Just a few days after Prime Minister Abazović made a statement that he did not have to subsequently clarify, much less apologize for, and moreover, he can be proud of - the president of the DPS and the party state, M.Đ. he unknowingly gave him the right. Namely, the Prime Minister rightly noted that "behind every patriotism is corruption". Which is just a paraphrase of Dr. Samuel Johnson's 250-year-old maxim that "patriotism the last refuge of scoundrels"! Or as the great Dis put it in verse 100 years ago: "Dignities were shared by idiots/ ...Dark souls called themselves patriots/...
Just a few days after the mentioned message of the prime minister, the president of DPS and the founder of the private state M.Đ. with the vicious statement that Montenegrin nationalism is defensive and therefore harmless! With the assistance of Raonic's microphone holder, he would point out that our nationalism is even desirable, because it is organic, bio, without gluten and sugar, which means healthy and for every use. Before and after Belvedere. Contraindications are unknown except possible mild diarrhea. If you don't believe it, ask Commissioner Ivan Vuković.
Just a few days after the editor-in-chief of Vijesti Srdan Kosović explained why any nationalism is dynamite in the foundations of the state, a patriotic hook, and especially a hoe, was raised. From the on-duty flamethrowers Zeković, Nikolaidis, Batrićević, through the newly composed Daliborka U. and the innocent Vukanović, to the Supreme Lord M.Đ. who explains to us that Vijesti is not on the side of his private state and that Srdan is trying to justify his unjustified absence from Veljović's demonstration exercise at the Belvedere.
But that was not the most entertaining part of the president's monologue. Just a few days after Vijesti columnist Željko Pantelić wrote from Brussels that EU officials support Đukanović's imminent withdrawal, in an honorable way that he himself chooses, the master red-facedly said that ("unlike some even from my environment") he does not he agrees to offer victims to Europe, especially not the innocent (Medenica, Jovanić, Vukotić), especially not himself, just to confirm that Montenegro is not his private state but a country of the rule of law. So says the president.
And I really thought that after three decades he had given up on gossiping, hate speech, division and pushing society into the abyss of nationalist passions. But in vain. The wolf changes its coat, but not its temper. That is why he told the EU officials that he is not thinking about withdrawing, but about a new candidacy for the presidency. After three decades of autocracy and plunder. It did him good.
But even that was not the worst part of the president's performance. Not even 24 hours had passed after the arrest, according to the company's statute and the law, of those most responsible for satirizing the state giant Plantaž, namely the Board of Directors, for the jailer of the captured state (as Ranko Krivokapić said) to send a threatening message to the awakened and freed prosecutors - we won't tell you that forget it! So Novović, Radonjić, Jovanović, and all the honorable prosecutors should get ready because when some DPS court panel, headed by, say, the famous Nenad Otašević, whom you have never heard of, acquits the suspects - we will not forget it. And we can only guess who the president was referring to when he mentioned those who do not forget - the Party, Splendid, the blacksmith clan, the Skaljar clan, or just himself and Zoran Pažin?!
The president, therefore, does not give up, but neither does the prime minister.
Just six days after he led the country into a parliamentary crisis, risking losing the last train to the EU, the young Abazović explains to us that "if we miss this moment, it will not mean that we have missed only it, but also the next moment". Well, let...
It's just as cynical as when the president changes his thesis and justifies his brutal interference in prosecutorial investigations with invented pressure from the media and NGOs on prosecutors and processes. Similarly, the Prime Minister tries to address the deviation from the right path to someone else, even though the facts show that he is the main culprit. And instead of, like after Potočar and the apology for the careless statement, he corrects himself here and says that he was pulled away, that he is not Vučić after all, that he can do what he wants and screw us as long as he wants - he pretends to be English so he talks about himself in the third person or what he needs to say to himself, he addresses the public. That's why he put himself in a situation where the Democrats superiorly and with a touch of sarcasm offer him to sign the TU, push through appointments in the judiciary and then resign, so in the new/old government they will let him be the minister of sports. Instead, before TU, he let them simmer in the right-wing sauce, putting them in the unpleasant situation of having to vote for judicial positions and appointments supported by the EU.
Only a year and a half after he soared into the orbit of power and political power, the young and talented prime minister shows symptoms of glory and narcissism, which in Djukanović's case metastasized and now we have a leader who is dynamite in the foundations of the state. Like his defensive nationalism and aggressive hate speech.
Maybe it's not too late for Abazović to get down to earth and listen to himself: "If we miss this moment, it will not mean that we have missed only it, but also the next moment"! Well done, Dritan, you can do it.
As for the president, it is too late for him to change. The only way he could help the country he swears by is to please EU officials and the largest number of his subjects and retire.
Milo, it's empty.
Finally, in order for both the president and the prime minister to understand that there is nothing personal or malicious in the mentioned remarks and suggestions, let them read how the famous psychiatrist and neurologist Viktor Frankl answered the question of the difference between Freud's psychoanalysis and his logotherapy: "In psychotherapy, the patient has to lie on the couch and tell you things that are sometimes uncomfortable to say. In logotherapy, the patient has to sit upright, but he also has to listen to things that are sometimes unpleasant to listen to."
With EU officials, it is also defined as - an honorable departure.
