Friday, June 9 - It's good, we also welcomed that miracle... The first parliamentary elections without erecting a monument to Pavlo Đurišić in Gornji Zaostro and elevating the Montenegrin national identity at the Belvedere.
It was a relatively decent and absolutely boring campaign, almost by European standards...
There is hope, there will be something from us despite the wrong decision that the so-called The European/Civil/Democratic bloc goes in two columns...
That's how it seemed to me until the beginning of this week...
And then a certain Kwon Do-Hyung wrote a letter...
Journalists informed the public about that letter, its sender and content - before the recipients.
For the first time in written form, on a portal on Monday, June 5.
The second time, on June 6, the form was oral and the location - Željezara in Nikšić.
- What exactly did Do Kwon state in the letter he sent to you, the Minister of Justice and the SDT, and what do the statements of a man who is wanted by the USA and South Korea for a multi-million dollar fraud mean for you?
The prime minister's answer was reported by all relevant media in Montenegro and the region.
I managed to find the question only on https://www.dan.co.me.
So much for the conspiracy of the outgoing prime minister and stopping the bright future brought by the incoming successor...

Saturday, June 10 - Politicians, analysts, journalists and - especially en masse - "commentators" on social networks have already spoken about whether and how much importance should have been given to the letter of the man under investigation...
Only those who were not allowed to remain silent remained silent - the Supreme and Special State Prosecutor's Offices.
I can, but I'm not alive without going back to the beginning and flipping through the "factual description".
Seven days before the election, the prime minister of a country, its minister and the chief special prosecutor receive a letter/information/tip.
Almost at the same time - an hour or two earlier or later, it doesn't matter - part of the content of the letter/information/tip was made available to the public.
That part of the content strongly suspects one holder of the electoral list and a possible candidate for the mandate of - involvement in criminal acts and violation of the electoral legislation.
The sender of the letter/information/tip, if the published passages are to be believed, claims to have evidence for his allegations.
He is willing to communicate them.
It is available to government authorities 24 hours a day.
The extradition detention center is a 15-minute drive from both prosecutor's offices.
The first and most logical possible question is: why both the sender of the letter/information/tip and the one about whom it was written were not heard immediately, on Monday, when the accusations published on the portal had already upset the public...
Or at the latest on Tuesday, the prime minister answered the journalist's question about the letter in the affirmative around 13 pm...
They didn't want to raise tensions at the end of the election campaign?
It's not urgent, won't Do Kwon escape'?
Perhaps these can be motives for silence, but they certainly cannot be excuses.
Does anyone else remember, it was the end of the election campaign and when the letter/ information/ tip about Rado Milošević arrived...
He didn't want to run away either, but he was still given an urgent appointment with the prosecutor.
He was neither the holder of the list, nor a contender for the post of mandate...
Despite this, not that the prosecution announced or leaked the details of the hearing, but they took up at least half a meter of narrow width on every portal...
How lucky that if the prosecutors had been so zealous this time too, there would have been no need for that ill-fated session of the National Security Council...
The hunt for Dritan Abazović would surely...
If he had delayed the answer to the question until the end of the vote, it would have been even harsher...
Why didn't he say it in time... He must be involved too... Did Spajić bribe him to keep quiet... How much did he get this time in crypto-currency...
It's been like that since he entered the government...
It looks like it will be the same if it comes out...

Sunday, June 11 - The elections are over, the voters have had their say, the night of analysts begins.
And mostly those who have been asking for early elections since last spring, especially after the Transfiguration.
Most of the parties had the same request at the same time.
Even the strongest non-governmental organizations were in favor of going to the polls again.
All of them cited hundreds of different motives, from the betrayal of national interests, to the bankruptcy of the budget, to the names of the ferries.
Well, their request was fulfilled today...
So, what are we going to do now?
Nothing, we will get an unstable Government again, be it minority or majority.
Who says?
Well, the same politicians, analysts and civil activists who led us to another futile election.
It was clear that we would vote in vain last year at this time, before the overthrow of the minority government...
But this June the European, democratic and reform parties won?
Yes, but they are led by the same winners from three years ago, only a quarter of them now performed under a different name.
There is no such Europeanism, that democracy and those reforms that can make a government more stable than the two previous ones...
If it could, it would be composed...

Monday, June 12 - All parties that have passed the census send the same message to voters.
That they won.
That without them there is no stable Government.
That each is committed to the path to the European Union.
But also that, despite this supposedly same goal, they cannot look each other in the eye...
That Montenegro is at a loss again - not one mentions.
And he is at a loss, and a big one, because he loses with unbearable ease exactly what he has the least - time.
It is clear that three years are not enough to repair the consequences of three decades of autocracy and lack of freedom, corruption and crime, lack of education and lack of culture, injustice and poverty...
It is also clear that the recovery of a severely floundering society will take at least three decades...
But Montenegro stumbled even before the nineties, so it always somehow managed to return to factory settings.
Why? There are many reasons, but one was always crucial.
Because between freedom, justice and equality, on the one hand, and a full stomach and booze on the other - she chose the former.
That's what happens when you decide with your head, not...

Tuesday, June 13 - No matter how the voters broke this time, no one has the right to question anyone's choice, not even this quarter of voters, thanks to whom the creation and implementation of state policy can be entrusted to PES leader Milojko Spajić.
The chosen one, including his work, has the right to be questioned by everyone.
Let me start from the end, from election night:
- I will not form a government with those who abuse state institutions, DPS and Ura - said the one who became a candidate for the post of mandate by abusing state resources.
First, by abusing state functions and state space to advertise the name of the future party. The marketing was so fierce that for half a year it was not known whether government officials were still working at Karađorđeva 9 or just the founders of the new party Evropa sad.
Second, by abusing the state program of the same name, which, in Spajić's absence, was implemented by the Government and the Assembly.
Third, by abusing that state job in the election campaign of a party that did not even exist at the time of the implementation of the "Europe Now" program.
A little further back, two days before the parliamentary elections:
Do you know Do Kwon?... I met him in 2018, he damaged the company where I worked for 75.000 euros, he is a fraud... Did you see him later?... I did in 2022, but I didn't know it then Is the company hacked or is there a mistake...
A little earlier, on the eve of the presidential elections:
Do you have a residence in Serbia?... I don't have one, I never had one... I did, but I deregistered it... I didn't deregister it, the lawyer forgot... I'm not interested in that administration...
Do you have Serbian citizenship?... I don't, I always had Montenegrin... Well, I do, but I applied for a release from Serbian citizenship...
And he got it...
And us?
Instead of a four-year program for cultural, educational, health, ecological, economic, industrial, agricultural, tourist and other promotion, we got one hashtag, three numbers and two slashes:
#1.000/700/450?!
What is this exclamation point for?
Nothing, but let him...
So that we are not left with just a question mark...
