When he catches it, he doesn't let it go

What kind of a Montenegrin black talik is this, the more often a state prosecutor invokes Montenegrin honor, the sooner he is despised, forgotten and black-faced.

Do you remember the scandal when a supreme leader was publicly suspected of visiting an even more public house near Autobuska. The doubt was far away, but the party immediately let him down the water from close range.

Even state newspapers made fun of others. Instead of, according to the party's task, critics of the regime from other media being destroyed, because they do not return the loans that were otherwise returned long ago, the master himself was destroyed. All of Montenegro found out about the unpaid debts of his friends...

Will the chief special prosecutor follow in the footsteps of his predecessor? I don't know, I haven't been clean with him for a long time.

My doubts about him have been public since the beginning of his mandate. To relay these from last week - I'm at a loss for words. I can only, with a delay of two years, copy two by Goran Rodić - a blatant lie!

At that time, the public should be cured of collective amnesia, the special prosecutor told reporters that the lawyer personally tried to bribe him with 600.000 euros. And presented just as much evidence as for that chocolate with a thousand.

A few days later, he reworked the factual description a little for the media. Not personally, but through a foreign company, he encouraged A2A to pay bribes.

Then he did something that no prosecutor in the world would have thought of - as part of a secret investigation, he posted the private correspondence of several friends on the official website. Of course, in the preferred passages…

Not even the Italians managed to stop him. There are no blind lies in their motherland, that's why they told the prosecutor and the public - it's not true!

- The business relationship with the Rodić office had the sole purpose of receiving legal advice. It was implemented in full compliance with the regulations of Montenegro, Italy and international regulations. Any other allegation or interpretation of that legal work is absolutely baseless - it is clear that A2A could not be clearer.

- It doesn't let go when you catch it - Živko Nikolić exposed the Montenegrin tendency to deceit and lies three decades ago. And later in "Đekna..." he elaborated on the severe endemic disease of serving the government. Which spreads the fastest through those susceptible to blackmail...

Goran Rodić obviously does not belong to such, nor is he inclined to make deals with the prosecution, that is why the indictment appeared last week. Again premiered in the media, and only then in the hands of the accused.

Now there is mention of an attempted fraud...

Who? A company that claims that it was not deceived, that everything was according to domestic and international regulations?!

Is this a personal revenge for the fact that the oral indictment for October 16 was smashed to smithereens by Rodić in the TV studio just a few days later?

Or collective retribution for having exposed before the court that war crimes are being prosecuted in the wrong way, knowingly and deliberately?

Or the party's warning of the depees regarding the defense of Irene Radović, Andrijana Kadija, Vladan Mićunović and others for whom the regime and the state are not synonymous?...

We will get the answers in a few years, a reasonable deadline in the Montenegrin way does not last less than two or three. That time will be effectively used for dragging in the mud not only innocent people, but also their families.

For those who dare to publicly stand in their defense, the special prosecutor had, to be honest, a special message:

- Those who intentionally or out of ignorance support organized criminal groups will remain shameless in the ethical sense. He did not explain in what other sense it can be left without face. Nor what will happen to his face when it turns out that the alleged criminal group - the one I vouch for - is made up.

The interview took too long, he forgot? Difficult, the indictment against Rodić was in the first part of the first question...

In the first part of the first - and I sincerely hope the last - mandate of the chief special prosecutor, my first doubt was born. Removed, because of the very strange statement that Svetozar Marović "organized a criminal group, but not for his own benefit"...

When it turned out that he was and that he had taken hundreds of millions, he was sentenced - to freedom.

They settled, but we never found out if only two of them participated in the settlement. Or the third one, whose name loomed between the lines of the anthological confession of the first democratically elected patriarch.

"I am silent, therefore I exist!", he said to the third. Which, in fact, was always first. That's why it was possible for him to preemptively suppress all further investigations towards the top with one sentence... "The prosecutor got a little carried away!"...

The second doubt, that the prosecutor will never again get carried away in the direction of the top of the regime, appeared in the fall of 2016. All available capacities are directed towards the Democratic Front. Even then, it was clear why we were terrified by the coup d'état while the voting was going on and the turnout was increasing. And that's why the investigation never went to the person who benefited the most from that attack.

Depees remained in power in disgrace, destroyed the opposition and again and again forced Montenegro into NATO. Three goals with one bullet, can it be more obvious, even if it is in the short term...

In the long run, the fourth goal is the most dangerous. Even if the judgment of the High Court is burned, it will not wipe out the seed of fear of Serbs in Montenegro, nor the hatred that was born from it. And that is the most difficult consequence of October 16, we will pay dearly for it...

The third doubt is related to this experience over Nebojš Medojević. Who, during the last decade alone, has detected, at least up to the level of reasonable suspicion, more criminal and corruption scandals than all prosecutorial and police investigators combined.

On that occasion, a ring was made around him of builders, drivers, officials, unwashed millions and washed trucks, the Constitution was violated by putting him in prison, his family was abused...

The causes of this chase, at least I suspect very closely, are related to Cavtat.

It doesn't matter now whether all the victims that Medojević has been referring to for a long time were only telling the truth. Nor that the special prosecutor claims that he performed his duties as an officer honorably.

More important than that is that the full truth has been known for a long time and is older than Cavtat: there is no honorable job in the occupation uniform!

The last doubt for today came so close to me that my eyes still hurt from last Friday, when the corruption depicted in the Zeta House definitely turned into the Montenegrin National Theater. Despite the risk that one of the next performances may end in blood.

The rebellion against dahi has just begun, and the other tycoons will not remain silent until death. And when chaos and lawlessness dawn on Paradise, at least a hundred thousand prosecutors will appear...

But, not to make it dark any more, just one more doubt for the end.

Will the chief special officer watch from the window in Freedom Street as the robbed and oppressed raja, led only by anger, congratulates him on the successful fight against organized crime and corruption...

Or, surrounded by the walls of the new tower in Barjamovica, they will follow what is reported by the BBC and CNN... After the viewers have moved from Ulica to the walls of the local TV Bastille. And other regime fortresses...

PS I forgot the most important suspicion, which is why the revenge against the lawyer also included his young associates. Because the prosecutor believes that Goran's emotions towards them will weaken Rodić's defense. Or just Marija Radulović and Siniša Gazivoda were told in good time what awaits them if they do not change their law firm. And they harmonize their legal and ethical principles with the one practiced not only by the chief special officer, but by everyone in the living wall in front of him...
