Friday, January 27 - Savindan, another one of those days when church affairs have the right to a place in secular media.
Not because of the saint who is marked with red letters in the SPC calendar, because then this church would not be removed from the screens and newspaper columns. But because of public gatherings of citizens on any occasion, including religious holidays.
This year, the media noted that the Serbian saint was celebrated in a dozen cities. And that is perfectly fine, provided that the organizers are church administration and not state or local governments.
However, it is not right when the SPC champions, as soon as the last chorus ends, "sing him a song, Serbs, and triple it" in their church triple what should not be tripled.
And one must not, and here God's laws are stricter than earth's, not even desire, let alone steal, something that belongs to someone else.
Do not covet anything that belongs to another, reads one of the translations of the tenth commandment of God, which is equally understood by the whole believing world, according to Metropolitan Joanikis.
It's not just about understanding, the title he has obliges him to work out that commandment. As Moses did in the twentieth chapter of the Second Book.
"You shall not covet your neighbor's house, you shall not covet his wife..., nor his servant, ... nor his donkey, nor anything that is his..."
Okay, it's a little late for this "house" thing. The late Metropolitan Amfilohi's desire for ownership reached a higher level already in the last century. When the head of state Milo Đukanović registered not only Serbian but also all Montenegrin temples in the name of his church.
However, the fact that Montenegrins used to bring donkeys into those temples does not give the recent metropolitan the right to bring Montenegrin history under Serbian history.
What did he do now? Nothing new, I'm just tired of looking through his fingers in the name of reconciliation, which he clearly did not plow for.
The announcement of a student competition entitled "Guardians of the Holy Spirit in Njegoševo's Montenegro" was a thorn in the side not only of Orthodox Montenegrins, but even more so of the atheist/agnostic majority of Montenegrin citizens.
A secular state should have warned the church about that. Because it is not appropriate to involve all high school students in church affairs, because among them there are at least three quarters of minors.
First, because in a state that is separated from the church, there must be separate state and church schools. So that the Metropolitanate of Montenegrin and Littoral can be a lid to invite only the students of "Sveti Petar Cetinjski" Theological Seminary and "Sveti Sava" Gymnasium to engage in church topics.
Another but no less important problem is the topic itself, confusing not only for minors but also for all adults who have ever attended high school.
Where did holy salvation come from in Njegoš's era when the Serbian Church itself says that "holy salvation as a direction in Serbian theological thought developed from the thirties of the 20th century, based on the image and works of Saint Sava".
It is precisely because of the foundation of the sainthood that the SPC glorifies its bishop Nikolaj (Velimirović). Who in 1935 held a lecture entitled "The Nationalism of Saint Sava" at the Kolarč National University.
Serbian theologians consider that gathering to be the birthplace of Saint Sava, and secular historians regularly remind them of the fact that on that day, Bishop Nikolaj also praised Adolf Hitler for "following the ideas of Saint Sava":
- However, respect must be given to the current German Leader, who as a simple craftsman and a man of the people saw that nationalism without faith is an anomaly, a cold and uncertain mechanism. And here in the 20th century he came up with the idea of Saint Sava, and as a layman he undertook the most important work among his people, which befits only a saint, a genius and a hero. And for us, Saint Sava, the first among the saints, the first among the geniuses and the first among the heroes in our history, completed that work - said the founder of Saint Sava.
As Bishop Nikolaj, whom the SPC declared a saint in 2003, established that nationalism existed 600 years before the creation of nations, Serbian and other sociologists, historians and theologians are still discussing this.
Their colleagues in Montenegro, unfortunately, do not hear each other about the question that opens the church competition (i) for secular high school students.
Especially on the occasion of one: where did the sainthood come from in Njegoš's Montenegro when Njegoš died 80 years before the creation of the sainthood and 30 years before the birth of its creator, Bishop Nikolaj...
And what (else) did the above-mentioned resident bishop do regarding the tenth commandment of God during the celebration of Savindan? In one of the sermons, unprovoked, he not only desired "something that belongs to another", but also appropriated it.
And not something, but someone - Dukljan king Vladimir, after his death he was better known as St. John Vladimir. Who died not only long before the birth of the Serbian Church, but also before the birth of Orthodoxy...

Saturday, January 28 - The big schism, that is, the split between the state and the construction mafia, started only last year.
And thanks to Vuk Vujisić... Almost - carried away by the aforementioned Njegošev Montenegro - I wrote to Mandušić...
And if I did, I wouldn't be wrong, the only difference is that different times and different problems call for different "killer guns"...
The landscapes from the desolate gravel and sand deposits that Vuk made public last September looked like a post-apocalypse shot...
This is what happens when citizens elect a leader for decades and he grants his party concessions on the state. And for thirty years, for free.
Everything according to the law and the decisions of the institutions of the system, designed to last only as long as that party is in power.
That is why, despite warnings, bans and fines, gravel extraction has only recently begun to slow down.
And only when the Bolje sestre water source is threatened.
The government has been trying to stop the mafia since September of last year, but it seems that the bigger problem than Depees's laws was Depees's officials, who apparently can't do anything because they are protected by Depees' legislation...
Vuk Vujisić went to the field more often than all the inspectors combined, submitted reports and after each ban found the same or another construction operative... When I stopped, you continued, still unpunished builders replaced those who had already been caught in the act...
There was no other choice, in the end, Minister Filip Adžić decided to send the Army to them.
- I think everyone understood the message, they saw that there are no more jokes, that the state is serious about dealing with this problem and finally stopping the exploitation of gravel. We will continue in the coming days, illegal activities will be sanctioned in the right way - announced the Acting Minister of Defense.
A day later, on the field, everything was according to pe-es...
The future Minister of Ecology Vuk Vujisić, just in case, is still checking that no machine has been missed.
And then, he says, he will go to the rivers in the north.
To begin with, I would be happy to check the condition of Tara... That is, the older and more beautiful relief that the Chinese and domestic construction operators built for us next to the highway...

Sunday, January 29 - Whether Montenegro will get a prettier and older President on March 19 is still uncertain. If Andrija Pura Popović does not run in the meantime, only Miodrag Lekić and I meet the conditions.
He has a drastic advantage, but not only because he fulfills both conditions and I don't stand very well with beauty. Rather, because he already has the support of one party behind him, even though he does not belong to it, and not even the coalition whose list I supported is behind me.
Just as I thought about giving up, the news appeared that Europe now has its own candidate, Milojko Spajić.
Nice guy, passed the world.
He has a nice story about salaries of a thousand euros and pensions of I don't remember how much. The only problem is that it is not harmonized with the Constitution.
And it's not nice to win over voters by promising to exceed the constitutional powers of the President... We've had it over the top of our heads for thirty years.
Now we only need one of the most ordinary, from the second paragraph of the seventh article of the Constitution - responsible, honorable, conscientious, just and impartial.
Am I like that? I believe I am, but I'd better check with the readers.
- If the President of all citizens is really wanted this time, the best candidate is me, well, no, but isn't it - I asked on Facebook, with a suggestiveness adapted to the campaign.
And in the form of a question, I gave you the shortest possible si-vi.
Have I proven that all people and nations are equal to me?
Did I fight against national and religious divisions and strife?
Was I against war, looting, privatization, persecution and dictatorship?
Is Montenegro my only country?
Do I defend the less numerous nations more than my own?
Am I sticking to the Constitution for forty-odd years?
Is it right that after hundreds and hundreds of years, the head of Montenegro should be a woman?
Not to ask further, is it a little...
It's not a little, on the contrary, in an hour and a half I got about a thousand votes.
How, when it says that there are less than 250 likes and comments? Fine, every fourth guaranteed me the safe votes of family and friends...
But it's forbidden? No big deal, in 1992, a new big country was created with just such a vote, and I only did one small poll...
And do I really want to run for office?
Well, I don't know that yet. I'm waiting for the parties that have more votes than I have readers to declare...
Until then, God save our minds... Otherwise we'll have to go to Pura en masse...
