Friday, December 2 - A bomb exploded next to the fence of Predrag Spasojević's family property last night.
The bomb is of the M52 brand, known for killing at a distance of twenty meters.
Predrag Spasojević is the warden of the Investigation Prison, previously known to the state administration for his zealous performance of duties and tasks.
The remand prison was previously known to the managers of criminal clans for its good supply of mobile phones. Thanks to this, detained organized criminals successfully arranged jobs and work assignments with perpetrators at large.
The new manager hit them right in the heart, not in the chest but in the communication system - in three months more than 80 mobile phones and ten internet modems were confiscated. Among the detainees, class differences were abolished - everyone received the same treatment.
Neither the Police Directorate nor the National Security Agency assessed in time that the break in the chain of command would be a heavy blow to organized crime and that Predrag Spasojević would be retaliated against.
They could have suspected already at the beginning of September, as soon as the daily searches in the Investigation Prison began.
To see for themselves, they had the opportunity in mid-October, when the media announced that the detainees were preparing "peaceful and democratic" protests due to the denial of human rights, such as "physical activity and walking, and the possibility to have food brought to them from home."
They did not mention the delivery of mobile phones for objective reasons, but it was clear even to the readers that phones are the first on the list of "human rights".
Well, maybe it is realistic that in the Basic State Prosecutor's Office they don't have time to read the portal.
But if they don't set aside at least one hour and listen to the manager of the Investigation Prison who reports that the defendant for murder threatened him with death - well, that's really not normal.
- I reported the threats, but Miss Prosecutor didn't even see fit to call me, to ask what it was about. It is a shame and shame of the prosecution that UIKS officers receive bombs, threats, and shoot at them - Spasojević was outraged.
Only after this statement and the new bomb, which luckily did not explode, Spasojević was received by Chief Prosecutor Maja Jovanović.
She requested that the work of the acting and on-duty state prosecutor in this case be reviewed as soon as possible and that she be informed about the actions taken and the established facts.
The names of the "acting and on-duty prosecutor" remained protected in this case as well.
I am not sure about Predrag Spasojević.
The search for those who brought the bomb is ongoing, only after its completion will the search for those who ordered the delivery follow...
Following are new episodes of the series we've been watching for decades... The continuation, I'm afraid, will be the same.
Why? Well, because only the top of the security, prosecution and court system was changed.
In depth, where the investigation is conducted, indictments are raised and verdicts are handed down, the composition has remained - the same.
And August 30, 2020 happened two years and three months ago...

Saturday, December 3 - The bomb, under quotation marks, which the outgoing mayor of Podgorica, Ivan Vuković, sent to Jakov Milatović did not threaten the life of the incoming mayor.
It was an explosion of hypocrisy on the eve of the handover of power that has not been staged in any municipality since the DPS lost local government for the first time.
The aforementioned figure calls for the handover of the list holder whose victory in the elections is not recognized by the city election commission.
And he still addresses him in a video message "as the most likely candidate for the future mayor".
At the same time, to make the confusion even bigger than the one in the Election Commission, he claims that he respects "the electoral will of the citizens and wants to make an additional contribution so that the process of forming the government in Podgorica happens in a civilized way"...
He also says that he is ready to help Milatović as much as possible, that he is also "fully ready to wait for the moment when he takes office".
- I am aware of how much that kind of help and practical advice meant to me in the past four years - explained Ivan Vuković.
Unfortunately, the citizens of Podgorica are also aware of how far those practical advices in his term of office have brought the city, and especially the practice of advisors during the past 26 years.
Only the former mayor has not yet realized - what his boss would say - that the residents of the capital can also watch TV and read portals. And they know what the IC president said after the members of that commission from the ranks of the future government adopted the final election results.
- My hand will not sign it - said Veselin Vukčević and left the session.
And his cannot be denied without the Constitutional Court.
The Constitutional Court, it should not be forgotten, is still blocked by the will of the DPS, the party to which the mayor and the president of the Electoral Commission belong.

Sunday, December 4 - The decision of the State Election Commission looked as if a bomb had been dropped on it as well.
Not to the commission, but to a decision that cannot be translated without legal assistance.
The SEC "instructed the President of the Election Commission that he is obliged after the opening of the session, and before determining the agenda, to allow a member of the Election Commission to submit a proposal to amend the agenda on which the Election Commission declares itself as a collective body".
The SEC "ordered the president that he is obliged to allow the continuation of the session of the Election Commission in the event of the adoption of amendments to the agenda, and that he is obliged to facilitate the signing and certification with a seal of all acts of the Election Commission that were adopted by the majority of votes of all members".
You didn't understand? Me neither, because at first I thought that the SEC confirmed the decision of the winner in the elections.
And then, from the continuation, she concluded that with that decision the defeated won.
The SEC "adopted the objection of OO DPS that it is not in accordance with the Law and the Rules of Procedure to appoint a member who can replace the president of the Election Commission of the Capital City, with the exception of his deputy, who is appointed by the Assembly of the Capital City".
Translated into Old Podgorica - make them a boss, but their work is not finished.
Or, in the journalist's version, the hand that signed the decision on the final results of the elections in Podgorica did so - illegally.

Monday, December 5 - The bomb-news about the end of the voting has not arrived from Šavnik for seven weeks now, and the annoyed and disappointed voters last night did not address the state but God in front of the cameras.
- Our wishes and prayers have not been answered again, I won't go down to the city to vote again - said one mountaineer after it became certain that the eighth election round would follow.
- I will come next Sunday as well, I haven't missed a single one so far. If Saint Vasilije doesn't help us even then, I'll have to give up, I can't shovel snow - the old woman justified her well-announced absence.
The elections were interrupted for the seventh time because the members of the coalition "For the Future of Šavnik" did not allow, as they claim, citizens from other municipalities to vote.
The police file reports all the time for violation of voting rights, but if there is no fight, their powers end there.
The decisions of the prosecution and the courts have not yet been announced.
The right to vote (i) in Šavnik is granted by the Constitution to everyone on the voter list.
And whether everyone was entered in that list in a constitutional and legal way - the judges of the Constitutional Court will decide.
We can hope for the election of four judges of the Constitutional Court in the Montenegrin Parliament just as much as the end of the local elections in Šavnik.

Tuesday, December 6 - In the end, I will also plant the bomb, and that under myself, if I so zealously lobby for another summit of the leaders of the European Union.
I was carried away by those bright and clear recommendations of the European Parliament from last week...
Somehow I envied myself by keeping the minutes from the Summit in Tirana, but I set out to impress the readers by recounting the conclusions.
And then, luckily, I remembered an anecdote from my Bjelopavlić family. It's true, a reliable old playwright from the homeland told me.
A respectable rural family never managed to beg a girl for their youngest son. He was good and handsome, but his mind was not his strong point.
Finally, through a matchmaker, they find a good opportunity in a distant village and start proposing. All along the way, the uncles repeat the same sentences to the future groom.
- Don't say anything until we've finished everything and headed back. If they persistently ask you something, just say a big word!
Everything went well, the bride doesn't even take the smile off her face...
The suitors are impatiently waiting for a positive response from the host, when the old man grabs:
- And is it, groom, that you don't say anything at all?
He is silent and blinks, waiting for a sign from his own.
- Ada, say at least one, so we can hear your voice!
Surrounded by his brother's gaze, the young man exclaimed:
- Badaanj..., badaanj! - turning to the path of the uncles, all proud that he had well remembered their advice about the big word.
Well, I was reminded of this story by the messages from the bombastically announced Summit in Tirana.
- The Western Balkans is very high on the European agenda!
- EU enlargement policy gained incredible momentum!
- Our doors are wide open, we are as necessary to you as you are to us...
- The large and strong family of European nations will soon be expanded to members from the Western Balkans...
And then the 33-point Declaration was adopted. Of which Montenegro cannot fulfill even half by the end of this quarter of a century.
Accelerating accession yes, but based on credible reforms and rigorous conditionality. The following is a list of European legal acquis...
And then the political ones, among which the condition of all the conditions is related to the boycott of Russia and increased sanctions.
For Macedonia, there is also a settlement with Greece and Bulgaria regarding hundred-year-old disputes.
For Serbia and Kosovo, the normalization of relations that have been disturbed since 1389.
I didn't manage to find the end of the "stick" for Bosnia and Herzegovina...
And "carrots"? Well, that's lowering the price of roaming. A little bit every year.
If we are good, we will call relatives and friends for free already in 2027.
And then?
Well, then we can talk about the expansion of the European Union...
And expanding the conditions for that expansion...
