This European step forward by the Montenegrin judiciary is really inspiring, two courts, four trials and - four different verdicts. After eight years, justice did win, although you never know with our judiciary...

The first verdict was the most scandalous: female journalists who were severely insulted, and for an extended period of time, were supposed to use money to heal the wounds on the souls of those who insulted them?! Subsequently, and only conditionally fair, it was decided quite the opposite - he will receive compensation

Milka Tadić-Mijović and Milena Perović, and those who wrote or published the insults will pay. Both verdicts were handed down by the same judge - Dragan Šćepović?! The High Court, in the end, only raised the tariff...

What insults, it's all taken out of context, it's pure essay writing in abbreviated form - the judge in the first trial showed an astonishing knowledge of beautiful literature.

Is it possible, and what are we going to do with that bastard, bitch, mafia, scum...?

No big deal, Šćepović patiently explained in the verdict, it's just a "critical review of the prosecutor's work as public figures"...

Mr. Judge, what - if you'll excuse me - did that mean whore in pants, decaying woman, rabble-rouser, biza, ker, leaker...?

Well, we are talking about highlighting "personal attributes, which is a topic that the public in every democratic society is interested in"...

What is it - yes, the public was very interested in that essay in parts. Because this very democratic government has been teaching the public since the beginning of the nineties.

Well, due to some vague images about the events of the time in neighboring countries - so much the president, but not the court but the state, today knows about the war for peace - the government was not yet ready for instructive essays. But it is for short courses in verse:

"Muslims, black crows, black days have come for you", "Freemen, send salads, there will be meat, we will slaughter the Croats..." - echoed in the era when "the Zeta flowed through Montenegro, soon the Neretva will too"...

It was beautiful literature, it reached the widest circle of readers in no time...

There is no room for surprise that, three decades later, a judge included in it: smoke, piss, fool, ghost, stern, beef, splat, rascal, nesoj, human excrement...

Respecting the European legal traditions, he did not deprive that literary genre of its gender sensitivity either: "Ker in a skirt, it's a mixture of a turkey and a thug, a bitch, a slut is a lady compared to..."

The judge is sorry that the souls of two female journalists are hurt by that literature, he also had some advice for them. So benevolent, it should have been heard as a command:

- They must adopt a wider threshold of tolerance for comments..."

They tried with all their might, they managed to widen the threshold one way or another, until they stepped over the home one. Children say that their friends make fun of them, and some teachers read aloud something from Pobjeda...

Let them not go to school - the judge did not write, but it should have. And to add - don't go to the street either...

Because with that verdict, every patriotic rascal was invited to beat them up around the first corner. Without waiting for darkness, the police will not be allowed to see it even in the middle of the day...

Why didn't Milka and Milena send a denial to Pobjeda, asked the judge, completely amazed that they had missed such an effective legal opportunity, maybe the verdict would have been different... I also wondered when they should have denied. Maybe the part about cattle, do any of the judges know the procedure by which it is done...

Is only a written statement sent, or is a cow also brought to the editor to testify? Are two photos attached or is one joint one sufficient, noting that the cow is on the right?

No one in the High Court knew that, that's why the judgment was overturned.

Returning her to the same judge was very risky, but it seems that in the meantime he has mastered at least some lessons, whoever gave them to him...

The offended journalists are not to blame, but those who insulted them - Judge Šćepović ruled against himself. - Both should receive one thousand euros in compensation, plus five or six for court costs.

An additional lesson from the High Court followed. It can't, it's too small, you need five each. One thousand, judge Verica Sekulić estimated.

Millions, I would judge after justice has been delayed for eight years. Even a criminal gets that much when the state makes mistakes for an extended period of time.

This is not about criminals, nor about the state's fault. But about the intention, the profession would say - they premeditate. That the lives of two journalists who criticize the government should be destroyed, as an example for others.

If you don't believe it, please allow me to publicly post only a tenth of the shorter essays next to his name. It doesn't have to be in the newspaper, Facebook will be enough...

It sounded like a short essay and that admiration of the Prime Minister DM so called. public media service in the first Dnevnik. But he will be overturned by a higher court at some point. I mean the essay, someone else is responsible for the prime minister:

- Radio-television of Montenegro and the public service represent the character of our country.

That's right, that's why you don't enter RTCG, or speak if the first sentence isn't an apology to the families of the hundreds of victims of the war for peace.

And hundreds of thousands of residents of Montenegro. Who by sheer luck did not die in that war, but because of it they have been dying in installments for thirty years.

Because RTCG represented the character of the Montenegrin state even in the early nineties.

Instead of rebelling against such a character. Or at least try to change it, that's why public media services exist in a normal world...

I know that DM was not the prime minister then, but he could at least apologize for what happened during his state mandate. And that precisely in the name of the country whose character is represented by RTCG.

If he does not already feel that he has such an obligation towards Andrijana Kadija and Vladan Mićunović because of their dismissal, he was obliged to at least apologize for the manner.

Well, they did not pass like Milka Tadić-Mijović and Milena Korać in those essays in parts. But they were severely insulted, also in continuations, by some members of the state council that manages the so-called public service.

Nikola Vukčević and Goran Đurović also deserved an apology, as the first victims of that coup.

And the public? The public does not deserve anything anymore, because for decades it has been looking for exactly what it is seeing now. And good luck to her, at least until 2025...

P.S. And what did the one who was the war prime minister say in the evening, at the main ceremony? That RTCG made an exceptional contribution to popularizing Montenegrin cultural and historical heritage and strengthening Montenegrin identity, until the end of the eighties. Milo Đukanović did not mention that because of this he replaced the entire editorial staff, but we all remember. And then... Then some "unfortunate events took place in the area, about which neither the state authorities nor the RTCG had a clear picture"... And then... No more, as soon as the picture became clearer, he switched to digitization...
