Who knows what would happen with the reconstruction of the Government, as soon as it started leaking from the ANB, the offensive would weaken. And they fell completely silent after it was announced that the first state visit to the USA would be made by the supposed brakeman of reconstructed progress.
What does the leak of Official data have to do with it? Well, not yet, but there will be when the flood starts.
And Washington? Well, things were somewhat clearer there even before the departure of the state delegation. Because the invitation was addressed to the Deputy Prime Minister, not to the President of the Government, the Assembly or the State.
Upon their return, everything will be more obvious, especially to those who know how to learn more from the unequivocal simple sentences of American diplomats than from the ambiguous essays of their European colleagues.
If five days ago there could have been a dilemma as to which policy caused fears about the exchange of data with the Alliance, after the meeting between Gabriel Eskobar and Dritan Abazović, it is completely clear what political course is implied by the statement that "the USA and Montenegro are not only friends, but also allies" and announcement of his imminent arrival in Podgorica.
Far from being a fan of American foreign policy, I prefer internal standards of rights and freedoms, but I'm not so politically inexperienced that I don't know who's last in the Balkans.

If I understood both announcements correctly, the dual coalition can reconstruct the Government to their heart's content, but the support of the strongest ally will only be gained by the policy consistently advocated by the third member of the government. This will be the case until majority Montenegro changes its foreign policy course.
The reconstructionists may now raise a revolt because of the USA's interference in internal politics, but this time it is not about politics but about logic.
You can't go to the West and the East at the same time, and that's not because of the geographical distance in miles, but the value in centuries.
It is not normal to support Euro-Atlantic integration, and at the same time celebrate war criminals, deny genocide, ignore the rights of the most numerous people in your country and cancel the independence and sovereignty of the neighboring country.
It is not moral to vote in the parliament for the takeover of democratic western achievements, and outside of it to force integration with all Serbs and despotic role models from Belgrade and Moscow.

And if we only adopt church laws, the prosecutor's office and the judiciary can wait until all those who are baptized and bow down accept the sacrament.
And let's remove that mountaineer who won't get it into his head that the life of one priest is more valuable than all the others.

If Vice Prime Minister Abazović leaves because of that, what does that have to do with us...

Not that there is, but that was also the main goal of the alleged reconstruction.
Because with the leader of Ura, all rational politics would leave the Government. In vain, in the cabinet of a completely executed prime minister - I trust in his god that's all it is about - those two or three ministers whose worldviews are close to the vice prime minister's would remain.
That's why one foreign word, in addition to nine meanings in four dictionaries, got a tenth. Reconstruction is now said in our own way - either we will enter the Government or there will be none!
Exactly as the late ideological leader of most ruling and opposition parties commanded two decades ago - either the police will submit to the army or there will be none.
A year later, only the buttons remained. Not from a smaller police force, but from a drastically superior army.
Uh, my every concern is numb, of course it's not a joke, it's for God's sake to cry' such political wisdom. Thanks to which, in the end, everything turns into a mess.
In the end, this is how the above-mentioned reconstruction will end, which unfortunately blocked the Parliament, the Government and all the most important Montenegrin institutions for months.
Except for the President, who cannot be blocked. But it can block everything.

Of course, reconstruction is necessary, but not by the Government, but by Montenegro. And above all, the reconstruction of the consciousness of its adult inhabitants who, even after thirty years of decline, allowed their future to be decided either by the warriors of the nineties or their political successors. The first one was a thief, and the second one was a priest.
It sometimes seems to me that there is no help for such a consciousness until we let them rule together for at least five years. Just them, with no third party to pin the blame on.
Don't be fooled, I say to myself as soon as I remember what their rule might look like.
There is no hope until the champions of the former confess, first before the civil and then before the political and judicial Montenegro, all war crimes and all post-war crimes. And then they are stripped of everything they stole during both phases of the war - both the one they covered with the defense of all Serbs and the latter, which was camouflaged by the strengthening of the Montenegrin identity.
There is no hope if at the same time the champions of the others do not admit, first of all in front of their voters, that the greatest crimes of the former lie in their ten-year-old early works. That wartime looting is only a consequence of war practice. And that from the dreams of all Serbs in one state - packed in 1921 in SHS, in 1942 in Greater Serbia, in 1992 in FRY and in 2021, on the hundredth anniversary of the constitutional legalization of hegemony, in the Serbian world - we did wake up and can wake up only in an inter-ethnic slaughterhouses.

We will definitely have to look for hope on a third party. The one that - a bit rudely but quite correctly - is called the civil, multi-national and multi-religious Montenegro.
This is not the hope of yesterday, it is the same as the French Revolution, it just arrived late in our region.
Well, I understand the Montenegrin champions of that time. Peter the First was also a political educator, but it is unlikely that the idea of a constitutional assembly could have dawned on him right after his return from Krus.
It was not even realistic to expect Bogdan Vukov, the one who brought the head of Mahmut Pasha to the great military leader, to exclaim libertarian, egalitarian and fraternal in front of the Cetinje monastery...
I do not understand, however, these 21st century leaders who have allowed both libertarians and egalitarians to lose the battle with feudal absolutism.

PS No matter how formally opposed they may seem, the two majority Montenegros are essentially the same.
