. Where is the neighbor with Statis and Šinavtar, say those from Pobjeda. But they are not allowed to publish. Really, if that's the case, it's not right for him as the father of the nation to stay within those four walls, even with such a neighborhood - Milica on one side, and Momir on the other.
I thought about all this as I was leaving the municipality. At the door, behind a nearby flower pot, the friendly porter from the beginning of the story jumps out in front of me.
- I'm sorry, but since what happened with Migo, I have to search everyone who visits the mayor on the way out and see if they have an envelope in a pocket or not. If there is one, I will immediately send it to the DPS cashier's office so that the accountant can take a good look at it, and if it is not there, I will report it to the head of the local community in whose territory it is conducted so that he will visit it in the following days and ask him to provide an envelope for the Chief. That is, the state. If Duško could do it for 25 years, you can do it for one year, a head of the Ministry of Health would say to a certain Mašan - explain to me the porter of the SO PG, otherwise a wonderful man and a great professional.
And so I did the job of an investigative journalist. If it weren't for the president, I wouldn't have thought to investigate, but I would have believed Knežević and Vijesti that the palace under Gorica was Milo's own. And now I see that it is not. Because the cadastral books of the young Mayor Vuković do not recognize any house under Gorica of 2000 square meters. And the municipality is not interested in who is its owner and investor, be it Milo or President Đukanović. Because as the DPS claims - everyone is equal before the law.
And one more thing bothered me. I trust the president because I respect the institutions of the state, so I can't understand who the investor jerk is who didn't want to meet the head of state with a price. Because if it was, it would already be in his name or in the name of one of Duško's companies. And it comes to him the same way. Because everything that is Duško's is also mine, said Milo, before, with a bright red face, he turned to pale Meta, the president of Albania, and said to him - say hello to Edija Rama when you return to Tirana. Because Rama is a sincere friend of Montenegro. And whoever is a friend of Montenegro is also Milo's friend. That's why he chooses friends because Montenegro is one. And if she gets a lot of friends who all want to be investors too, she's screwed. Well done, Milo. But late. Both for Montenegro and for you.
