Friday, June 30 - I am completely delighted with this non-paper of the European Commission. I don't know what the announced yes-paper will be like, but if I were to ask myself, I wouldn't change anything.
After unprecedented nine-year successes in the Euro-integration of Montenegro, everything went to waste in just nine months?!
Who lost focus here - the Government of Dritan Abazović or the European Commission of Ursula von der Leyen - that is the question...
Just relax, the new crypto-Government will take care of it by next June, especially if DPS is somehow encrypted into it.
This month, I am giving over nine to the incoming Government because that report found me in Petrovac. It is possible that I have overlooked something, the crowd on the beach does not allow thorough reading...
I couldn't overlook the most important assessment. It is eye-popping that Montenegro has lost focus on key EU reforms, especially in the area of the rule of law.
Despite the fact that some conclusions seem as if he also found Brussels officials on the beach at the end of June, I might have agreed with the first one if it weren't for one detail...
I'm kind of confused by the timing of the aforementioned loss of focus.
- From June 2022 to March 2023 - that's how it turns out according to the EC's non-paper.
What was the state of the rule of law during the decade preceding last June - they did not write.
And it's good that they didn't, otherwise the report from Brussels would look like a Chinese copy of the report of the NOV and POJ commissioners from the era when the Euro-integration of the Balkan countries meant only Moscow.
Until 1941, we had nothing, and then the Germans came and took everything from us - the communist comrades knew how to spin even in the first post-war years.
Three years after the fall of the regime of their successors, the EC report is missing only one paragraph:
- Since June 2012, all DPS units, in cooperation with reservists from smaller parties, were focused day and night on chapters 23 and 24... And then, in April 2022, domestic traitors - under the command of Dritan Abazović - with the help of occupiers from neighborhoods went on the offensive...
There were no human victims at Ljuba's grave, only two chapters were killed: Justice and Fundamental Rights (23) and Justice, Freedom and Security (24).
How can we now bring them back to the focus that the European allies write about?...
Simply, by the return of DPS to power. Or at least in power...
Where did I get that idea from?... It's not mine, but Jens Stoltenberg's.
How does his ode begin... dear Milo... then thanks for your dedication to NATO...
At the end, for a new start, he wished him success in his future work...
And for dear Milo, there would be no greater success than the return of DPS to power...
Or at least in power...
And what can the bare-handed EU commissioners do but follow NATO...
And to send us non-papers...
In which, after the return of the DPS to power or at least to power, the only thing missing for the accelerated return of the rule of law to the focus of Montenegro is the return of Vesna Medenica and Blaž Jovanić to the judges' chairs, after the dismissal of the indictments...
Both Milivoje Katnić and Ivica Stanković to the prosecutor's office, after the recognition of their retired status...
So much for refocusing on the judiciary and chapter 23...
And what about crime and corruption?
And them back in focus, together with Peter Lazović and chapter 24.
But it's not a negotiation chapter, but the Sky application!
It is not, but it is the legal acquis of the EU. That's why Lazović was immediately released, he was arrested after losing focus...
Both Ljub Milović and Radoj Zvicer and all their business partners should be removed from the warrants. And they were announced only because the Government lost its focus...

Saturday, July 1 - The Constitutional Court has finally returned to its lost focus, but not on Euro-integration but on its work. And accepted SDP's appeal.
The vote will be repeated on July 8, and we will know whether it will help the SDP on Sunday evening.
What I know since the dissolution of the Liberal Alliance is that that party is necessary for the parliament until all the crimes of the DPS from the nineties are cleared up.
Another reason is the original ideas of social democracy. Kojima SDP has yet to return, after the former leaders diverted their focus from the original path.
Returning to that path, for starters, means returning to the original 1936 Belvedere tradition.
Let her Chinese copy from 2021 be left to the DPS...
And to his patrons from the Sky application...

Sunday, July 2 - It is not from Sky, but it is for applying, at least in the additional meaning: to study carefully, to pay close attention to something, to take care, to get down to some work...
And Danilo Šaranović from Demokrat did not join, but focused with all his might on the rich archival heritage in Podgorica's "Čistoća".
- The budget lacks four and a half million for salary payments to employees - that's how his first principled report on the work of the former administration read.
In details from "Cleanliness" - broken garbage collection vehicles, sick leave, two million debts, empty account, donations, sponsorships and other dubious business.
- Like his political father Vuksan Simonović, who at one time carried non-existent evidence in Bara, Danilo Šaranović, trainee-deputy, brought a pile of papers to SDT - responded the Podgorica board of DPS.
And so, by refocusing the tobacco affair in the public spotlight, he buried himself, the party, and the boss.
First, because social networks are now flooded with requests from young people and the public that the media, after twenty years, also make them see a series of articles from Nacional about the tobacco mafia.
Secondly, due to the fact that the trial against the main suspect before the court in Bari was returned to the public eye.
Because the evidence did not save him from the accusations of Giuseppe Selzi "for mafia association and international cigarette smuggling".
Rather, it is a confirmation that, as the head of state, he has - international immunity.

Monday, July 3 - Uh, I almost forgot the focus of the DPS Presidency on the report of the European Commission.
- The governments of Zdravko Krivokapić and Dritan Abazović are to blame for stopping Montenegro on its European path - only the last three years have been the focus of Andrija Nikolić.
And then, responding to President Jakov Milatović, Duško Marković denied it.
- The Government cannot be responsible for the lack of reforms in the judiciary, but the Assembly - the last Prime Minister from DPS confirmed what the President of the outgoing Government has been claiming for a year and a half.
And word for word he repeated Dritan Abazović's many times repeated explanation:
- The lack of reforms in the judiciary happened not because of the Government, but because of the impossibility of political actors to reach the necessary majority in the parliament for a step forward in this regard, which continues to this day.
And when did that "which continues to this day" start?
- The stagnation of Montenegro on the way to the European Union started in 2018 - the then prime minister and deputy president of DPS frankly admitted.
What caused this stoppage, as Duško Marković says:
The first cause is President Macron's request to stop the enlargement process until reforms are carried out within the EU institutions.
The second is a consequence of that request: Brussels practically suspended negotiations until the new negotiating framework imposed by France is defined.
The third cause was the elections for the new convocation of the European Parliament and the new European Commission.
The fourth is from 2020, the fight against the pandemic was the only priority for all EU countries, as well as the whole world.
Duško Marković did not mention the fifth cause - the three-decade rule of the former regime - for objective reasons.
However, it is not realistic to expect such honesty from anyone from the top of the DPS.
At least not until the last episode of the Sky series...

Tuesday, July 4 - My focus was this evening on Reflektor, but I would not repeat what the public has already heard.
For this part of the diary, just one addition, not from the Sky app but from non-paper. Which, if I understood correctly, all participants believe as much as the papers from Europol.
- Chapter 24 undertook an ambitious reform of police human resources, including the creation of hundreds of new jobs, the establishment of new units and the recruitment of new staff.
- The investigation into drug trafficking led by the SDT resulted in the arrest of the acting deputy director of the police and several police officers, suspected of protecting criminal interests.
- This was followed by the dismissal of the police director and a broad reconstruction of middle managers in the Police Directorate for the fight against organized crime.
- Montenegro continued excellent international police cooperation.

Wednesday, July 5 - The Bosniak Party intends to continue the excellent cooperation with all governments in the last decade.
The pretender to the position of Prime Minister Milojko Spajić is now required that the head of BS Ervin Ibrahimović be:
- Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign Affairs,
- Vice President for European Affairs,
- Vice President for Political System and Internal Policy,
- Vice President for Security,
- Minister of Foreign Affairs,
- head of the commission for the political system,
- coordinator of security services.
Seven?!... wait for me to write it down, I say to the neighbor who has a habit of shocking me with bomb-news at midnight...
Don't worry, you will surely read tomorrow on all the portals, he said and left...

Thursday, July 6 - Read it. And took a picture. Just in case...
Lest I be accused of persecuting politicians on national grounds...
And now I'm off to practice setting my watch with my middle finger extended...
As I put my thumb and forefinger together, the other three curl up and stick to my palm...
I trained for two nights, it doesn't work...
