While I was explaining in the last column how the new government envied itself, it did not occur to me that in just three days it would offer us three more key proofs of its own suicidal policy. It would not be a matter of concern, we will elect a new one faster and easier than last time, if the government had not attacked the fundamental values without which there is no survival not only for it, but also for Montenegro - multi-ethnicity, anti-fascism, equality and justice.
The complete absence of hearing for the rights of minorities and the inadmissible underestimation of their role in the past, present and future of Montenegro - which some coalition partners have shown for a long time - is now sealed with the stamp of the Government.
Two Albanians were dismissed from the position of director of directorates in the ministries of education and tourism.
Were they party cadres? They are, but that is no argument for the purge when it is obvious that the future cadres in all places will be - party-oriented.
The new ones will be chosen by a competition that is open to everyone? It's possible, but that's not an excuse, it's hypocrisy, and these two were chosen in a competition.
The "hand of cooperation" that, right after the election, the then-mandate Zdravko Krivokapić and his coalition offered to the minorities, above all to the Albanians, looks hypocritical now. Because, unlike some other minorities, even in the former state administration, Albanians had to be searched with a candle. The new government tried to make the outlook look even darker.
According to Genci Nimanbegu, the two Albanians found out about their dismissal from the Government website.
- It is certain that our list is not recognized for unprofessionalism, nepotism, or corruption scandals, which the current government will "fight" against - announced Genci Nimanbegu.
He announced that such actions of the Government will further strengthen the reserve of the Albanian people towards the current government and its true intentions.
And he will! But not only members of the Albanian nation, but all citizens who see the diversity of peoples and their cultures as a value and not a flaw of Montenegro.

The joke that, on the occasion of the "holiday" of an entity of a neighboring state, was fired by Prime Minister Krivokapić at that value, echoed like a bomb. The fact that he did not send the congratulatory message publicly does not absolve him of his guilt, but raises the suspicion that it was not a mistake but an intention.
What he wanted to achieve, he had not yet explained. And what he managed to achieve is clear to everyone except some of the parties he led in the election campaign.
- There was no official congratulation, otherwise we would have published it on the Government's website or on Twitter. That was the prime minister's private conversation with Cvijanović - he tried to iron out Krivokapić's cabinet.
They were whitewashed for nothing, they can congratulate a friend from Banja Luka on their birthday or congratulations in private. Congratulating the President of Republika Srpska on a "holiday" that the mother country of Bosnia and Herzegovina declared unconstitutional is, to say the least, interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign state.
It is impossible for the Prime Minister of Montenegro or any other country not to know this. Nor that, when he realizes the consequences, he covers himself with linguistic acrobatics.
Fortunately, the Deputy Prime Minister was explicit:
- The government should not have congratulated and it did not officially congratulate RS Day. For us there is a Day of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina!
It is good that Dritan Abazović tried to iron out the international scandal, especially the most sensitive part with the neighboring country. However, it is not good that - because of the domestic public - he continued to iron in depth:
- We have to understand that we live in countries that had a very tragic past, and that in recent history, and that we cannot just eliminate all our existing frustrations. But what we can do is sometimes, if necessary, see through our fingers!
***
I understand that a younger but more experienced politician sometimes covers his back and protects an older one. But, if the deputy prime minister continues to go after the prime minister at the current pace, then he will spend the entire mandate ironing out his statements. And the decision, what's worse...
The voters of Ure saw the prime minister through their fingers many times, but I can't do this with a congratulatory message. And you shouldn't! Because they did not need an explanation from the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina to know that "January 9th cannot be a national holiday because it is the day of the beginning of the ethnic cleansing of Bosnia and Herzegovina".
The Prime Minister, who was elected by their votes, cannot be unaware of ethnic cleansing. Nor that it ended - with the genocide of Bosniaks.
The position of the Venice Commission on January 9 was adopted before the decision of the Constitutional Court and is somewhat milder: "That holiday is discriminatory, because it is not in accordance with the universal values of dialogue, tolerance and understanding".
That he does not respect the Venice Commission - it can be the Prime Minister'. But only after Montenegro gives up negotiations on joining the European Union.
Since it is still a priority of our foreign policy, the implementation of which is the responsibility of the Government, it would be useful if the domestic Constitutional Court also declared whether the Prime Minister violated our Constitution and not only the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
However, it is not at all useful that some parties use the fact that former President of Montenegro Filip Vujanović sent congratulations on the occasion of the same "holiday" as a justification for this international scandal. It suited him, the government he was at the top of contributed so much to ethnic cleansing in BiH that even (un)convicted war criminals publicly thanked it from the docks in The Hague...
There is no benefit from this rebellion of Montenegrin patriots either. Montenegrins, of whom, a quarter of a century ago, not even a quarter condemned the genocide, are now massively scandalized over - congratulations!

All Montenegrin opposition parties were scandalized for a decade and a half, especially after the Snimak affair, over party employment.
The Democratic Front used to: This government has identified itself with the state, and this is most pronounced in the employment policy. It sounds harsh, but it is true, they divided the atars, so it is known where the SDP members have an advantage, and where the DPS members have an advantage. Unfortunately, young people are discriminated against if they are not eligible for the party, and you can be Einstein, but without a DPS or SDP party card, you cannot get a job.
DF now should get the positions of executive director of the Budva Riviera, Plantation, Property Management, Railway Transport, Forestry Management, Customs Management, as well as the position of chairman of the board of directors of EPCG and CEDIS.
Democratic Montenegro once: Continuous party recruitment called into question the functioning of public services and their further future. This is due to the fact that party-appointed officials represent the interests of the parties, not taking into account the interests of the services they manage, and all this in order to preserve their seats and personal interests with unquestioning loyalty, without looking back at evident unscrupulous business practices.
Democrats now, i.e. the coalition Peace is our nation, should belong to the positions of executive directors of Elektroprivreda, the Montenegrin Electric Distribution System (CEDIS), the Post Office, the Port of Bar, the Ski Resort, the Traffic and Public Works Administration, the Employment Office, the Regional Waterworks, the "Simo Milošević" Institute, State Archives, Civil Aviation, Radio Broadcasting Center and Institute for Children and Social Protection.
The Socialist People's Party used to: Corruption and party recruitment, which is one of the most dominant electoral manipulations of the ruling coalition, must be stopped, all with the aim of strengthening the democratization of society.
SNP now he should get directorships in the Health Fund, the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions, the Official Gazette...
United Reform Action once: We will dismantle the party recruitment of DPS. In Montenegro, the previous practice of party recruitment, as done by the Democratic Party of Socialists and its satellites, must never be repeated.
Hooray now, i.e. the Black on White coalition, should get top positions in the Revenue Administration, the Diaspora Administration, the Maritime Safety Administration, the Medicines Administration, the Institute for Education, Maritime Welfare, CETI...
PS The ways of the gentlemen are really strange, the parties that almost crucified Depeesov for party employment are now following the vow of Zoran Jelic as the Holy Scriptures. The only difference is that the former government did not dare to publicly acknowledge the adoption of its activists even after the secret - Video - was leaked. The secrets that some ministers hide from the public by hiding their accounts will probably leak out one day. After the Government swore to - transparency!
