And I'm not kidding, I'm grateful from the bottom of my heart to the author of the Chinese copy of the legendary Teleskopia. Although I know that she had no intention of paving the way for the liberation of TVCG from warlike leadership and heavy weapons. The claim that the American ambassador "projected" something can only be interpreted the way it was said. That the project on bringing tanks to the streets was made by the USA.
Because to design means - to make a blueprint or a project for something, to plan something, to have the intention to do something...
It could be that some guy in some place did not finish the whole elementary school. That is why he may not know how the ambassador could possibly have assumed or predicted or estimated how Đukanović would bring out the tanks.
But what is allowed to a guy is not allowed to a journalist. Especially not to a public service journalist, even if he was a so-called one.

Even diplomats are not allowed to make certain statements, but that is not the reason why I trust the American embassy for the first time in my life.
Simply, I consider that diplomats from the USA are among the best informed. And they know that in Montenegro all the tanks - except for one that was left for the museum - were destroyed 13 years ago.
The first of the sixty-one was cut, with much symbolism, the day before the Independence Day of the United States of America.
What kind of symbolism can be recognized in this attack by the Heiress of Teleskopija on the US Embassy in Podgorica, we are yet to find out.
For now, the replay of one knowledge, which has been circulating on social networks since the day before yesterday, is not uninteresting either.
When the information about the amount of her fee was leaked to the public for the first time, Tamara Nikčević - if I remember the details from the networks correctly - requested protection from the author of the information from the US Embassy. Or the Delegation of the European Union. Or of both.
And it was written that citizens of Montenegro pay 5.000 euros to Tamara Nikčević every month.
We will know very soon whether that information was correct and whether the costs for four round-trip plane tickets and four hotel nights fell on the givers or the recipient.

Instead of investigating whether the scandalous amount is true, the Montenegrin government started to defend - the American ambassador.
Just relaxed, Mrs. Rajnke can do it herself, but citizens cannot defend their money in their state's budget by themselves.
That's why they elected a new government, to protect their money, their families and their country. Of all the telescopes in which more than half of the citizens were declared half-world, but also traitors and enemies of their homeland.
They elected a new government to save them from all the Dnevniks, which - compared to telescopes - are 21 times more. Their editors haven't pushed snipers through the screen and aimed at viewers whose nation and religion they don't like.
They elected a new government to protect them from the President of all citizens. Who says he will defend the country even from the forest:
- Well, we wouldn't exist if we weren't able to defend Montenegrin independence. We weren't there. And there are us. There are 40 deputies in the Montenegrin parliament who are unwaveringly determined to defend it!
Who should they defend her from? Of the 41 MPs for whom the majority voted? Or from all citizens who believe that there is life even without depees?
Well, they really wouldn't be there if they ever try to "defend Montenegro" from the majority of Montenegro. Or minority. Or any of Montenegro.
Because Montenegro is one or none. Either it will be the state of all or it is - it won't be.

And there would be no country if it defended the citizens of the biggest power in the world from its public service, but not its own. Including Daliborka Uljarević from the small CGO.
The lightness with which both the Government and the Parliament overheard the serious accusations against her is unbearable. And the so-called the public service was pretending to be dead on purpose. - This would not be strange if it were not about a person who for a long, long, many years refuses to tell the public where and how she spent, here I have to state exactly, 124 thousand 309 comma 49 euros of the European Union donation - she chose the right ones the words of the editor of Teleskopija, but she missed the reading rules and the topic.
Numbers can contain a comma only in written form, never in oral form. You can't go beyond the second grade if the student doesn't pronounce 309 euros and 49 cents correctly, let alone in front of journalists.
- I'm just stating that the woman didn't want to inform the public, to inform us where the money is? Who did she give it to? What are the media experts - the woman in the studio did not give up.
He persistently pretended that he did not know how the Montenegrin public was allowed to supervise the spending of money exclusively from the Montenegrin budget.

What did the non-governmental Center for Civic Education spend money on from European funds - that can only be asked by those who gave it that money.
Nevertheless, so that Teleskopija and the Chinese copy of the public service do not remain in the dark - it was asked, answered and there were no objections.
And a guy didn't tell me that, and neither did Daliborka Uljarević, with whom I'm just planning to meet.
Even two years ago, European announcements about the absolutely dedicated spending of those hundreds of thousands of euros echoed from all the media.
It was at a time when, because of One Boy, all free members of the Council were expelled from the briefly exempted public service. And immediately after them Andrijana Kadija and Vladan Mićunović.
Is there a legal way for all of them to return to RTCG, after the courts have confirmed the illegality of their dismissal - I don't know.
That's why it would be humane for the Government and the Parliament to check it... Before the national television leads us into an inter-ethnic war again...
PS It's not my advice, but it would be good if Oana Ambassador Kristina Popa checked with the RTCG Council what the "notorious Orav" meant. And especially the continuation - that her predecessor as head of the Delegation of the European Union blessed the purchase of "control over part of the editorial, editorial policy, i.e. editing of the public service". It is true that the accusation is based on what one guy told me, but it is so serious that both in Montenegro and in the European Union, someone might think that it is really a criminal act...
