I don't believe that there is any other motive for that party to break its head other than to defend its own interests. Two verified votes are already in the Constitutional Court, the third guarantees her a majority at least until the presidential and/or parliamentary elections.
That he exposes his and the national President to the risk of being replaced in the Assembly - is not realistic.
And if the DPS members really had to fulfill the other obligations of the Constitutional Court, they would have voted for the candidates from the competition already in the first round.
And for all four, not just one.
If today's plan fails, it will again be in favor of DPS.
- If we don't lead 3:1, they won't either - they will break once again and vote for the candidate they consider the most dangerous opponent.
The result of the vote on whether the President violated the Constitution will be 2:2.
But there are thousands of appeals in the Constitutional Court, isn't that the only problem?
It is not, but it is the most important. Going to the elections with the deposed Milo Đukanović would mean political suicide of the DPS and - going down in history...

Tuesday, November 15 - Tonino Picula's statement that there is no clear majority in our parliament was also historic.
- The President has no obligation to appoint a new government representative without a clear majority, which he still does not have - the reporter of the European Parliament defended the Montenegrin President as the most natural.
Although there is a majority, it is clear that it could not be clearer.
And in terms of the number of deputies, it is the same as the majority on the basis of which Milo Đukanović gave the mandate to Duško Marković in 2016.

And in 2022 to Dritan Abazović.
Neither the European Parliament, nor the European Union, nor any of the Euro-Atlantic partners considered the majority of 41 MPs to be unclear at the time.

- I hope that political actors are aware of their responsibility, because the dysfunctionality of the Constitutional Court is by no means a harmless issue.

When the previous composition was elected, which was functional in terms of the filling of judicial functions but not in terms of performance, the opposition heroically swallowed a big frog and voted for the government's candidates.
The current opposition refuses to swallow just one small drumstick, because for only one candidate there is a reason to suspect that his worldviews are close to part of the ruling coalition.
