Electoral theft and engineering, captured institutions, party state, lack of freedom, corruption, rigged court processes, all those anomalies of the eternal Montenegro under the direction of DPS have, in fact, turned Andrija Mandić into today's product, whom some will call a quisling, others a mercenary. , and the most benevolent that he is simply a nationalist. Someone will say that Ivica Stanković is a mafia prosecutor. Others will say he is corrupt. The third is just a tear. I would say, Ivica Stanković is the freak and the worst kind of protector of justice and rights in a fateless country of captive institutions. I would say that Ivan Vuković is the worst version of the multi-decade-old and dilapidated DPS regime, which after numerous changes and transformations eventually mutated into something like the corona virus - it is contagious like never before and there is no cure for it. Still. Who even knows that that little ždanov tried to be a journalist, a guardian of the public interest, but it didn't work out for him. Who still remembers the young university researcher who claimed less than five years ago that the earth is round and that Đukanović is the death of DPS. In truth, he did not mention the Chief, but he claimed that strong personalities at the head of the party are disastrous for the democratic development of those structures and society in general. While he was possessed by this research enthusiasm, he also wrote a report for Fridom Haus, according to which Montenegro was already at the edge of the precipice, that is, on the border between facade democracy and hybrid autocracy. Can you imagine Ivan Vuković, a university professor who tells students: "So young, but already corrupt"! The budget would not be empty, salaries and pensions humiliating, regional and social differences so great, Montenegro would be an e-country, but also corruption free, crime free, robbery free, injustice free - then every citizen, not only the prime minister and privileged members of the DPS elite, could say - let Montenegro be eternal. And Amfilochius would add to that: amen! Is there any escape or is the slide towards the abyss and eternal hunting grounds unstoppable?! DPS is wondering again. If he gives up electoral fraud and theft, identity engineering and stigmatization, corruption and fraud, a captive judiciary and injustice, the West in words and the Orient in action, if DPS stops insulting us by offering us a flag instead of a state, instead of security - the anthem, instead of the standard - the poor, instead of the watchdog - fake news - and in the end and above all, if instead of decrees and force, DPS starts to lead society through dialogue and compromise - then we have a chance.
Such an epilogue now seems as realistic as Mandić's return to politics at the end of the first decade of this millennium.
