1. Because where he will go there is a shortage of manpower, especially educated ones, and the lack would not be compensated from where that manpower is realistically surplus, and in addition, "for Dz" you get a few hundred thousand euros in education and up to a few million EUR of labor value.
2. Because the world is divided into at least four categories of countries and every reasonable citizen of the world, especially the younger one, looks to be placed in - the football championship is in progress, to use the term - "higher level of competition".
3. Because the countries you are leaving from don't understand (or they won't; or they don't really care) that the drain of brains and labor represents, in fact, a free export of capital whose value increases and increases over the years.
4. Because here, where they could stay, young people have no guarantee that they will get the "4P" important for establishing a permanent residence: Job, Family, Justice and Perspective.
5. Because the most common "area" where young people live - the Internet - doesn't really have interstate borders, so they don't really care about them.
6. Because the new generation votes with their feet: where they don't like the country, society or government - they go somewhere else, where all that is better.
7. Because the authorities of the countries from which they are leaving have never had a need for voters who would change something or be interested in the future that reaches beyond the borders of one mandate.
8. Because grandchildren are not planned in the territory where some, during only one mandate, are also provided with grandchildren.
9. Because the state is, essentially, a kind of service activity, and young people want better service, and better services always fight for their new users.

14. Because the mantra still reigns that we are surrounded by a country of cheap labor, as if the price of the population's labor is something like the dominant color of their skin, so that can never change.
15. Because freedom, among other things, is as much as you can provide yourself financially, and young people just kind of like - they are like that, what can be done - to live where there is freedom.
16. Because elections are won by promises of a better life, not plans for a better future.
17. Because no one from the previous generation apologized to the new generation for the world they were left with.
18. Because you can come to the weekend by plane and see how yours are by Skype, and it's easier to fight with a patriot from a distance.

20. Because even the older ones wouldn't stay, if only they were younger.
21. Because those who have more lives think more about the conditions of life.
22. Because when you're young it's not "it's the way it is", "what can be done" and "let's just be alive and healthy".
23. Because parents with average pensions are not supported by average salaries from this climate.
24. Because someone else's is sweetest when the home is bland.
25. Because there could be 250 of these "becauses", but let them be these 25, because the time has come to end this text.
