The famous porn video of the Croatian singer Severina was published about fifteen years ago. Sometime when Milan Roćen was the ambassador of the state union of Serbia and Montenegro in Moscow.
And just as it will remain a secret whether Severina herself published the video on the Internet in order to increase popularity or someone malicious did it, so it will probably remain hidden who is behind the audio recordings of Milan Roćen's phone conversations with party colleagues, friends and associates. As it happens when it comes to affairs, the most famous of which is the "Listing", to meet the Congress or another type of personnel realignment in the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
Let's go in order.
Immediately after the publication of the first video with Oleg Deripaska, suspicion fell on Moscow. Let's be realistic - the Russian services would not have to dig through fifteen-year-old archives to compromise Rocen or anyone who, like him, has such a long history of political and other relations with that country. With today's techniques, they would probably publish something fresher, and if they had something against Roćen, they would have done it on earlier occasions. And most importantly, Gennady Sisoyev, the head of correspondence for the Russian newspaper Kommersant for the Balkans, immediately sent a message that the DPS top brass and Roćen, who are close to him, have no doubt that the Russians are behind this affair.
He says that this is done by someone who is not comfortable with the ball being dropped between Podgorica and Belgrade in the midst of the controversy about the church, when Vučić and the leadership of Montenegro are asking for it.
Believing that Russian or Serbian services are behind this, Vučić's favorite toys to be cheered on by the media, is like believing in Russian fairy tales or myths about Marko Kraljević.
The Serbian security underground does not fit the profile of this type of deep throat - they were never so subtle as to engage, for example, in the telephone conversations of Roćen and Srećko, a little-known representative of the all-firm wardrobe in Podgorica and a well-known general supplier of Montenegrin female ministers and those who would they were happy. The fact that most of the audio recordings were published by the pro-Russian and pro-Serbian portal IN4S does not mean anything at all - every media outlet would have published at least part of these conversations, and they are often two or three ways from the source.
If one wants to send a message, then it is done with one or two recordings, and not a whole series that we will further analyze from the mind of an average DPS activist or voter.
What can he hear on the recordings released so far?
The great commitment of Roćen and most of the DPS officials recorded to the party and the state, as they imagine it should look like. The paternal figure of Milo Đukanović, who talks to his son for a long time, while the former ambassador to Russia and his current free advisor flirt with the first lady. Direct communication with Deripaska about the referendum from both sides of the ocean. A promise to give RTCG "fuck.. mother and tear them apart", as he did later. Wherein he fits the criticism of TVCG into the context of reporting on the major railway accident in Bioč. The promise made in jest with Vuk Jeremić that he would "fuck... mother Serbia and Montenegro" was also fulfilled. At the same time, as in the conversation with Deripaska, from this time distance one can get an impression of Rocen's first-time merits for independence, even though he was only one of the players in the second echelon of the party. There is also restraint towards people from the Mojkovac clan, talk about staffing in government positions, which is a completely normal story in DPS circles...
Just a bad word for the now retired officials of the DPS, like Miroslav Ivanišević. Perhaps a little excessive coach vocabulary. Pure folklore. Nothing major, why would they call the Montenegrin Eliot Ness to react or some nasty gossip that would upset the inner spirits of DPS.
The timing and getting into the small intestines clearly indicate that the audio tracks are being played by someone who has not moved beyond Podgorica.
All in all, Roćen appears on them as the public has perceived him for years. A powerful shadow man.
Or, by all means, they published recordings of the same content as Roćen's on the eve of the Congress.
After the release of the video, Severina became not only a regional, but also a globally known star. That is why the suspicion remained that she herself published or allowed the posting of a pornographic video on the Internet. Just as there is a suspicion that the somewhat forgotten Roćen publishes his own recordings. The probability of that increases, if everything ends here or there is nothing compromising from the point of view of the average DPS voter in possible new audio announcements.
Otherwise, if it happens and if one of his comrades arranges this for him, then we should expect seriously good sex. And then it's ungrateful to be in Rocen's pose.
