From the clerical quarrel of Momo Koprivica and Marko Milačić, to which the Komite curse of Draginja Vuksanović and Aleksis Vuković is so brilliantly followed, sometimes less visible, but much more significant things slip through the cracks.
Like, for example, that the parliamentary discussion on Friday restored dignity to the Montenegrin parliament, which had been trampled on for years, and at the height of that time, our house of representatives was reduced to reality. It can even be said that the discussion on such a large topic as trust in the Government resembled a polemic in the Academy of Sciences. How the Montenegrin Assembly was once described in the region, even during the criminal 90s. Until Gospodar condemned Ranko and his parliamentary dictatorship and turned that Chamber into a Cooperative.
On that DPS project in general pinkavization Montenegro, DF assisted wholeheartedly as the main contractor. So that on Friday we could see a different picture and environment in which, for example, Slaven Radunović was moved by the discussion on the topic of parliamentary democracy from Esdepe's Konjević, and wanted to translate Raško into Rastok in order to enroll him in the NSD and the Serbs.
All that was missing was the prime minister and his babies to contribute to the democratic rise of Montenegrin parliamentarians, but they had more important work to do - they adopted new decisions and hired new advisers on the day they were voted no-confidence. In Europe it is called a mockery of democracy, in Brussels or Berlin they would even discuss whether it was caused by a coup d'état, while in Montenegro it is called - Europe now.
Krivokapić has lost more in the last two weeks than in the previous year and a half. His colleagues Spajić and Milatović wash their hands and probably explain to Escobar or Lajčak how the professor messed up, but there are also speculations that say that the weak prime minister was only implementing the plan of young and ambitious youths in order to give them the strongest possible incentive to enter the political arena. A long time ago, I called Spajić in a friendly but also with a touch of cynicism little Vučić, alluding on the one hand to his energy and desire to do something for his country, but on the other hand to his authoritarian spirit, ready to turn all institutions, media, NGOs into a facade and service. Support of the newly opposing association Bishops of Montenegro, who, to the surprise of Brussels, Paris, Berlin and Rome, directly interfered in the work of the parliament, trying to save the Government that fell last summer, instilled in Spajić and Milatović the belief that the Assembly is a completely unimportant address and that the electoral will is preserved and defended in the gate of the Church of the Resurrection of Christ. And at the electronic sessions of the Government. This will be their biggest challenge in the future work and promotion of Zdravko's Babies party - to show that they are not the political wing of the local Church and that they are not prone to mocking the public and institutions.
Democratic Front, SNP, Demos, welcomed what they openly wished for months ago - that Krivokapić they drown by other people's hands. Just as Dritan helped them to give up the losing single opposition list for the 2020 elections, so now he enabled them to free themselves amateur professor who kept them in his hand, that is, the trap, called - never with the DPS. That's why Krivokapić or his underling will one day accuse the DF of overthrowing the Government through Dritan, just as today Knežević blames the professor for becoming the head of the Government as an amateur thanks to his Albanian brother Dritan. Thus, the members of the DEF dignified allowed Abazović to overthrow the Government, waiting for the day after to present their account. Both Knežević (Milan) and Radunović (Slaven) sent a unique message that has no flaws - we are ready to build bridges, even with DPS we make some important decisions, the only thing we do not accept is to be ghettoized and bullied again just because we are Serbs.
Such a message should be carefully heeded in the DPS, because in 2020 they lost power in large part because those who rounded up NE in 2006 were treated with the vocabulary with which Bogdanović and his colleagues honor Ur and its champions these days. Just as the political will of the DPS to respect the rights of Bosniaks and Albanians was commendable, it is surprising that they did not show the same sensibility towards the traditional Montenegrins/Serbs. Because without respect for all our small differences, there is no happy and reconciled country. Perhaps the DPS is ready to understand this and give up the life's work of Dral and Draginja, because persisting in any vulgar nationalism harms true national and state interests.
After all, this was confirmed by Zdravko Krivokapić after Milo - the clerical professor's ethnic policy ghettoized Bosniaks and Albanians, which also ultimately contributed to the downfall of this government. And it resulted that the political representatives of the minorities do not want to hear about entering the new Cabinet with Krivokapić and his followers. And allies. We don't give Mojkovac or Nikšić in vain if it doesn't work in Cetinje or Rožaje - with identity profile you cannot get majority support for running Montenegro.
So, if civil society is afraid of Bata Carević or Jovan Vučurević, it cannot defend itself against Draginja Vuksanović-Stanković. And Splendid.
The Democrats have taken over the DF program from 2016 - us or him. Just as Milo in his early works hated chess because of the checkerboard, so the Reds now because of Milo (plus Bran, Petr, Gvozd...), entered into hysterical disparagement of half of the electorate, i.e. their electoral will. On the eve of the Assembly session, they realized, either on their own or at the suggestion of allies from the West, that they had gone too far to the right, so they dissolved the street protests, which contributed to the institutional solution of the political dispute. I hope that the DF will learn some lessons from their case before starting the riot that it threatens. Maybe Ura had a reason to overcome personal animosities and vote for the stay of announcer Aleksa, but that would mean not only keeping Bečić, but also the numerous red brigades that Krivokapić has been reluctantly deploying in depth in recent months. By now preparing a certain political alliance, which at the time few could see, Europe now i Democrat.
A long time ago, I described Abazović by paraphrasing one of Andrić's characteristics - everything separates him from Montenegrins/Serbs, but he has little in common with Albanians/Bosniaks. Such is the position of his party. Hooray is a straw among whirlwinds. A weak pontoon that should connect the seemingly distant coasts of DPS and DF, the former of which are marked by crime and corruption, and the latter by nationalism and comrade Putin. Time will tell if that goal was set too ambitiously or if Dritan would be better off staying silent on the sidelines like Aleksa and waiting for others to fractures in the brain. In order for Ura's mission to succeed, there must be a solution where everyone will feel a bit of a winner. And where both of them will have to take a few bitter pills, in order for the whole society to drink the glass of honey.
Compromise and consensus lead to reconciliation. Is the current political elite ripe for such a historic step forward?! I'm not sure.
