Friday, September 23 - After seven years of investigating the three Budva affairs, the Special Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against eleven persons. Almost half are members of the immediate and extended family of Svetozar Marović.
The Marovićs, their family friends and persons connected to them have been under the scrutiny of the judiciary for almost a decade, which is good.
It is even better that for some serious crimes judgments have been passed long ago and part of the property acquired through crime has been confiscated.
It is bad that father and son escaped imprisonment, but Montenegro was not able to prevent it.
What she did not only could but also had to - she did not prevent it.
What is the problem?
Well, in that the Marović family is not the only one that got rich through crime in Budva.
And that the Budva cadastre is not the only one reached by the octopus' arms.
And that Svetozar and Miloš are not the only father and son in Montenegro whose enrichment deserves such a thorough investigation.
And that the former is not the only, probably not even the richest, owner of apartments acquired through crime in Budva...
There was no evidence? Yes, but they have not been requested, although it would be sufficient to list only that part of the property that is properly registered in the cadastre.
It has long been clear why the former Special Prosecutor's Office never had even the remotest suspicions.
However, it is difficult to understand why the new team of prosecutors did not make an effort to bring us at least one. And check the heavy accusations of the former party ideologue against his party and our head of state.
That "he sold Oleg Deripaska 500.000 square meters with a view of the sea for 10 euros, although he paid hundreds of euros per square meter for the same land to the villagers, thus damaging Montenegro for more than a hundred million".
That "he signed a concession for small hydropower plants to his son, while warning his friend - don't be Sveto da Miloš for what he is doing with the state".
That "he gave his godfathers the ferry Lepetane - Kamenari".
During these ten years of scouting, Svetozar Marović publicly admitted at least ten times that he knows everything about the affairs of his former boss.
What is all this, the Special State Prosecutor's Office should find out.

Monday, September 26 - The central bank and finances were managed - alternately, as needed by the regime - by Radoje Žugić, but the cat is still not around him.

- Non-implementation of IMF and World Bank recommendations on asset quality assessment, which directly protected Prva Banka.

Tuesday, September 27 - Radoje Žugić was allegedly dealt with by the Special State Prosecutor's Office in connection with the report on the misuse of money for pensioners' associations and the collection of membership fees from 2004 to 2010, when he was the director of the PIO Fund.
Already in the first year of his mandate, the Fund sold a majority package of shares in "Pomorski sabrojka" on the stock market, but without announcement, for 1.200.000 euros to the firm of Dušan and Dejan Ban, the godfathers of Milo Đukanović.
It was a long time ago, I don't believe that the commission investigating illegalities in the work of the PIO Fund was able to deal with Žugić's performance as well.
To begin with, what was heard in Reflektor regarding the awarding of aid to pensioners, which reached half a million euros in election years, is enough.
The president of the commission that checked the paths of that money, Miloš Rajković, announced the shocking fact that one man used to take over this help for 50 pensioners and that they did not find receipts or any evidence that would confirm that the money really reached the poorest...
The president of the Board of Directors, Alija Košut, was more concerned about the financial compensation of the six members of the commission - 28.000 euros for eight months of work.
- Since you take a lot of care about the protection of state interests, how did you take 40.000 euros to solve housing needs when you had three apartments, two houses and 400.000 euros in savings - Rajković asked.

At that time, the question was a journalist's question: is it fair to the citizens that he received a loan.
- I think it is, considering the salaries we have as state officials - said Košuta.
