It's just that not even the NKT, in its party-pure composition, dared to publicly accuse a doctor of anyone's death, let alone the death of ten sick people a day...
Of course, the mayor learned the old trade, he did not mention the name of the doctor but the Ministry of Health, which he heads. And thus avoided criminal responsibility. He can't escape from politics, he was caught by his boss, I don't want to say what. Admitting publicly that the donation was not offered to the Ministry of Health, but to the President of the State.

I do not know Minister Borovinić-Bojović. I hadn't heard of Dr. Jelena until last spring, when corona patients and their relatives started praising her...
I was not satisfied when she was nominated for minister, I had my own candidate. I still think that he is better, that he would change the health care system faster, that he would not repeat some of the mistakes of the former government, especially personnel...
And yes, I hoped that my candidate would become a minister at least halfway through the mandate, it is not unusual even in governments more stable than this one...
But I really did not hope that Minister Jelena Borovinić-Bojović would be killed like this just because she is married to a high-ranking opposition member and that opposition member has a brother who many already see as the metropolitan of Montenegrin and Littoral.
And I'm not just referring to the above-mentioned pamphlet by the young non-memorialist, but to the organized hunt on social networks and in the patriotic media of the former regime.

If she were not part of that scourge, which in just two months managed to destroy Montenegro Airlines, Barska plovidba, Crnogorska plovidba, Plantaže and the Investment and Development Fund, we would still be filled with admiration from all sides for the wonderful doctor Jelena, who takes risks both day and night. her life to save our lungs...
- It is not true that I refused 100.000 vaccines. I never met Oleg Deripaska, nor was there ever an offer of a donation, only at a meeting with representatives of Deripaska's foundation it was informally said that it might be possible to donate vaccines - I felt a bit sorry for Dr. Jelena and Minister Borovinić-Bojović while in Reflektor she was explaining what has long been clear to all normal viewers...

Instead of covering his ears, after the whole public found out that the state guarantee for vaccines had to be paid back in September, the former minister of health, entertainment, Gucci, masks and home surgeries lashed out at the heiress. How is it that the vaccines were not bought in two months, one wonders whose effect is so extensive that the prosecutors are still weighing where to start. The vocabulary used by Kenan Hrapović is really not for a decent newspaper.
The authors of the press release from the President's office were polite, but it would be better if they didn't advertise themselves either.
The statement that "Milo Đukanović could in no way be involved in the process of procuring the vaccine because it is not his constitutional competence" should not have been published because of himself.

And not that he could, but - he had to be "involved in the procurement process", as Aleksandar Vučić did. Not because the constitutional powers of the president are the same in both countries. But because they don't even need them to use their influence, reputation and business connections for humane purposes.
It is not very realistic that the result of Vučić's efforts will be the promised 20 million vaccines, but the beginning of vaccination is a reality for which Serbia will forgive his boasting.
The Montenegrin reality is that the President's cabinet admitted what it should not have done. That his reputation, influence and business connections fell on - two tycoons. Or just one, the author of the announcement confused the singular and the plural.
If "continuous cooperation with respected international partners" refers to Deripaska and Statis, then we are doomed.
We still remember their earlier donations, from the era when KAP and Kraljičina plaža were first vaccinated against the virus of legal business...
They were expensive, too expensive.
