I have just sat down to write when a message arrives with an interesting dialogue. And an even more interesting date - December 02, 12.
- Where were you at dawn?
- To the church to give me an exposition, I have to study it by noon. And where are you early?
- The same to the church, to tell me which ministers I joined the party. I am officially registering her today.
- Let, let, but first send me the names. So that I don't sulk every time in front of the press.
- That's over for you, godfather...
It looks like it's over for us too! By the end of this year, the Holy Synod will replace the Government, and by the end of next year, the Holy Assembly of Bishops will replace the Assembly.
There is no salvation for us, we will not perish - Nikola Pašić made a good assessment a hundred and a half years ago, at the moment when the Serbian army reached the Greek coast.
He was a shrewd politician and a wise statesman, he did not allow himself to be deceived by the massive trust in the Russian emperor. Despite Nicholas II's promise that he would "do everything to help the Serbs", Pašić did everything to get and keep the support of France.
I am not very well informed about how much the new executive and legislative power of Montenegro trust in the recent Russian emperor Vladimir the First, but there is every chance that they will very soon gamble away even this little support of the 27 "Frenchmen" in Brussels. And that the leaders of the European Union, regarding the future of our secular civil state, will "pretend to be English" more and more every day in every respect.

If the speeches on election night are to be believed, all the winners promised to live according to European standards of freedom, justice, equality, economy, economy, finance, education, health, culture...
A hundred days later, the minority who believe only their eyes see that for most winners, the promise lasts as long as the cat's husband. And he clearly recognizes the symptoms of Orthodox fundamentalism.
It is not difficult to spot them, every day in every media there is at least one statement that the future should be built on the Orthodox tradition.
Whose, Montenegrin? The one who taught Montenegrins to enter the church armed to the teeth? And that in it, following the example of the famous Musterović family, they take Holy Communion with a sword. Because it is not acceptable for heroes to bow their heads even before the lord and the priest, let alone before a spoon...
Did Montenegrins even have time to listen to liturgies for 400 years? They didn't even enter the home except two or three times a year, during short breaks between battles. Nor did anyone except the headman have the conditions to fast for forty days and receive Holy Communion alive...
Now, let me not go into detail about how much more pagan customs - such as cutting Christmas trees - and heretical understandings of Christianity are in the Montenegrin tradition than orthodox Orthodoxy...

We must gather around our holy church? Which ones? We have 31 religious communities and each should be ours.
The thesis that Orthodoxy is threatened in Montenegro is no longer presented as a doubt, but as a proven fact. Hence the claim that it should be "defended at all costs", and ten percent of participants in a recent survey say that this can be done with weapons.
Such attitudes have become a dangerous stimulus to inter-ethnic intolerance. The government's intention to support all Orthodox temples was interpreted as hatred towards Serbs. But not according to the Montenegrins, although among those temples there are Montenegrin and Serbian temples and those that were made by the joint efforts of the members and founders of both nations.

Uh, I went too far, I almost forgot what I started writing about. And I started with the news of the week - probably not only this week - that Miodrag Daka Davidović is founding a party. Well, it will be called a movement, to slightly camouflage the fraud about the government of non-party experts...
Just as the future prime minister of the government of the secular state camouflaged his loyalty to the Serbian Church by announcing that the election winner was Saint Vasilije.
The party, which is not yet registered, will also have three ministers who have not yet been elected, the leader of the movement announced.
None will, the mandate was categorical.
It will, it will, the leader asserted, maybe a late telegram or the satellite didn't send a signal...
The correspondence looks silly now, but it won't work like that if any member of the Government joins the People's Movement.
It was precisely because of businessmen and politicians like the leaders of that movement that the new government officially announced that, of the systemic laws it will pass urgently, the most important are the first two - on the origin of property and on lustration.
Kudos to the decision that all the earnings of the company Nexan for the past 30 years, as well as everything that will be earned for the rest of the owner's life, be bequeathed and handed over "to the service of God and the people".
It is also good that the company's accounts already have 16,5 million undistributed profits. But it will be even better if that profit is collected from the founding eight million for the temple on Golija. And to all the millions acquired and donated over three decades. And then all those profits are put under the microscope. And the prosecutor's office, freed from parties, will check whether every euro was acquired according to the law.

The second law, the one on lustration, refers to possible responsibility for the violation of human, civil and political rights. In the case of the leader of the People's Movement, that responsibility must be reconsidered on at least two grounds.
First and eventually, as the head of the Security Center in Nikšić in the early nineties. Especially if by function he was superior to the municipal branch of the SDB.
Second, but without any eventuality, as the Minister of Trade in the government of SAO Herzegovina, parastate, parapolitical and paramilitary creations. Whose very existence was a violation of human, civil and political rights, not to mention the crimes committed in her name.
Because Bosnia and Herzegovina, like the other five republics, according to the Constitution of 1974, was an independent state.
Despite being a minister in such an organization, Miodrag Daka Davidović was not suspected of violating those rights in the mid-nineties. But "only" for cigarette smuggling and tax evasion. If I remember correctly, it was ten million German marks.
The fact that, as the President of Montenegro, he was absolved from criminal responsibility by his godfather Momir Bulatović cannot absolve him from the political part of the lustration. It does not help either that the exceptional understanding for the abolition, due to Davidović's "credibility as a businessman", ten years later, was also expressed by Prime Minister Milo Đukanović.

I don't know what the leader of the People's Movement thinks about the consequences of the formation of (pre)war SAO, but I have no understanding of the way he thinks about smuggling today:
- Every state does it, except that the money does not go to state nurseries. The money has to go to the treasury. This transit is completely normal and works everywhere in the world. It's just a question of where the money goes.
- Transit jobs are very sweet jobs, there you have no expenses, you have income. We need five trustworthy people who will do the job and finish it.
- What do we care where it is done, what it is done and how it is done. Montenegro is so poor that it has to provide balances that will end up being positive. Today, 95 percent of GDP is the public debt of Montenegro...
Did I read this correctly?
Let's find not five but six trustworthy people, like Francesco Prudentini - fondly called Don Ćićo - Đerard Cuomo, Benedetto Stan, the brothers Rafael, Tomas and Donat Larasept and - let's pay off the public debt...

Not even the last(?) twist regarding the mandate is the clearest to me. Until yesterday, the leader of the People's Movement publicly made fun of him, now Kobayagi praises him because he kept his word that he would not form a party.
Who will side with whom, the government to the movement or the movement to the government? I don't believe that - after three months of chaos, the consequences of which we are yet to see - even the god to whom both sides worship can predict that.
And here's a devil telling me what the first of those consequences will look like, if a candidate whose name is #jesamnacionalista and whose last name is #srpski.nenoćubelgijski enters the government:
- We, Vesna Prva, by the grace of God, queen and mistress of education in Montenegro, declare and announce to everyone and everyone that the National Assembly has decided and that we have confirmed and confirm: LAW on Public Schools in the Kingdom of Montenegro.
Article 1. The task of the national schools is to educate children in the national and religious spirit and to prepare them for civil life, and especially to spread education and Serbian literacy among the people.
Article 2. In places where pure Serbian is not spoken, a preparatory class is opened alongside the primary school, which all children must attend before entering the first grade.
Article 3. Children of our citizens, who live permanently in Montenegro, must attend a state or private Serbian folk school; they cannot attend schools with a foreign language of instruction, until they graduate from the Serbian national school.
Article 4. The school municipality can establish a school fund for the support of poorer students in its school, as well as for organizing school trips. This fund includes voluntary contributions, gifts and bequests, contributions from Svetosava and other parties....
PS I forgot to copy the most important article... In elementary school, the following subjects are taught: Christian Science, Serbian History, Serbian Language, Church-Slavic Reading, Drawing and Beautiful Writing, World and Church Singing, Gymnastics and Children's Games, Geography, Knowledge of Nature, Poland and domestic economy, Basics of hygiene, Calculus and geometric shapes, Manual work with domestic economy...
