Something strange is happening with the President, I can't tell if he is making fun of us in front of the European Union, or with her in front of us. Just like yesterday, she was an overrated bride who doesn't see that three decades after the fall of the Berlin Wall, she is less and less desirable. Now it's even darker for him.
- In the Balkans, the question of whether we as Europe and as NATO will defend the European and Euro-Atlantic value system or whether we will leave the Balkans to the influence of third parties who are trying to use this confusion in our space to penetrate their political and value systems, which are diametrically opposed at the moment, is currently being resolved. to the European system of values - this President's sentence is long, but what am I going to do.
Golden quotes, I can't do otherwise, otherwise I'll end up like "some media that misinterpreted the prime minister".
I can ask, but I don't have the chance. And I am keenly interested in who is trying to penetrate and destroy this European idyll in Montenegro and beyond...

The first thing that came to mind was China. But, it has been there for more than two decades, it penetrated first through mini flea markets for two euros. Now, at least that much more, it is stationed between Bioč and Lipovo, and that for a billion or two.
Isn't it Turkey? I don't believe it, and she has become so comfortable under Depees that she no longer invests only in business. It is in health care and education - spiritual and secular. She has not yet penetrated the police, although a certain closeness can be sensed on that front as well. Especially when it comes to methods of working against insurgents.
Have Azerbaijanis and Egyptians become a threat to the European future of Montenegro? Well, the President was admiring the achievements in Porto Novi and Luštica bej as much as yesterday... And the long-promised full penetration is yet to come...
It must be that he was thinking of Russia. But Europe is no longer of any help here, it did as much as it could regarding the coup d'état. Been once in 2016 and never again...
Russia penetrated much earlier, not only through real estate and movable property. If the regime dares to continue, the European legal acquis will have to stand behind the Russian acquired rights. Although you never know with geopolitics...

He thought Prime Minister DM also had the acquired right to at least sometimes express his own and not just the party's position
- The model from 2016, when the opposition entered the Government, was a unique example of compromise in the world. We have the ability to turn that model into a sustainable political approach. "Let's get back to it," he offered on May 28, answering - according to the rules of procedure of the Assembly - to the question of MP Miodrag Lekić.
The allegation was corrected only after four days.
- The prime minister did not invite the opposition to the transitional government, but to a dialogue. I listened to Marković very precisely and the call did not refer to the transitional government. This was interpreted by a part of the media and it is something that part of the opposition wants - announced the Prime Minister's party chief Milo Đukanović, holding on to the rules of procedure just as much as to his closest associate.

That's right, Prime Minister DM didn't say the word transitional government. But he described in detail the one from 2016 and called for a return to that model, I listened to the recordings from the Assembly.
I previously tried an easier way, to copy the prime minister's answer from some regime media. Everything is recorded word for word, including relations with Russia and public administration, only the main statement is missing.
Were all the patriotic reporters of that Tuesday inclined to anticipate the President's thoughts at the same time, or did someone from his cabinet anticipate the consequences of the Prime Minister's statement - not even a letter about the transitional government.
Okay, I understand that they didn't have enough audacity to interpret that derailed the Chief so much that he publicly humiliated the first one next to him.
But they could at least quote the Prime Minister, he literally called "to return to the model from 2016, when the opposition entered the Government". Yes, it sounds a bit rude, but at least it is not subject to denial...

The final rift in Depees was felt by the masses on social networks who knows how many times. Although experience says that this party has been in some kind of schism since the nineties, whenever the government is even minimally shaken. Especially in an election year.
It started as a split between Kostić and Bulatović. The first commanded "Save the bullets, you'll need them", while the second acted as a reformer and explained a new development philosophy. And then we were all stuck in a war. Which was announced by the bullet guard, but the reformer needed additional ammunition.
The second schism was Bulatović - Đukanović. Yugoslavia without an alternative and Yugoslavia with an alternative, but both based on those bloody bullets. FRY won with an alternative, not for Montenegro but for the so-called transit of cigarettes.
That branch of the economy experienced an incredible boom, the international smuggling of weapons, people and drugs traveled through the tobacco routes. The crumbling Yugoslavia was maintained entirely by corruption and money laundering, and untainted profits ended up in the machinery of depees and espees, while the percentages did not definitively divide them...

The third split between Đukanović and Marović was announced a year or two after the bombing. Whispered propaganda promised an unprecedented miracle - the President of Montenegro will finally turn to Montenegro. If the President of the Assembly does not prevent him from turning around, who is still focused on the Serbian issue.
When Marović, from the top of the most ridiculous state in the world, DZSiCG, clicked that an independent Montenegro had no alternative, it was clear that there was nothing to do with a split for state-building reasons. It happened a decade later, but because of that smuggling from the second schism. Which, in the meantime, has been enhanced by the looting of businesses and banks, forests and fields, and especially citizens...
At that time, there were some distant doubts that even a tiny split was possible, due to the youthful transitional prime minister prone to daydreaming, not only poetic. But Lukšić was deleted from the list of schismatics before he managed to convince us that he is even capable of such a thing...

Schism after schism, and here we are in 2019, waiting for a crack between Đukanović and Marković. It's been the third year since it almost crashed. Although the two are obviously in the same positions as they were three decades ago. When the second was the formation secretary of the first.
And if the said schism was really real and DM really was the real prime minister, he would have behaved drastically differently. And he would not, after such a public slap, go away to remain silent at any cost. Not even at the cost of a split or resignation. There is no third way out...
PS I did, President - the prime minister would say hello to the head of the state and the party - I invited the opposition to the transitional government. It will be useful for Montenegro and the country. Better even like that, at least ours, than theirs from the Agreement on the Future. And don't interpret me anymore, I'll keep calling until he comes in. If I don't bring the opposition into the transitional government as soon as possible, we will be left this fall without the third they offered us in the spring...
