It was a great defeat of the Montenegrin army without a shot being fired. In the studio, not in Sinjajevina, unfortunately, there will be shootings from time to time. If the new government does not withdraw its signature from the part of the Agreement on "previously undertaken international obligations" that refers to NATO.
The most effective media victory over the army was won by livestock farmer Mileva Jovanović, in collaboration with environmental activist Peter Glomazić and biologist Gordan Kasa.
- Cattle cannot speak, but they understand us and we understand them. You don't understand anything - the experience of the mountain woman spoke, the personal experience of almost six decades, but also the family experience that has lasted for more than a century and a half.
The officers in the studio were hard to understand during the premiere listening.
- The helicopter is one segment in the actual preparation before the shooting, which includes reconnaissance of the sector in order to determine whether there are security conditions to realize the shooting. Of course, the reconnaissance team that did it from the air reported that there were no conditions, considering that there are a large number of citizens in the area where the shooting exercise is planned - said Colonel Aleksandar Pantović.

It was only on the second hearing that it was clear that the first artillery offensive on Sinjajevina would not take place. It is not specified for the others, perhaps because they do not depend only on our army.
- We are informing the public, i.e. the media and non-governmental organizations that have expressed interest in attending the exercise in Sinjajevina, that tomorrow's display of the military exercise will be postponed until the conditions are met - the Ministry of Defense announced tomorrow at 10.20:XNUMX a.m.
The guardians of that mountain and environmental activists who want to preserve the entire ecological state celebrated this victory of reason on all social networks. Unfortunately, not even half a day...
- The Army of Montenegro has not canceled the exercise in Sinjajevina, nor will it give up - sounded a very military addition to the ministerial announcement, which arrived from the General Staff only five hours later.
The Council for Security and Defense, the Government, the State Prosecutor's Office and the Police Directorate were informed about this, in order to "take measures within their jurisdiction in order to organize the exercise as soon as possible".
Whether that shortest deadline is next month or next year - the public will be informed in the coming days.

It was seen in Reflektor that it is better not to inform her if they are going to do it as before.
- It is not true that anyone from the army convinced the locals to leave Sinjajevina - said Colonel Pantović.
- That's right, they were coming. If you don't know about it, we do - testified Mileva Jovanović.
A little later, the description of her close encounter with the police was also vivid.
- You must leave the katun by October 19 - she was handed a verbal command in front of the hut.
- I don't have to do anything. I left before the army, and through my father and grandfather for 150 years - she refused to follow the order of the mountain woman who was the last one on the katun with 20 cows.
She did not back down even in her studies, despite the colonel's efforts to convince her that "there is room for everyone in Sinjajevina, coexistence of the people and the army is possible."
And let it not, because the coexistence of the people and the army does not imply coexistence with heavy artillery, especially when it goes into action.
That coexistence is simply not possible on the largest pasture in the Balkans and the second largest in Europe. It is not even logical, because even a country that only possesses weapons cannot be called ecological, let alone one that wants to practice explosions in protected areas.
The fact that there are fewer herders in Sinjajevina than before does not in any way justify this insane plan of the supposedly ecological state. On the contrary, he hardly accuses that country of driving both livestock and owners from that mountain with a three-decade policy. And not only you, but from all mountains and from most villages in Montenegro.

Only domestic statesmanship could have come up with the idea of validating their own upside-down agricultural strategy in the end - with mortars and cannons.
- For years, we used an area next to Šipčanik... It was targeted with aerial bombs until 2004. It was targeted for forty-something years with much more destructive means. The plantations planted vines in the very heart of the training ground - Colonel Pantović defended the offensive on Sinjajevina with an example that accuses the army and the state even harder.
Yes, a vineyard was built, but only after 15 years. If the winegrowers could wait that long, it does not mean that the cattle breeders can wait a decade and a half to raise cotton.
We have heard such attempts to justify old mistakes with new ones from depees for three decades. The last Reflector only illuminated one of the examples of the wrong fusion of the army and the party.

In contrast to that example, it was really pleasant to hear what it looks like when herders merge with nature.
- In the XNUMXs, there were some tests on Sava's water as well, they added some color and it came out at the springs in Donje Lipovo and Svrčke Bare. Who knows how far the waters reach from Sinjajevina, maybe even to Podgorica. Science can determine that, I have four primary grades. When the snow melts on the mountain, the sinkholes cannot receive all the water, there is so much of it - Mileva expertly explained another motive for protecting that mountain from any pollution.
- Even small children know that, we will pollute that water even if we only spill gasoline - she continued to give the final word in defense of Sinjajevina and reminded of the experimentation with nature by attempting amateur reforestation:
- Last year, pine trees were planted in vain where they didn't belong, because the mountain simply didn't want them...

Whether some other mountain will want heavy artillery, the new government will check. Which must not dare to hide from the public the facts not only about this military exercise, but also about all the others that are obviously planned in secret.
That's why Reflektor didn't find out the most important thing - whether joining NATO included military exercises by its members on our territory. And did our army give up training in Macedonia because of those joint military maneuvers or because the state ran out of money...
- I'm going to give a mixture of crusts that costs a thousand euros, and all citizens should help as much as they can to pay for that space, in Krivolak or somewhere else. The landfill cannot go to Sinjajevina because it is a pasture. That hill you are going to shoot at is full of treasures, a lot of gold, much more valuable than someone learning to shoot - Mileva didn't give up until the end of the show.
The army is, it's true temporarily, already tomorrow...
PS I don't know how it goes militarily, but it would be very humane if Colonel Zoran Božović also gave in. The citation of the supposed folk saying: "A country that doesn't want its own army will want someone else's army" really resonated unpleasantly! For 30 years now, the citizens have listened to the unmeasured messages to the traitors. That's why they took action against the regime on August 30...
