And this 13th of July passed without work and solemnly. The latter - just as befits an important date that is one of the symbols of the existence and duration of Montenegro. Part of the folklore on such major national holidays are also the unavoidable occasional interviews. The big ones. Long. On several sides. Always a good opportunity to, once again, hear the official views of the first people of the state.
President. Or the prime minister. But wait, this holiday is different.
The Great Leader spoke up. Former prime minister, former president. The former, but the big one. All in chosen words. As befits the greats. To know who is first. And the best. And who can see the farthest. And who knows.
"We have the resources, there is some capital in Montenegro, and the world is on the rise", announced the Great Leader - to his people in a holiday interview.
In truth, he does not make a single mistake in this statement. Only - you need to know how to induce world capital to our resources and thereby increase domestic capital. He skipped something else very important. Crucial, I would say, in our case. With the described process that really offers well-being in theory - well-being will come, but if in practice you do not violate your own laws, European standards, procedures, respect the right of the public to know, the right of citizens to participate in decision-making... Otherwise, well-being will only come to the Great To the leader and the courtiers. And then they know what to do and how to multiply and accumulate well-being and even present it as a general state.
Eh, and in order to improve that, the general condition of the population, holiday interviews like this are used. That those who "punish" Montenegro be well "rewarded". Because they are like some evil witches on a broomstick at night, flying over our coast, over factories and river canyons and frantically chasing away investors who are frightened by the media and non-governmental organizations.
During that time, state officials, loyal to the Great Leader, run after frightened investors, themselves trained by the media and NGOs, with folders full of laws under their arms and standards they demand that the investor fulfill. The Great Leader dispenses. There are various folders. Depends on the deal.
The cards are shuffled and the best combination for the investor and the host representative is drawn, i.e. The Great Leader.
The nature of the job does not allow the Great Leader to make mistakes. He did not make a mistake when he stepped down from his official position. And this is how he holds all the strings in his hands. It is a theater of puppets and shadows. A combination. Profitable. From the dark nineties to today. And the audience, if they applaud, they applaud. Although the puppets constantly make the same movements, have the same lines, and the same shadows appear on the stage - the audience, by inertia, slaps the palm of the hand. Already visibly tired and starving. But somehow it works. The show must go on. The Great Leader said.
Various performances are taking place all over the planet at any moment. But the cult of the Great Leader in the 21st century is not easy to maintain. It's an interesting story about a country far away from us, I mean geographically - North Korea. Although distant by meridians, somehow according to the description it looks just like our country. North Korea has good conditions for the development of a modern economy, including significant reserves of coal and other minerals. The Yalu, Tumen and Taedong rivers and their basins provide an opportunity for the construction of hydropower plants. It looks like it, doesn't it? Admittedly, we don't have that much mineral wealth, but we have, they assure us, a chance for development and an opportunity to build hydropower plants. In fact, we build and they reap the fruits. The hydropower plant is working.
And that's not all. We have – the Great Leader. Just like North Korea.
It's an interesting story - Kim Il Sung was the leader of North Korea from its inception in 1948 until, as befits, his death. He was prime minister from 1948 to 1972. Then president from 1972 until his death. And in 1992 he received the title of Generalissimo.
They called him the Great Leader. After his death, he was entered into the Constitution under the title Eternal Leader. The days of his birth and death are non-working days in North Korea.
After his death, he was succeeded by his son - Kim Jong Il. Known as Dear Leader in Korea. It was a precedent in the communist system that the father was succeeded by the son. But a Great Leader would not become an Eternal Leader if he did not know how to do it. After his father's death, the son took control of all important functions in the state apparatus. However, the position of president remained vacant, and was later abolished as a sign of respect for the Great or Eternal Leader. Since they don't have a president - there is no one to call elections, so they don't even hold them.
Rational. Why would I? To spend money? Maybe this information will encourage someone to introduce something similar here. And top functions to be abolished.
They take it off the budget. Anyway, our Great Leader is persistently trying to put them under DPS anesthesia. Whenever a small movement is made, there it is, announcing itself.

For the Korean Great Leader, it is not known which sport was his favorite, but the Dear Leader is a great lover of basketball, and, they say, he looks just like his father. Any resemblance to our reality is at your own risk.
Now Korea's Dear Leader is preparing his son as his successor. A man introduced him to the system at a very young age, so he persistently prepares him for politics. He is currently preoccupied with eliminating all possible political opponents. He is paving his way through the party and the hearts of the people. But he also teaches and warns him not to go down another, bad path. Why would you – the path is beaten. And the people have already given him the title - Young leader. And here any similarity is pure coincidence. The question is how much courage we have to recognize the coincidence. But it remains to be seen what will happen to the educated Young Leader, when he starts to wonder. While Tate - the Koreans will hardly find out what he can do. And can he at all.
It's time for everyone to take responsibility for themselves. May the 13th of July holidays not pass like this last one. With the messages of the Great Leader and forgetting why exactly July XNUMX is our greatest day and for what values the citizens of Montenegro stood up. How long will interviews served from a hidden place, full of dangerous messages, poisonous arrows, dictates and drawing targets - still depend on us. It's like cigarettes.
