According to Vukajlija, "Laki is a little nervous" is a phrase from the cult movie "Marathoners run the lap of honor", which is used as a metaphor for "the state of a person who gets angry for some not very good reason".
But this is the case when Lucky is a little nervous. However, the cause for alarm becomes much more serious when Lucky becomes very nervous. And that's how our (light) prime minister looked during a recent visit to his hometown.
Easy on the words, easy on the fists, easy on the gun. And all in accordance with common law! Which included the so-called business delegation, which in fact looked more like an accompanying choir humming in unison to Laki's notes: Let Medo hang - Freedom to Pejović!
However, one should not be naive. In these "marathoners" of ours, who, like those of Kovačević, run the lap of honor, the mentioned participants in the violence at the Belgrade airport are the least important. Laki and his business choir were much more concerned about another topic - what will happen to KAP!
We should list and remember the names of the political-economic delegation that welcomed the Prime Minister in Nikšić and chanted in unison that "strategic investor" Pejović is not only the last chance to save KAP but also Montenegro itself.
Patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels, wrote Samuel Johnson long ago. In the last 25 years of unchanged government in Montenegro, citizens have paid the price for such, admittedly false, patriotism many times.
The stronger the verbal barrage that followed certain operations of the regime, from those of war to those of privatization, was the greater was the robbery of the state and citizens that stood behind the big words.
Is that the case this time as well? The prime minister finds it appropriate to hold a whole tirade, five minutes of speeches about the face and Pejović, customary and labor law, then his business cavalry trumpets that the deputies must be careful what they say, and Dnevnik Bastilje fits it all into a ten-minute story about the last chance for KAP, that it is for us. Well, let some traitor say that the planned sale is not in the best interest of the state!
That's why I'm suspicious of this and this much noise. Why is Lucky so nervous. Because of Pejović, his family and his image. Sound cynical? From some earlier episodes, it could be concluded that the prime minister actually has a deep private interest in saving KAP.
Based on the business analysis of a strategic investor, it is difficult to conclude where Veselin Pejović earned around one hundred million euros, of which he now intends to invest a quarter in KAP?! Because if we are talking about business, even though the prime minister has no idea about it, which he has shown many times, one should know an elementary thing - no serious businessman puts "all his eggs in one basket".
Therefore, if his strategic investor wants to invest 27 million, and only for the beginning, in KAP, then it must be that it is only a part, at most a quarter of his total capital. So, where did Veselin Pejović earn those 100 million?! Or is the owner of Uniprom, both in the story about KAP and in this lamentation about his fate after the attack on the MP, just a collateral victim of the prime minister's interests and money?!
Speculation has been circulating in the bazaar for weeks that Pejović is only the frontman of the "investment", that the money is not his, but the prime minister's and his. And the calculation is simple - KAP is bought for 27 million, a couple can invest in its maintenance until it definitely shuts down and then it is sold off as scrap metal.
The workers will fall on the budget, and the value of the existing halls, equipment, machines on the market of secondary raw materials, experts say, is at the level of the amount offered for KAP?! This covers the "investment".
And then the stake remains - tens of thousands of square meters of KAP land for which the blackmailed and corrupt mayor of Podgorica has already announced that he will declare them an exclusive industrial zone! Which makes the value of that land skyrocket. And "strategic investors" fill their pockets. From state and national property.
Here is the solution to the enigma: why is Laki very nervous, why was there a parade in Nikšić, why was a chorus of businessmen organized and why did the Bastille wrap it all up in irresistible propaganda under the title - KAP must fall! To give you goosebumps.
Even Ukraine does not remember something like this during the Yanukovych era. And when this president of ours escapes to the Crimea, to the Russian brothers, only then will we see what is left behind. And his political-economic delegation from Nikšić. To be afraid that it will surpass the scenes of luxury, luxury and kitsch that we see these days from the palaces of yesterday's Ukrainian rulers.
