Whenever the people of Depees do some kind of hogwash - political or criminogenic kind, it doesn't matter, they have been synonymous with our government for a long time - I think that this time they finally overdid it and that it really can't go on like this.
And then the crowd, who knows how many times in these thirty years, gives me a collective slap again... What, aren't they allowing the liturgy on Svač again? Readers - thirty thousand, at least. Enough to shake the government in a real rebellion, and because of real problems...
Who, do they really mean to take Ostrog from us? I can't gather from all the portals, but at least a hundred thousand virtual guardians of the long-dead saint have announced on both sides, for sure...
If so many of them actually took to the streets because of these living devils on the political stage, a mass exodus would not even take half a day to begin. Who, I was a minister, you replaced me with someone else, I never even voted for Depees and was not in it...
The foundations of hope in Montenegro are fragile. That's why Facebook, Instagram and other platforms burned for the longest time because of five or six sentences of one actor and one office worker.
Hate speech? It is! But the country in the hilly Balkans is lucky, in which this dangerous inter-ethnic phenomenon was noticed on the public scene only in June 2019...

I did not check to which nation Vladimir Jokić belongs, the only mayor of the municipality who - if I remember correctly - was replaced twice in four months by his angry opponents. What about voices, what about crowbars...
Not that they are really angry, but they are so furious in their public appearances that it borders on hatred. I sincerely hope not national, I guess this is only about politics. The opposite, but still politics...
When the procedure for his dismissal was first started, I thought - well, this time they really went beyond all measures. They are looking for flaws in the president of a small and long-defunct municipality, from the opposition party, at a time when tens of thousands of fighters are protesting against the state government to save what is left of the whole of Montenegro.
Those free people on the Street in a little more than three weeks managed to do what no one could in thirty years - to unite the entire opposition on the way to the same goal, the simultaneous change of regime and system. And correcting the mistake that part of the opposition made about fifteen years ago, agreeing to the fraud of the government and democracy...

Despite all that, Vladimir Jokić was dismissed at the end of April. Those who were able and willing to think realized already then - that shift was not a goal in itself, but a road map to the main goal.
That main goal, four months later it's time for everyone to recognize it, was the collapse of the protests that were still threatening the government in mid-spring. Plus, at the same time, breaking the opposition unity, even though it was the only guarantee of a peaceful change of government. And the only way for Montenegro to start a real and complete transition into a free, democratic society.
It is precisely this main goal that almost no one has seriously and publicly addressed, it is important to insult the man on the regime's wanted list as crudely and primitively as possible. The representatives of the authorities, as always, tried to cover up their participation in the chase, cynically referring to the institutions of the system that they had captured long ago.
And the opposition? Also, as always, in moments that could be crucial for Montenegro, she could not see beyond her nose. The part that did see, either participated or did not want to deal with the global consequences of the local shift. Because its leaders have known for a long time that there is a place for them on the political stage only as long as the leader of the depees plays the main role on it.

The local part of the dangerous political performance, the one that concerned Kotor and Jokić, was dealt with by the highest legal instance. Although too late, the Administrative Court annulled his dismissal.
If I remember correctly, it was announced that the dismissal was illegal, in an illegally organized continuation of a legally interrupted session. The presiding of the depees councilor was also illegal, and the record for violating the law, four times in the same hour and in the same place, was reached because the request to remove the president was not even explained.
We do not recognize this court, we only recognize the court of our Party, 18 of its followers broke into their heads, even though a quarter of them have a membership card of someone else, even if only formally.
The wonder is this will to power, especially when the local characters bring it to absurdity. Well, the councilors of the supposedly opposition parties almost died fighting to bring to power - the government they are supposedly fighting against.
I guess based on the model of the president from the neighboring municipality. Who offered the officially declared executioners of his party to cooperate no less and no more than as if they were in the same party...

When the Kotor government, which was legally elected and certified by the court's decision, decided to open the municipal gates to fans of aerial performances, a coalition in which half of the participants could not see eye to eye formed the movement "Resist the Administrative Court". And she continued to hang out in the bar, following the example of her political parents from '89.
It was not announced whether the hosts also voted or only the guests, but it is clear that the president of the Kotor Assembly was unanimously dismissed. It is our democratic right to form a local government, they said, and full of energy opened the season in that coastal city - the crowbar of democracy.
It is, and it is my democratic right to be the President of the country, but I don't have a crowbar, I tried to make a joke, but that didn't dispel the nausea because of the new method of implementing the old democratic principles of this regime.

It was clear that crowbars would rule the Kotor scandal even before the procedure for removing the president was started. I asked the participants of that venture in a timely manner why such a rush.
Did he steal anything - they said he didn't. Did he arrange public procurement for whom - no. Is there any personal benefit from the contract with the Government - no.
If he hadn't killed anyone - I didn't ask, I would have known from somewhere... As I know that neither the individual nor the group motives of the shift will be publicly acknowledged by any of its organizers and performers. If the "arguments" do not count the incoherent story that the cruise ships that sail in during Jokić's mandate will raze the UNESCO city to the ground and that the concession agreement with the Government will destroy the Port of Kotor.
How did I know that the removal of the president had nothing to do with cruise ships, even though most of the media was just buzzing about it? Well, they've been sailing for years, the former depees-esdepe government invited them to the premiere and still boasted about it...
And, as far as I can see these days, even after returning in an expanded composition, he shows no intention of blocking them at the entrance to the Gulf...
PS What will happen to the allegedly illegal concession agreement between the Port and the Government? Well, I can't wait to see that miracle as well, as Željko Aprcović publicly tells the prime minister: I withdraw my signature, I'm not your Vladimir Jokić!... And it wasn't, unfortunately. But not because the signature will remain. But because depees will continue where he stopped three years ago. To build a more beautiful and - older Kotor...
