Reconciliation

We don't have to invent hot water, but we need to take ready-made models that will make Montenegro a civil state, in the true sense of the word. With constituents and citizens with equal rights. One little Switzerland, why not!

Ah, what are these Chetniks doing to us! And, by God, Dritan with them, someone told me. They gave us back Valdanos, gave us money for the trip to Golubovci, promised concessions and benefits for agriculture, then revived the air fleet, reprogrammed the debt for the highway... And that in just six months of rule! And yet, we cannot see them all together with our eyes. In order not to, God forbid, mess with those who have done everything for us in the last thirty years. We chastise them, not for our sake, but for the sake of the "partisans" who showered us with various privileges: ministerial positions, assistant and state secretary positions... May God protect those of our partisans, because they were balm for our wounds! They, like true friends, thought of us, so that they wouldn't bother us. Who is going to pick olives? What should we do with resources: forests, fields, the sea, a salt pan, a lake, a sawmill... well, that's a pain! Why should we milk our cows? It is enough that we feed them! And so, for our good, they took everything from us. But that's why they didn't give us the municipality for a long time. Probably, so that we wouldn't have to worry about her! Likewise with recruitment and representation.

They also thought of us when it came to "re-education". It is enough to remember the "Flight of the Eagle" action, just a few months after our unconditional support for the referendum for the independence of the state. Well-intentioned, nothing! While I was thinking about this, I remembered the "Badger on trial" and the poor old man who was "liberated" by the state from his naughty only son! Kočić would probably have something to say about this as well. But Kočić aside!

I am not writing this to praise one, nor to condemn others, but because I feel that things will soon change. Because obviously the Chetniks are not what "our" partisans presented them to be, and by God neither are the partisans what they presented themselves to be. Now they have already discovered that they are neither Chetniks-just Chetniks, nor partisans-thoroughly partisans. Therefore, it is almost certain that there will be a reconciliation. And soon. Because there is no future for this country without the reconciliation of "Chetniks" and "partisans". And you can't go back. They don't give! The European path cannot be questioned. Did the president say that too? And he doesn't speak by heart. Therefore, a compromise will probably be found halfway. And by freeing "partisans" from the corrupt, and "Chetniks" from extreme nationalists with clero-fascist ideas. And if until now political profit was made from divisions, now profit will be made from relativizing them. But "liberation" from the excess burden brings its own sacrifice. So fans of the character and part of the "president in cohabitation" and "prime minister-pope without a mantle" will have to put up with it.

Of course, this reconciliation will also mean a redefinition of relations within Montenegro, and perhaps even a change in the very structure of the state, including the Constitution. Because a part of the population that has been left out of the institutions until now, just because they were in the "wrong camp" must be "brought into the system". And I say, about 5% of autochthonous Albanians! But now it also depends on us. Primarily from the way of presenting and seeking the fulfillment of our rights, demands and expectations. And there are plenty of ready-made models. We don't have to invent hot water, but the way the Europeans solved it a hundred years ago. Take ready-made models that will make Montenegro a civil state, in the true sense of the word. With constituents and citizens with equal rights. One little Switzerland, why not!

But the question of all questions is whether with new elections, or with a reconstructed government. Because this one has already lost trust, and by God, also the compass!

I'm not going to get into a polemic with my fellow countrymen, who before, and for God's sake even now, sided with one option - the "partisan" option. I just want to point out that flirtations in politics do not lead anywhere, as much as quarrels and hatred. But only honest, benevolent and principled alignment with those options, not people and parties, but options, which we believe are correct. And to guarantee that we, as an indigenous people, will be a constitutional category, and our representatives are nobody's decoration, but only protectors of the interests of the citizens they represent. Neither exclusion, nor exclusivity on the basis of name, but only on the basis of the desire to talk to us as equals. Because only as equals can we provide a future in which badgers will not be judged, but only criminals!
