Pity God for Montenegro, even three decades after the war, it is not able to face not only the criminals, but also the description of the crimes that we have all seen either in live broadcasts or on subsequent recordings.
Divided more than ever before, it is waiting for the quarreling winners to unite it by reconstructing the six-month-old Government, in which the majority are Serbs, for the protection of the Serbian people in Montenegro.
It seems silly, but the consequences can be dangerous. Not every duck school is child's play, a similar mantra was current during the nineties. The only difference is that the protection of Serbs covered a drastically larger territory.
The duck school, however, remained the same - nowhere from the beginning. That's why today we are renewing part of the material about key events and personalities.

She is Srebrenica, the most tragic symbol of the killing of the greatest symbol of the former SFRY - Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the genocide in July 1995, captured Bosniak men between the ages of 12 and 77 were killed en masse and planned.
It was carried out by the Army of the Republika Srpska under the command of General Ratko Mladić and the (para)military formation "Scorpions" under the control of the MUP of Serbia, together with volunteers.
- Here we are on July 11, 1995, in Srebrenica. On the eve of another great Serbian holiday, we are giving this city as a gift to the Serbian people. Finally, after the rebellion against the dahi, it was time to take revenge on the Turks in these areas - that's how the cowardly general admitted his guilt for the genocide in front of the cameras even before he was accused.
That this is not a "spontaneous crime", is also evidenced by the instructions of the Supreme Commander Radovan Karadžić.
His Directive no. 7 of March 8, the Drina Corps is ordered to "create an unbearable situation of total insecurity, with no hope for further survival and life for the population of Srebrenica and Žepa".

He is Ratko Mladić, general. He was legally sentenced to life imprisonment for the genocide in Srebrenica. Accusations of genocide in six other municipalities of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Foča, Vlasenica, Ključ, Sanski Most, Kotor Varoš and Prijedor - were acquitted.
The myth of the general's war heroism and military honor was shattered. His fans can cry for another thirty years, the truth cannot be hidden.
General Mladić will forever be remembered as the biggest coward of the last(?) Balkan war. Because he left in the lurch all the generals, colonels and other officers who carried out his criminal orders. And because - fear of life often mars his face - he cowardly hid for 15 years.
He is guilty not only of the genocide committed against about 8.000 Bosniaks in Srebrenica, but also of the persecution and forced relocation of Bosniaks throughout BiH and the terrorizing of civilians during the three-year siege of Sarajevo.
Ten of the 11 counts of the indictment for war crimes and crimes against humanity have been proven.
Statistics from the Hague Tribunal say that during the process, which began exactly nine years ago, "in 530 days, 592 witnesses were produced, around 10.000 pieces of evidence were presented, and the court also took into account 2.000 adjudicated facts".

Radovan Karadzic - Sentenced to life imprisonment for genocide and other crimes in BiH between 1992 and 1995. Just as brave as Mladić, only a bit more witty. He was also hiding in Serbia, but under the pseudonym Dragan Dabić, after stealing the identity of a man who died in Sarajevo in 1993.
Ljubisa Beara - Sentenced to life imprisonment. He held the rank of colonel and was responsible for the protection of captured Bosniaks from Srebrenica. He protected them - by sending them to their deaths.
Zdravko Tolimir - Sentenced to life imprisonment. Assistant Commander for Intelligence and Security Affairs. Accused of genocide on seven counts, found guilty on six counts.
Vujadin Popovic - Sentenced to life imprisonment. He was a lieutenant colonel and chief of security in the Drina Corps, involved in the organization of the murders of men and boys in Potočari.
Following are: Radislav Krstić - 35 years in prison, Drago Nikolić - 35, Momir Nikolic - 20, Radivoje Miletić - 18, Dragan Obrenović - 17, Drazen Erdemović - five years in prison...
Not to rewrite further, the Hague Tribunal did what it undertook to do when it was established - it sentenced some war criminals. It was the duty of domestic courts to judge everyone else.

We are hostages of all criminals whom we did not condemn even three decades after the war began. In which Montenegro did not participate, it deprived its 30.000 reservists and soldiers.
We are also voluntary collateral victims of all other crimes in the former great homeland, because its smallest republic chose war with 80 percent of the votes.
She couldn't stop him? Maybe, but she could bring normal people to power, like Kir Gligorov, he saved Macedonia from war.
Montenegro did not want to go that way, it got what it asked for. And again it will...
That is why the name of Srebrenica should be protected by law here. In order not to disturb the peace of the dead, what we did to them while alive is enough.
Wasn't Montenegro convicted of genocide? That's right, she wasn't convicted, but she was guilty. Because the Montenegrin devastation of parts of Croatia and BiH was conditioning training for killing all of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Yugoslavia could have been killed only through her death.
Couldn't the young Montenegrin leaders know that? It is not true, they consciously sacrificed Montenegro.
If by some miracle everything was not clear to them, they could learn in time. They were taught by more than 30.000 liberals, monitors, esdepe people and members of minority nations...
They didn't want to hear them...

They won't hear it today either. That is why, without an iota of remorse for their contribution to the genocide, the former regime talks about Srebrenica like this:
- The final verdict against Ratko Mladić for war crimes in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the genocide in Srebrenica not only condemned a war criminal, but also condemned an entire bad time in the Balkans, which must not be repeated, nor forgotten.
It is true, it was not just a war criminal who was convicted, but a comrade-in-arms of that regime. But evil time is not condemned, because there is no evil time, only evil people. Those evil people were the very top of the regime in Montenegro, but also all those who supported them.
Those who stopped supporting that regime only when it stopped fighting for greater Serbia, do not admit that the Serbian army committed genocide in Srebrenica.
They admit, however, that there were war crimes, while at the same time celebrating their most obvious consequence:
- The Republika Srpska was created in the magnificent struggle of the Serbian people - they have been repeating for decades, thus placing the blame of already convicted individuals on the entire Serbian people.

Everything was manipulated in the parliament this week, but what remains unforgettable is Kenana Strujić-Harbić's attempt to manipulate the public. Despite everything that has been disclosed so far about the lucrative dimension of the Bosniak Party's participation in government.
- We heard that we used various benefits from participation in the government, funds as ATMs, and even that we betrayed the trust of the voters. You can respect all of us gentlemen in this parliament, but if we calculate with the victims of Srebrenica or with any Bosniak victim or identity - well, you can't respect us - the deputy of the Bosniak Party, the most expensive coalition partner that the former ever had, raised her voice and index finger. mode.
Instead of demanding this new declaration on Srebrenica and punishments for the old investigation on the blind sniper Ibrahim Čikić and SDA leaders for the mandate of that regime, for Bukovica and the deportation of Bosniaks, BS only demanded new and new apartments.
And that's 128 square meters for 26.716 euros, then 90 square meters for 14.000, and more and more... To put it bluntly, that list would be longer than the aforementioned one from the Hague Court...
And where is the luck that the letter was not voted? I wanted to acknowledge Ervin Ibrahimović - for the first time in both his and my career - for the way he fought for the declaration of Srebrenica. Especially for his willingness to accept the suggestions of government representatives, even though he is an opposition member...

I also wanted to finally support government representative Boris Bogdanović. Due to the demand that the declaration clearly states that no nation - neither Serbian, Montenegrin, Bosniak, Albanian, nor Croatian - is and cannot be criminal, that individuals and not nations are guilty of crimes.
I give up the explanation, but not because of him and the Democrats. Rather, because of the attempts of DF and SNP deputies to supplement and amend the declaration to the extent that he would sign it personally - Ratko Mladić...
P.S. Uh, I just remembered now, I don't know what would happen to the people of Deef and Esenpe if on Wednesday they heroically shut up about the verdict against Ratko Mladić...
