A letter without goodbye

A key part of Do Kwon's letter could call into question the regularity of the entire election process. After the election, depending on the course of the investigation, it could call into question the credibility of the pretender to the post of prime minister

Friday, June 23 - What could this be, the Do Kwon affair ended before its unraveling even began.

We learned everything after the hearing before the special prosecutor?

We are not, because the public's right to know is usually reduced to a few contradictory statements that only further confuse the public.

All portals, all newspapers and TV stations reported four days ago the statement of one of the defense attorneys that Do Kwon denied "all the speculations in the media that appeared in the period from June 5, and related above all to the possible financing of whether Kwon or anyone else for political campaigns".

None, however, announced that two days earlier Milojko Spajić's speculation that the Do Kwon affair was set up for him by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović and Police Minister Filip Adžić was also denied.

With what?

Well, by making the disputed letter public.

Saturday, June 24 - The key part of that letter could call into question the regularity of the entire election process.

And it could, depending on the further course of the investigation, call into question the credibility of the pretender to the post of prime minister.

It is short, but requires careful reading.

So, Do Kwon claims that Milojko Spajić told him last year:

To "raise a few million US dollars for the upcoming campaign".

That it is mostly financed by him personally, and "the rest by other friends from the crypto-industry".

That he asked Do Kwon to give him "his input", after which "the conversation went in a different direction".

That there is - which is the most important thing in this letter - "evidence of these communications and payments from other persons".

What should the first recipient of the letter do in such a case?

To forward it to the second and third addressees, the special prosecutor and the Minister of Justice.

And to inform all heads of services and institutions in charge of state security about the content of the letter.

That was done.

What did the special prosecutor do?

Before the election, unfortunately, nothing!

And what did the pretender to the position of prime minister do?

Denied only what none of the government officials even claimed - that he received money from Do Kwon.

Terrorized the public with his own arrest, which no one even ordered.

And called on citizens not to gather and stay at home, even though they were not going anywhere...

Sunday, June 25 - Other pre-election spins were dealt with by his colleagues from PES.

And, by all accounts, went so far that they managed to annoy one of Do Kwon's defenders.

Branko Anđelić, first of all, politely warned them about "legal nonsense with which they amuse the public"...

And informed the public in a timely manner:

That the letter is not alleged but actually exists.

That Do Kwon wrote it in his own hand.

That he received written "documents on business relations between Milojko Spajić and that company" from representatives of Do Kwon's company...

After the publication of the letter, even those who might not have believed defense attorney Anđelić became convinced of its existence.

There are still no answers to two other questions - whether Do Kwon wrote it in his own hand and what the documents of his company say about the pretender to the post of prime minister.

But that's why there are supplementary questions.

- How many times and when did Milojko Spajić's uncle, who helped him in the campaign, meet with the director of the National Security Agency and its inspector general?

- Did Spajić also sit with them, where were they, who was there and what were they talking about?

Prime Minister Dritan Abazović made them public ten days ago, but there is still no answer...

Monday, June 26 - To the often asked question, whether Do Kwon is a reliable witness, the answer is given at the beginning of his letter:

"Dear Prime Minister, Minister of Justice and Special Prosecutor, I have known Miki Spajić since 2018 - at that time he was an active investor in the crypto-currency industry and we became friends with a very successful investor relationship.

As we started investing in a new industry early on, we were both successful, and my understanding is that he retired from business in order to spend his energy in dealing with politics in his country," states the letter published on TV Prva.

Do Kwon goes on to write - reports that TV - that he has remained in contact with Spajić for the past five years.

"And when he came to Serbia at the end of last year, he told me that he was also in Belgrade and invited me to visit his family (former partner and child), and he also came to my apartment to say goodbye.

We talked about many things, but the primary topic of conversation was his planned candidacy for a high position in Montenegro.

He told me that the main goal of his candidacy was to improve the state's economy by adopting crypto-friendly policies - which I was also a fan of."

So much for the reliability of witnesses.

About the letter, only one more sentence from the very end: "I am available for further contact, if you need additional explanations".

If they were needed, the public was informed after contacting the special prosecutor.

What Do Kwon further informed him about - the public has not yet been informed.

It will be, but I hope before the pretender to the post of prime minister becomes - the prime minister.

Tuesday, June 27 - And when asked if there was a need to spend four days on two crypto-entrepreneurs again, my answer is - yes.

I'm tired of these affairs that last as long as the cat's husband and - remain unresolved.

That's why, much more than the interference in the election of the Government that has been going on for almost two decades, I was shocked by the position of the US ambassador about the possible interference of the crypto-community in the (pre)election process.

- I don't know what to think about Mr. Do Kwon's name suddenly becoming very, very popular in the media. It didn't make much sense to me. I think the voters would really be more interested in what the parties stand for and what they can get from the political parties, who are the political leaders of those parties, what they intend to do, what are their values - Judy Reising-Rejnke intervened in the sovereign right of Montenegrin voters to they decide on the basis of which they will vote for someone.

During these three decades, they had enough opportunities to get to know almost all the parties and their programs, as well as the leaders and their intentions.

This time, PES and its leader were unknown to them, that's why they have the right to know everything about his connections with the man who is wanted by the USA for stolen billions.

Mrs. Rijzing-Rajnka's answer to the Voice of America's question about whether she had met the protagonist of the latest affair, Milojko Spajić, was really strange.

- I don't know if I have met him since the recent parliamentary elections, but I have met him since the time he was the Minister of Finance, and occasionally in the last couple of years - she answered, although only 13 days passed between the election and the interview.

What he knows for sure is that "the Coalition for the Future of Montenegro is not perceived as a partner in Washington".

And that the statements of the ZBCG leader that such an attitude of America represents interference in the electoral will of the citizens and the sovereignty of Montenegro are "provocative" and "unfounded".

Of course they are not, especially because it is precisely in Washington that they know best what all the consequences can be caused by the segregation of citizens.

The only difference is that the USA abolished racial segregation a long time ago, and Montenegro has only been trying to deal with national segregation in recent years.

NSD is presented as the national party of Serbs by name, DNP is not by name but by practice.

Whether Washington considered them a partner or not, their representatives must be in the Government because of the election result.

But not only because of that. But also because of stopping a new form of segregation, within the same people.

And the most numerous in the region.

How? So, judging by the attitudes of not only the USA but also the EU, the voice of Serbs from Montenegro is not as valuable as the voice of Serbs from BiH and Croatia, where their representatives have been in all governments for two or three decades.

Or from Serbia, where only Serbs sit in the government.

But their leaders are on the "black list" of the West?

Some, like Milorad Dodik, are.

But Aleksandar Vučić is not that he is not, he is clearly the most desirable partner of the West in the region...

* * *

Wednesday, June 28 - The Bosniak party does not have those concerns, it is a desirable partner for the West and for every home government.

And it should, just like Albanian and Croatian...

And I am completely delighted with the extraordinary success of BS in the parliamentary elections.

And her request to manage the security sector.

Why?

Well, because he will be able to solve four crimes extremely quickly that have been traumatizing Bosniaks in Montenegro for decades, but not only them.

In what order they will do it, I don't know. But I remember the order in which they happened:

Bukovica, deportation, action Lim and Kaluđerski Laz...
