We are not fair. Several of our best sons, the shell of Montenegrin diplomacy, will return home. This is good for the country, because the brains are returning to the mother country, but how will the countries where our diplomatic representatives were ambassadors live, how will they continue without them, does anyone wonder? How are those countries that accepted them and how will they overcome this loss?
First of all, I am afraid for the Vatican and the Holy See, if the ambassador known here as Mico Time-out returns to Montenegro, who will ever be able to fill that hole, to replace the irreplaceable?! Who will be arrogant and overbearing instead of Vlahović, who will take Baldrick's pose before the photo shoot? Can anyone put journalists down like him when they just call him sir? Who will so nicely say "Time-out, time-out" and who will turn their head angrily in the sense of: "Is it possible that they are asking me this, don't they know who I am?!". Who will put down Verhelji on Twitter and teach history to foreigners? It's a pity that the football stands are empty because of the corona, and the only question is whether Lazio or Roma fans would put up a banner: "Thanks to Ćomi!".
What will Bosnia and Herzegovina do now without Obrad Miš Stanišić? Not that he was too far away, but we missed him a lot. To thunder from the bench as Nemanjić conquered Montenegro with a rifle. It's a pity that that charisma didn't stay in BiH, that the best represent us. He was our modern featherweight. Dika! To add what is needed and what is not needed. There are those who claim that if Mišo had stayed in the parliament, other birds would be singing to us. "We don't give shrines" would be nothing compared to Miš's "We don't give positions". But it was a mistake to send such an ace of politics outside, even over the fence to the neighborhood of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Because Obrad Micho is irreplaceable. This is now clearly visible. He is the best we have.
Only Darko Pajović! We sent such a man on a long journey to China, to pull us out of highway over-indebtedness, to connect the incompatible, to mend the wounds of the vision budget. He followed the paths from the novel Silk by Alessandro Barik. A long and by no means easy journey, into a foreign country, into the unknown, but they once said about him, even though no one at the start believed in it: "Don't be afraid of it. He will manage wherever you throw him". And it's true! Although he didn't look like it. Darko will manage, just like he managed in the lair of the parliament. China is as small as our Darko is! They still had something to learn from him, how to be principled, how not to sell out, how not to let their voters down, how not to destroy accumulated civil discontent. If it goes back, it will be as if we have bitten China's heart.
That's why you should think carefully about whether to send these people back at all. We need more of them out there. We have to weigh what is the harm and what is the benefit. Perhaps we should set a precedent in diplomacy, and write letters to the states, a short and clear message: "Keep them!".
