It's really hard to say tonight that we can all feel safe. Several passers-by could be found there. The war of criminal clans is entering an increasingly difficult phase and this puts the state in front of additional trials. Nevertheless, it is an accompanying problem of accelerated civilizational development, and I am sure that Montenegro will find the strength to eradicate that problem as well", says candidate Đukanović, worried but also inspired by optimism.
So, it is difficult for Milo, and it is even more difficult for the citizens. How are they to understand that the almost daily confrontations of Đukanović's partners or supporters, who are listed in the police files of this country, but also of the region, as persons of security interest, are the result of the civilizational development of our country, and not the tragic consequence of his politics, which over the decades have merged with crime and, as Brussels bureaucrats claim, erased the border between the underworld and the government.
It was difficult for candidate M. Đ. and on that night, May 27, 2004, when he was informed that the editor and publisher Duško Jovanović had been killed in front of the newsroom, moreover, you have to believe that at that moment the prime minister thought that such a heinous crime was a great blow to our civilizational development, because with the brutal liquidation of dissidents and the editor-in-chief, he suppresses freedom of speech and expression, which is a fundamental value of the Euro-Atlantic countries, towards which he persistently leads us, despite our fierce resistance.
How difficult it was for Milo the other night, when people of security interest from his security services informed him that a bomb had been thrown in front of the gate of Sead Sadiković, one of the most famous TV authors in the region. He must have thought - there could have been bystanders. Say, Sead's son had walked through that gate only ten minutes earlier. And all because the captured institutions of candidate M. Đ. for months they have been ignoring threats to our journalist, which, unknowingly or rather knowingly, they encourage such schemes of anyone who, like the great Milo, feels affected by a published journalistic report and then, according to his publicly announced recipe, "in the traditional way", start a reckoning with the author of a statement or report .
It must have been difficult for candidate M. Đ. when, on the favorite Pink TV, that very evening, he realized how much he had contributed to the insecurity of ordinary citizens with dozens of his irresponsible and vicious statements inciting violence against free people and critics, claiming that they are mice, monsters, enemies, shameful and frustrated mercenaries, ready to attack them at every relativization opportunity, including the mentioned murder, with remarks about "civilizational development" or "isolated incidents".
It was difficult for the then Prime Minister M. Đ. when in 2010 he sweated so much in front of the cameras of TV B92 defending the character and work of Darko Šarić and his right to obtain Montenegrin citizenship in a legal procedure like any decent and honest citizen, even though the same person was already a suspect in the "Balkan Warrior" action, and later arrested , and then convicted, as the leader of one of the largest drug clans in Europe. Perhaps in the end it will turn out that it was all a mistake because Vučić's judiciary, organized according to Đukanović's formula of civilizational development, is on the right track to free the elder Šarić, which would open up a new opportunity for Montenegro to receive him into its bosom according to an accelerated procedure and join the freed brother, whom the judicial authorities of the candidate M.Đ. severely slandered him for years as a money launderer from the drug business.
It is difficult for Milo, but also for us, to ignore the fact that candidate Đukanović announced his assessment of the threat and historical development as the cause of this security situation on his favorite TV, which for more than two decades has been a promoter of violence, hate speech, character and acts of security interesting politicians, criminals, starlets and turbo-folk giants, which he imposes on the young generations as a social role model and model of behavior.
"More citizens of Montenegro watch Kristijan Golubović while he sleeps than your daily Dnevnik", the formal owner of Pink told me triumphantly at a meeting, describing in a vivid way the essence of Đukanović's state-building policy and historical achievement.
Today, every Montenegrin citizen is really sad when he compares his country with, say, Estonia, where there are almost no unemployed, even fewer drug clans, no mafia confrontations and liquidations, no controversial investors, no corruption, no permanent leaders, no captive institutions, no injustice and nepotism, historical development is based on investment in knowledge, innovation, small and medium business. It is therefore sad to read, in the propaganda bulletins of candidate M. Đ., that after all there are 190.000 voters in Montenegro ready to, for one reason or another, once again bow their heads, turn a blind eye and vote again for "stability and progress" which will inevitably bring us lead to the "historical development" of the candidate under the magical number 7.
Tarzan is right, only parapsychological phenomena can explain such decisions and behaviors.
