Friday, December 9 - It is a holiday in Danilovgrad, the day of liberation from the foreign occupier. I'm waiting for Dnevnik, to see what the first celebration looked like after the 33-year DPS occupation. It's a small municipality, it only gets the first minutes once a year...
Good evening, dear viewers, today is...
I was hoping to hear the name of the hometown right away. And to see its beautiful symbol, the monument that the unusual Drago Đurović made at the time of my birth. And the usual exhibition of native artists in the Colony...
When that... special prosecutor Saša Čađenović was arrested in Podgorica!
My holiday is ruined? Anyway, he just started with the arrest.
I've been waiting for this news since the fall of 2016, when the prosecutor's investigation of "Serbian terrorists" began. Because of which Montenegro "would be wrapped in black and end up knee-deep in blood"...
If only, in search of hamburgers, all the terrorists had not executed themselves at the bus station...
Good, I also read the portals, they are not prosecuting Saša Čađenović for that coup d'état. Rather, because of the attack on the state that he carried out by "participating in organized crime and helping organized criminals from one clan."
The order for the investigation states that the clan was formed due to the commission of an unspecified number of serious murders, international drug smuggling, money laundering...
Part of the criminal organization influenced the political authorities, the media and the State Prosecutor's Office.
The special prosecutor is also suspected of concealing the perpetrators of the most serious crimes. He did not initiate proceedings against them. He presented them as unknown persons, although he knew their identity.
He avoided criminal prosecution of Radoj Zvicer, Duško Roganović, Petr Lazović, Ljubo Milović, etc., etc.
- I finished Dula so that he wouldn't be arrested - Zvicer tells Kašćelan...
How did you end up? Through the prosecutor whose special task was to arrest those and other criminals.
Instead of doing that, the prosecutor is now suspected of saving the entire clan.
In what way? By sending Europol a request to provide him with information about Lazović, Milović and others that can be used in court.
When he received the requested data, he hid it and archived the case.
It's all written in the order to conduct the investigation, if only the tenth part turns out to be true - it's over. Not only with the career of one special prosecutor, but with the entire prosecutorial system from the time of the former regime.
And with the former regime, although the fall of the supporting pillars has only just begun...
And what will happen at the end? Well, I don't need sources from the prosecution for that. Balša announced that end a long time ago, in Dictator's Blues:
"... When dusk arrives, He sees last
They dull the man of ruling sweetness
He who can do anything is not ashamed of anything
But every dictator must fall once..."

Saturday, December 10 - It's not blues, it's closer to the lament genre of this collective lament over the evil fate of Milo Đukanović on the eve of the end of his three-decade reign.
Another continuation of the protest was scheduled, but the prime minister's call for a revolt of "European and civil forces, representatives of the civil sector and civil activists against constitutional, economic and social anarchy, legal insecurity of citizens and society as a whole, deep social divisions and economic uncertainty" turned into - defense of the violated powers of the last Montenegrin autocrat.
His DPS no longer hides the fact that Ima nas is behind the protest both politically and logistically, that's why since yesterday they have been holding a congress of admiration for a statement.
- The correctness of our protests was also confirmed from the international address - both the party and the movement announced triumphantly and almost simultaneously, after the first paragraph in the announcement of the Venice Commission, that the Law on Amendments to the Law on the President should not be (again) adopted.
And then - they stopped reading!
Not only did they pretend not to see all the other recommendations, and especially the most important one - the conclusions at the end of the announcement, but they also completely ignored the previously announced position of the President of the VK.
- I call on all political forces in Montenegro to elect without delay the four missing judges of the Constitutional Court with a qualified majority - Claire Bazi Mallory was clear.
It is also clear that this message was sent to DPS, which has been postponing the selection of judges for months. And elaborated in detail in today's announcement of the Venice Commission, with clear allusions to the main brakeman.
Of course, the changes in constitutional powers are controversial until the Constitutional Court pronounces on them, but these changes are not the cause but the consequence of the blockade, and not only of one institution.
The main goal of the DPS was and remains the blockade of the institutional functioning of the state, as a whole and at all levels. Not because of the recent changes to the Law on the President, but because of the fall from power two years ago.
The unlimited and indefinite rule of that party and its president was served by the fifteen-year identification of the state with the DPS and their common master.
That is why the project of an independent, sovereign and internationally recognized Montenegro was realized only as a Chinese copy of the program of the Liberal Alliance.
And the duration of that state is limited only to the expiration of the term of rule of the DPS and Milo Đukanović.
The reign is over, the sowing of illusions about the return is underway. Forging the messages of both the Venice and the European Commission should serve this purpose.
The latter sent a recommendation to the legislative authority to abandon the amendment of one law. But at the same time, she recommended DPS to give up unacceptable practice and gave specific examples:
- Refusal of the president to propose a candidate for prime minister to form the government or to appoint the one proposed by the parliamentary majority.
- Absence of political consultations or refusal to participate in them.
- Threats to boycott the parliament.
- Refusal to elect judges of the Constitutional Court.
And what did the European Commission say? That the recommendations of the VC cannot be partially followed.
- The EU calls on the political leaders in Montenegro to fully follow the recommendations of the Venice Commission - EC spokeswoman Ana Pisonero reminded, just in case.
And who knows how many times she repeated that "the EU gives priority to the appointment of members of the Constitutional Court, because it is crucial for ensuring the legitimacy of democratic elections".
In vain now are the messages that "12. December to be D-Day”.
No, it will be the last attempt to defend the last remnants of a government.
Typically autocratic, not only in the manner of the three-decade rule. But also the two-year decline, during which the will to power became stronger as the loss of that power became more and more obvious.

Sunday, December 11 - We have yet to see what will happen on the streets on Monday, the events in the Assembly were announced the day before.
Judges of the Constitutional Court will not be elected in the second round either, the blockade in which that institution has been for three months will continue.
Podgorica, Šavnik and some other cities where the constitution of the administration is impossible without the Constitutional Court will remain in the blockade for at least as long.
The President will also be blocked soon, due to the previous blockages.
And all these blockages together block the way to the parliamentary and presidential elections.
Those who now demand them in vain have a plan. That after the elections, all remaining institutions will be blocked and life in Montenegro will be completely paralyzed.
Who is to blame? In principle, the European Union will blame all participants in parliamentary life.
In detail, the fault lies with DPS and Milo Đukanović. Not only because of the US blockade, but also because of the election of a new government.
It is not the President's fault that he does not accept Miodrag Lekić, he can do it while this Constitution is in force!
That's right, he violated the Constitution by not choosing another representative.
But, that second one would not get the support of 41 deputies?
And that is true, but his non-election would open a constitutional and legal path to elections.
And why did we end up in a situation where elections become the only solution halfway through the mandate?
Again because of the DPS and the President, but for an explanation you should first ask the Democrats and the Democratic Front. They had no idea when they started to overthrow the Government after only 113 days of work and without a plan for what to do next...
Why DF, he gave up on Transfiguration? Yes, but late, only when it became clear that the DPS had also changed...
That party would not have dared to overthrow the Government if it had not been accused of daily accusations.
That Dritan Abazović is the prime minister of the Kavački clan.
That he was corrupted by 21 million.
That there is a cog in the wheels of evolution towards the European Union.
That he is not a fighter against tobacco smuggling but an active participant.
That Vučić is the governor for Montenegro.
That he sold his homeland for his brother's clinic.
If it is...
All that was left for the masters of manipulation from the DPS was to divert that water - or rather the waterfall - to their mill.
DCG and DF were left with regret.
Abazović and his government were not harmed. On the contrary, he will rule longer in the deposed than expected in the regular mandate.
Montenegro, despite the fact that I believe that, unlike the DPS, it was not their intention - they refused.
They are taking revenge on her with this mortification of the Law on the President. There will be no benefit from giving Lekić a mandate.
Not because he wouldn't be a good prime minister.
Not even because the EU will have a hard time accepting him because of the way he will be elected.
But because his government will be unstable and short-term.
And we already have one...

Monday, December 12 - If I hadn't waited for the reports in front of the Assembly, I would have died believing that nothing could surprise me at the protests.
And then I found out:
First, that revolted demonstrators should first mask themselves patiently and thoroughly, and only then express their revolt.
Second, to defend the Constitution by standing ovations supporting the decision not to elect judges of the Constitutional Court...
And further?
There is nothing left but darkness... Good night...
