It doesn't matter if it's true - it's important that you admit it! That's not exactly what the President of the Supreme Court Vesna M. said to the excellent lawyer and judge Veljko B. Rather, she only presented him with an anonymous application that is in the cabinet of two presidents, one of the SS and the other of the Supreme Court, which has already received status DOCUMENTS, where it is written that judge Veljko B. participates in prostitution. So, according to the testimony of associate witness Zvicer V., the excellent lawyer and judge from Kotor had to choose. Or as she said, to decide. She didn't say what between, but left it up to us viewers to guess. Or should he resign or appear in some media?! Patriotic, of course. You better resign or a miracle will happen to you, the excellent lawyer and judge Veljko B. was allegedly advised by the head of the Kotor court Branko V., remembered as Marović's main candidate for the VDT. It is not yet clear to us how he was not elected. Because, unlike his colleague Bulatović, he was always on the right side of history. Imagine what it was like for Kotor judge Veljko B. while weighing the decision, bearing in mind the words of the aforementioned Zvicer V., who took everything written in the report with a grain of salt, without looking at the photos that judge Veljko B. claims are photomontages, while the president of the SS connects it all with photoshop and the technique that is advanced. Therefore, after the testimony of associate witness Zvicer V., it was clear to all of us that there was no pressure on judge Veljko B., especially since they know him as an excellent lawyer and judge, they just told him that he had made up his mind. With a note, which is a well-known fact - that CG is a small patriarchal environment and that, whatever he chooses, his life will not be easy. Especially if everything ends up with family friend Ćoć. Which, as it happened, happened exactly after the excellent judge and lawyer Veljko B. informed the Judicial Council of his choice on September 21, shortly before 09:9 am. Wrong, of course.
That's life. Made up of right and wrong decisions. Which we realize only after we bring them, sometimes and long after that.
But there are different judges.
For example, the judge of the Basic Court Nenad O. was probably in a similar situation in 2007 - to choose. On the eve of the verdict for the mental suffering of Milo Đukanović, to which he was exposed after waiting for Željko Ivanović, and my statement that it was the Prime Minister's congratulation for the first 10 years of Vijesta. And Otašević chose: a harsh word falls harder on a man than a pair of baseball bats. That's how the excellent lawyer and judge Nenad O. ruled in favor of the Boss, awarding the largest compensation for suffering in the history of the Montenegrin judiciary - 20 thousand euros! That by a play of fate, a couple of weeks before the pronouncement of the aforementioned verdict and Nenad's election, two young people from Kolašin at midnight, in a glade near Podgorica, a favorite place for rendezvous, caught and reported to the police that very judge Nenad O. Claiming that he was hindering them from making love with girls and sprinkles pebbles on their cars. But the miracle is the cabinet, which can sometimes be the famous Betonjerka. However, in one of the chambers of the Podgorica oligarchy, the people of Kolasin changed their testimony after two days. They also gave up their claims that when Nenad O. was caught, he begged them not to report anything to the police, that he was a judge and that he would pay for everything! They also changed the main testimony, now saying that they caught and accused Judge Nenad O. by mistake, that it was his photoshop after all... Back then, therefore, the technology was advanced. Soon after that, with the grace and will of the President of the Supreme Court Vesna M. and the Judicial Council headed by the Swiss Mladen Vukčević, Judge Nenad O. was promoted - he was elected a judge of the High Court.
It doesn't matter if it's true, what matters is that they admitted it. I imagine that Vesna M. communicated this very sentence or a very similar one, in her cabinet, then as VDT, to the young and excellent lawyer and prosecutor Sanja J., and in 2007, assigning her the case volunteers, Petrušić and Blagojević, the alleged batterers of my childhood?! Although they had as much to do with that attack as Kotor judge Veljko B. with the announcement documents against yourself on the house friend portal. And Sanja J. just had to choose. Whether to prosecute ex officio volunteers or to be afraid of what will happen to her a miracle of strength if he refuses. And she chose to be on the right side of history and obey Cabinet. What followed was a well-deserved award - Sanja J. first rose to the Higher Prosecutor's Office and then to the Special Prosecutor's Office. Today, she is even a spokeswoman for Milivoj K.
It doesn't matter what happened, the important thing is that you choose. I'm sure the President of the Supreme Court Vesna M. could have said something like this to the excellent, even at that moment the best, lawyer and High Court judge Radovan M. when he was taking over the case hairy male hand. Serious murder in front of the Clinical Center. It doesn't matter what happened, the important thing is that the witnesses kept quiet, maybe someone advised Judge Mandić that in a well-intentioned conversation?! With the familiar conclusion that it is up to him to yes choose. Radovan M. did it - the suspects were acquitted due to lack of evidence and he ceased to be the best lawyer and judge. He confirmed that in the new one sensitive case, which, of course, was assigned to him by chance - the trial of the accused for the murder of Duško Jovanović. When he got tired of the cabinet and acceptance, he left the judiciary and went to lawyers. We haven't seen or heard from him in a long time. Too bad. And he was, as the Swiss president would say, an excellent lawyer and judge.
It doesn't matter what the truth is, what matters is that you make up your mind. What a certain witness, an associate of the NS, also did for Special Milivoj K., marked a journalist, Jov Martinović, as a comrade and member of the crime group. Which referee Pean V. converted into a goal. Thus, in Montenegro, another investigative journalist was criminalized. Doubts about the justice of the judgment thus rendered immediately produce an imaginary image of the famous cabinet that was so vividly conjured up by the president of the SS Zvicer V.
