Friday, September 2 - That's what happens when a frog sees that a horse is shoving, so it raises its leg as well. More precisely, when a society that still functions according to tribal principles loads itself with the samar of European heritage, without first checking the dimensions of the back and samara...
What will the black frog do, it did not have enough administrative capacity to realistically assess its condition and strength.
Montenegro not only had enough of them, but also a surplus, but despite that, it did not resist the offer of accelerated shoeing.
Church topics were the reason for overthrowing as many as three governments in two years.
Within Montenegro, the critical mass for their downfall was somehow formed all three times.
But the starting bullets for the race to demolish them were fired from Brussels. Directly or indirectly, in agreement with Washington or without it, it has long been indifferent...
If the European partners had not let Milo Đukanović down the drain in 2016, or just left him stranded, his midnight score on August 30, 2020 would have been different.
Didn't he fall because of the total number of opposition votes?
Formally, it is, but that sum would not have been lower even in 2016 if the Western partners had not helped him regarding the "coup d'état", despite the fact that it did not happen.
Why they did it was shown by the accelerated admission to NATO, even though Montenegro then met the conditions just like Kosovo does today.
For the first time, the critical mass was reached as long ago as 1996. European observers pretended to be blind to both the redrawing of electoral district boundaries in the middle of the campaign and the theft of ballots on election night.
Why? Well, because of the accelerated preparations for the overthrow of Slobodan Milošević. Which were quickly made known by Đukanović's statement to the Serbian media that "today Mr. Milošević is a man of outmoded political thought, devoid of the ability to strategically look at the challenges facing our country".
After that, the Montenegrin authorities housed almost all the leaders of the Serbian opposition in Podgorica and Budva, took over the publication and distribution of their media and - the joint venture to overthrow the great leader began...

If the European partners did not support Zdravko Krivokapić in 2020...
If Boris Johnson hadn't given him a brotherly hug in London...
If Angela Merkel had not announced her support for him and his government after the meeting in Tirana...
If Emmanuel Macron from Paris had not told him "France is with you"...
It would not be a trick if the Apostolic Government lasted until the first Christmas, let alone the second.
They gave up on him because of his loyalty to the SPC?
No matter what, these are not countries of lajčak-diplomacy from today to tomorrow. The EU members also knew who put him at the top of the electoral list and for whom he will exclusively work when he is at the top of the country.
After all, Zdravko Krivokapić didn't even hide it...

And why the European partners gave up on the Government of Dritan Abazović, and that will remain a secret until the end of next week.
Because of corruption and crime, they certainly didn't, not a single arrest or seizure went without their congratulations.
Statements by European envoys and commissioners that he slowed down, stopped or even blocked Montenegro's path to the EU are not believed by either the givers or the recipients of those statements.
First, if Montenegro was so close to joining the EU, not even the resurrected leader of the Serbian Chetnik movement could block its path in 113 days, let alone a bare-handed Albanian Chetnik...
Second, but much more important, Johannes Hahn ruled four years ago that Montenegro is going astray in European integration and threatened the balance clause.
There has been no balancing in the reports of the European Commission since then. Montenegro was marked as a captive state of blocked institutions and endemic corruption.
If this is the road that Abazović's government blocked or at least slowed down, and EC reporters have reported at least a hundred times that it was just like that, then it was expected that the leaders of all EU member states would send a message like Macron's.
Instead, they sent Miroslav Lajčak to look for a new prime minister.
With the same mantra that was presented to the outgoing party just three months ago - "Montenegro needs brave leaders who will make brave decisions"...

Saturday, September 3 - Be careful what you wish for, your wish can come true, another saying came to mind while I was copying the message about "brave leaders and brave decisions"...
Maybe the European partners will be lucky enough that in the third attempt - the symbolism of the number three is a miracle - their wish will finally come true.
And that the Montenegrin Prime Minister be - Andrija Mandić.
Judging by his statements, it's over for him.
- The parliamentary majority from August 30 is together again, we easily reached an agreement - one of the leaders of the DF was full of optimism after yesterday's signing of the agreement of the new old majority.
- We finally returned to the election results. SNP's condition is (only) that today's session is not held or that it is postponed - SNP leader Vladimir Joković did not lag behind in his optimism yesterday.
- Everything that was agreed at the meeting of the "old parliamentary majority" will fall into the water if the president of the parliament Danijela Đurović is replaced today - the optimism of the former partners from ZBCG, executive director of Ura Zoran Mikić, violated the optimism.
The break in the Assembly is still going on, the president was not replaced yesterday.
It remained unclear, however, whether the agreement would fall through if she were to be replaced in the following days, or whether the ultimatum of the current partners in the government was only valid for Friday.
- As long as Danijela Đurović performs the function of the President of the Assembly, the implementation of the agreement will be blocked - DCG MP Momo Koprivica resolved some of the ambiguities.
The only thing left is for the Democrats to clarify among themselves whether this request is revenge for the dismissal of their leader Aleksa Bečić, preparing the ground for abandoning the agreement at the last minute or something else...
Miroslav Lajčak has not yet spoken about the possible replacement of his candidate for "a brave leader who makes brave decisions". Unfortunately, Oliver Varhelji did, but on the occasion of the Open Balkans.
The European Commissioner for Enlargement continues to strongly support the initiative, although many EU member states are skeptical about it and prefer the Berlin process.
Brussels has been exporting this confusion to the Balkans for months.
- The European Union should stop sending different messages and thereby create confusion about whether something is good or not for EU integration - warned Minister Jovana Marović.
Better late than never, but how lucky is it that the government did this at the beginning of the mandate...

Sunday, September 4 - Andrija Mandić was also late with the message that "we don't want anyone to interfere in our mutual agreements, any address from the side".
It's good that he ordered it through RTS.
It is bad that he did not specify whether this applies only to state partners from EU countries or also to DF's party partners from the neighborhood. With special reference to the owner of the state media service and the state of Serbia...
That's right, Mandić was right this time - "the mixing of various ill-intentioned addresses had a dominant influence on the Government elections in the previous two years"...

Monday, September 5 - I would not interfere with the independence of the judiciary either, if the long-announced beginning of the repeated trial for the so-called The "coup d'état" did not turn into a mockery of both the defendants and the judiciary and the state.
As things stand, it will surpass the first season of the political soap opera. Does anyone else remember that synopsis...
Two Serbs from Montenegro hired ten Serbs from Serbia and two Russians from Russia to shoot Serbs who came to celebrate in front of the Montenegrin parliament on October 16, 2016, as soon as the strongest party of Serbs in Montenegro declared victory.
And why did the "coup" fail?
Of the eight "terrorists" from Serbia, five killed themselves while looking for fast food near the bus station, two lovers ran into the police while hiding around the Delta, and the eighth found refuge in time in the Special Prosecutor's Office...
The existence of the two Russians has not yet been officially confirmed.
The new trial was postponed five or six times. The last reason is - a hacker attack on the computer system of the court.
And what happened to those two Serbs from the beginning of the story?
They are still waiting for judicial justice. Until then, they are trying to fight for the political.
If they succeed, they will have another process to attack the country. Not in Podgorica but in Brussels...

Tuesday, September 6 - After the second meeting of the first parliamentary majority that managed to defeat DPS, half of that majority was full of optimism.
- A very successful meeting - Andrija Mandić announced the good news.
The representative of the winning minority was in charge of the sad one.
- Nothing is agreed until everything is agreed - Momo Koprivica from the DCG brought the frontmen back to reality.
Despite this, the Government's priorities have been determined: socio-economic topics, legal security of citizens and the fight against crime and corruption.
They are also optimistic about the distribution of functions - the president of the Assembly, the Government and the board, then the vice-president of the Assembly, the Government and the board, and then state secretaries, secretaries in ministries, their deputies and assistants...
It's a lot of work, so the meetings will be daily.
Till when? They did not specify, but the law allows only until the end of next week.
And then? I don't know, but there are all chances that the President of the country will address the nation.
How was it...
- On the basis of Article 95 point 4 of the Constitution of Montenegro (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 1/07 and 38/13), Article 13 paragraph 1, 3 and 4, Article 14 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Law on the Election of Councilors and deputies ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro", no. 04/98, 05/98, 17/98, 14/00, 18/00, 73/00, 09/01, 41/02, 46/02, I bring
