Friday, October 14 - Minister of Defense Raško Konjević, Head of Diplomacy Ranko Krivokapić and dismissed Acting Director of ANB Savo Kentera were banned from entering Russia due to the expulsion of six Russian diplomats.
- I look forward to and welcome the decision - said after the expulsion the President of the country, whose assessments of Russia's anti-Montenegrin policy have been extremely harsh since 2016.
And now what's weird?
Well, the fact that he is not banned from entering either, that Milo Đukanović is still "persona grata" in Russia...
Entering the Government, for now, is forbidden only to Kentera.
The day after the dismissal of the acting head of the ANB, admirers of his character and work announced the harsh reactions of NATO officials.
None of them came forward.

Saturday, October 15 - It is strange, for months now, the race of non-governmental organizations to prove to the President of the country how anti-government they are.
- The government does not have equal constitutional legitimacy to conduct politics from the moment it loses confidence in the parliament - said one of their representatives.
And what did the Constitution say?
The government whose mandate has ended continues to work until the election of a new government - it is written in Article 110.
And it was not deprived of any authority except for the dissolution of the Assembly.
By the way, the Constitution did not include that dissolution among the ten most important competences of the Government.
Conducting foreign and domestic policy - is...

Sunday, October 16 - The outcome of the upcoming local elections will determine the turnout, claims methodologist Miloš Bešić.
He assessed that it will be difficult for DPS to achieve an absolute majority, but that it is possible if the motivation of the voters of that party continues to grow, and that of their political opponents to fall.
That the voters of the state government are not satisfied has long been clear to everyone except the leaders of the ruling parties.
If they had understood the messages of August 30, they would have understood that victory first obligates the end of inter-party confrontations from the opposition era. And immediately, not just before the next election.
Unlike them, the DPS leader started to learn from his mistakes. There is no Montenegrin Church or defense of Montenegrin sanctuaries, and instead of the story about the fundamental agreement, it is fundamental - the terrain covered...
What, the road to Katun? Immediately, as soon as you dig... Flooded street? That's it for you... And the heifer loan? Well, we can't do that anymore from the Abu Dhabi fund, but we'll manage...
- If someone is ready to trust the arsonists, he does not think well of his children - this time he was pushing parental and not national feelings...

Monday, October 17 - The Minister of the Army and Political System was in charge of taking care of the state. After the Government session on Friday, the live broadcast of his pre-election marketing continued today from the Parliament.
- The former director of the Tax Administration and the former political director of Ura is one of the organizers of a criminal group that was involved in cigarette smuggling, and the Prime Minister knew about his actions - Raško Konjević said before the Security and Defense Committee.
- In it are not only officials of the Revenue Administration, but also members of an organized criminal group with whom the Prime Minister had several meetings.
The Prime Minister participated three times in activities that were part of cigarette smuggling.
I have information that Abazović surrounded himself with two people who had direct contact with the heads of another criminal group.
Ninety percent of the contingent was smuggled, and ten percent was burned - added the minister to the military pre-election factual description.
And what will happen to the indictment after the election? Nothing, the same as the accusations about the basic contract after the cancellation of confidence in the Government.
This is how it happens in a country where the state prosecutor's office begins to release people only after three decades of captivity.
Is there any hope? I wouldn't say, after the triumphantly announced indictment of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Vesna Medenica was filed - a day before the expiration of the legal term.
And the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, after the frightening statements of the President of the country in which he accuses the Prime Minister of high treason, has not yet announced even - reconnaissance...

Tuesday, October 18 - Proclaiming the results of local elections can become a problem if the Constitutional Court is not functional - announced the president of the State Election Commission, Nikola Mugoša.
It has been clear since September 13 that it is not functional.
Bad number? No, it is a corrupt country whose citizens are fighting against division by voting for - division ever since the referendum.
And they elect deputies who remember the parliamentary dialogue only when it becomes meaningless.
Members of the government knew this when they cast seven votes each for Snežana Armenko, Ilija Vukčević, Jelena Ružičić and Jadranka Novaković in the Constitutional Committee.
The representatives of the opposition knew it too when they cast six votes each for the second four.
In order for at least one candidate to pass, at least 13 opposition members should break their heads - or in the main committee. Whose leader these days during the election of constitutional judges was carried drastically less than during the elections in Šavnik.
And we need to win in 13 more municipalities.
Including Podgorica, where he was defeated on August 30, 2020, by - 20.000 votes...

Wednesday, October 19 - The battle for the return of those voters to the patriotic bloc this time is decisive, but not because of the threat to the state, but only to some of its current and former officials from the DPS.
This is why the decision was made this summer to grant Mayor Ivan Vuković a second mandate before the end of the first.
Due to such a violation of the law, Democratic Montenegro filed a lawsuit against the Assembly of the capital on August 31.
It took seven working weeks for the experienced judges of the Administrative Court to determine what every court trainee knew on the first day - that the decision was illegal.
And the meaningless, legal path to the election of a new mayor ends in - four days.

Thursday, October 20 - The ruling of the Administrative Court would make some sense if the makers of the illegal decision were brought before the state prosecutor this morning.
Instead, they gathered in the city parliament building and re-elected Ivan Vuković as mayor.
This time with a mandate of three and a half days...
God willing...
PS Last news - nothing from the Constitutional Court, DPS excluded itself from the voting process.
