Friday, September 30 - Why this, Depees' pre-election polls must be a disaster as soon as the President addresses the public twice in the same day.

As it said, "the parliamentary majority prolongs the institutional paralysis of the state"...
But not a word about the fact that such paralysis is the result of thirty years of work by the institution of the President and all other DPS institutions.
Because of this, the state is paralyzed not only institutionally but also medically - its arms and legs have died. First, the Supreme Prosecutor's Office and the Judicial Council, and then the Government and the Constitutional Court.
Quadriplegia, as the aforementioned condition is professionally called, includes functional damage in the torso, i.e. to the Assembly. The first symptoms are the loss of stool control, and eventually the vegetative nervous system suffers, the role of which is particularly important in critical situations.
The fact that at least the head remains fully functional is not a consolation either. The dissolution of the parliament due to the non-election of the Government is requested by the President, who persistently refuses to propose a representative for the composition of that Government.
- It is clear the intention of the political opponents of independent and European Montenegro to portray the country as institutionally dysfunctional - the President explained to journalists at length and at length.
And decided to make it more functional by destroying the legislative branch after the judicial and executive branches.
- People are mistaken if they think that they can destroy the state forever with impunity, sooner or later it will end up with criminal liability - said the president.
And again it remained vague - did he mean only the last two years or the previous thirty...

Saturday, October 1 - And how to preserve the dignity of the state, explained the President of the Assembly Danijela Đurović today.
The same president who was almost shot by the party soldiers on social networks when she returned to the President for revision the request for shortening the mandate of the parliament...
"Not up to the task", "legal ignoramus", "thought she was someone and something", "insolence of the anti-Montenegrin majority"..., are just some of the ordered comments that the opposition did not have the guts to announce officially...
The President of the Assembly did have not only guts but also enough wisdom. To return the request of the majority, to which it belongs, for revision, on the initiation of proceedings to determine whether the President has violated the Constitution and for his dismissal.
I know the readers are already grumbling... what is this story about, the state is falling apart and she is talking about legal procedure...
But it's not just a question of strict compliance with the paragraphs according to which the demands of angry opponents were returned for the same reasons. But about the effort to use the same wording and equally weighted words in the decision, in its explanation, and in the recommendations for refining the request...
And I, after tens of thousands of announcements read on official duty, am so eager for human manners and equal standards...

Sunday, October 2 - Wow, what a day... Not because Rade Milošević was arrested, it happens to heads of revenue and customs administrations in normal countries, but because of the behavior of investigators and journalists, and by God, the main character.
First, despite the successes of the new prosecution team in some recent actions, a dangerous old practice in communication with the media continues.
Information about the investigations continues to leak through secret channels, in continuations and incomplete, more bombastic than reliable, to the extent that only a day later half of it turns out to be false.
Second, some journalists from black chronicles never learn that every piece of information obtained "in confidence" must be checked with at least two sources.
And that "reliable sources" will only say what they want to say, and not everything else the public wants to know.
What am I talking about? About not knowing the whole day:
- whether Rade Milošević was arrested, detained as a suspect or just summoned for an interview as a citizen, although there is a drastic difference;
- was the investigation initiated because of all three actions of burning cigarettes - as suggested by the huge backgrounds behind the short news - or only because of the last one, because it is not the same when it is suggested to the public that an unnamed driver and an official and several named and photographed members of the Government were involved in smuggling.
The address of the main actor was not appropriate either, despite understanding his feeling of personal injury.
It is true that "this kind of information is being released to the media at this time with bombastic headlines about an arrest".
It is also true "that right now it suits certain circles and criminal groups that are connected with organized cigarette smuggling".
But it is also true that Rade Milošević is the director of the Revenue and Customs Administration, which is responsible for the disappearance of cigarettes, and that he has to resign because of that.
And no, he is not the only "person who achieved the best results in the history of the fight against cigarette smuggling in Montenegro in the shortest possible time, which is why Montenegro has reached the first place in Europe in this regard".
No individual from this government can say that for himself, despite the fact that only with their arrival did the crackdown on the tobacco mafia begin.
What Rade Milošević should not only be allowed to tell the public, but also must, is - is he the individual whose scandalous dialogue with a lady is circulating these days on social networks...
I sincerely hope not...

Monday, October 3 - Unfortunately, Raško Konjević is that individual who very suspiciously tags the born boss @DritanAbazovic, but it does not occur to him to distance himself from him by leaving the chair of the vice president of his government.
- Rade didn't "fire" himself... It's solidarity... - tweets the vice-prime minister of Montenegro, you're also happy that yesterday - it seemed far away - both Vucic's heads of separate revenue and customs administrations fell together in the middle of Belgrade.
- Not according to grandma or uncles... Listen, listen... It will turn out that someone smuggled the cigars that Dritan and Rade were lighting... Impossible... - he didn't give up...
The party's consistency is a miracle, even the SDP did not give up its support for the DPS for 18 years. Despite not only trucks but also airplanes full of tobacco, even though the profit was not shared between grandmothers and uncles...
Even more strange is the traditional Esdepe non-acceptance of responsibility. Raško Konjević continues to behave as if he is the president of the Council for Civilian Control of Police Work.
And he is, until further notice, the coordinator of all security services, including those whose legs were run over by a truck full of smuggled tobacco...

Either Ranko Krivokapić will sit in Dritan Abazović's chair, or the Prime Minister will take over the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
