PEtak, May 31 - It was a big step towards Montenegro joining the community of democratic states, after five months of the IBAR campaign...
For the adoption of twelve laws, which should bring us to the final benchmarks for chapters 23 and 24, the deputies were given a deadline of - two days.
The legislative authority is prohibited from submitting amendments to those laws.
For consolation, one(s) of good news: The President of the country will not issue a decree on the promulgation of the Law on National Public Service due to the lowering of the criteria for the selection of the general director of RTCG.
And what does bad sound like?
And the current general director was elected according to lowered criteria, in order to lower the already lowered reputation of the public service...
But also the judicial authorities, which have already passed several verdicts on the subject.
So, what are we going to do now?
Nothing, Boris Raonic can calmly wait for the end of his four-month mandate...
In vain of irrefutable evidence, the remaining two branches of state power - executive and legislative - were not allowed or wanted to enable the execution of court verdicts...
And it was not complicated, it was only necessary to remind the Council to choose a new general director from among the remaining candidates.
The rest, excluding Boris Raonic.
About a hundred top representatives of the state government spent more than three years interpreting that one word.
And the public service went back, but not three, but thirteen years...
To convince the public, the last interview with the prime minister, a Chinese copy of his seven-time role model-predecessor, was enough.
With the difference that model-editor Radojka Rutović tried her best to convince TVCG viewers that Milo Đukanović came to the studio at her invitation...
And not her on his...

Saturday, June 1 - I don't know whose call MP Vasilije Čarapić zealously advertises on media laws, but I do know that for the media, their viewers and readers, and especially for PES, it would be healthy if they scaled back a bit...
To kick him out of the movement?
No, no, it was far from being said, but to expel from it the spirit of a model party which also arose from a single movement.
- Voting for these laws will be a litmus test when it comes to the European orientation of certain political subjects - Čarapić complicated in accordance with IBAR's rhetoric...
And it wasn't necessary, it could have been drastically simplified, following the Stalinist model...
- Whoever is not with us is against us - that's what JV Dzhugashvili said in the first half of the last century...
Or simply simple, as one of his followers, also deceased, did at the end of that century...
- March out, band of traitors - that's how the first democratically elected Stalinist at the head of the parliament addressed the MPs of LSCG in 1991...

Sunday, June 2 - On PES's list of traitors of the aforementioned European orientation, Neđeljko Rudović occupied the first place all last week.
- We are shocked by the statement of the Director General of the Media Directorate that the Ministry had no insight into the amendments to the media laws, since the Movement Europe club submitted its suggestions to the Government on April 30 - he said...
... Vasilije Čarapić, and who else would dare to have a public conflict with publicly available facts, after the former was already expelled from PES for the same reasons...
And how do I know that colleague Rudović, as always, spoke only the truth?
Well, from the same denial in the attempt by which MP Čarapić denied himself.
In which it is not only written but also confirmed with a copy of the document that the PES amendments were not addressed to the Ministry of Culture and Media but - to the Minister of European Affairs, Maida Gorčević...
And, will PES now publicly apologize to Neđeljko Rudović for lying to deceive the public, to sabotage the work of his own government, to humiliate the integrity of the parliamentary group and to obstruct the obtaining of IBAR by working for someone's personal and not public interest?
Of course they won't...
Where did I get that from?
A little from experience with that movement, especially with the truthfulness of its leader, both before and after he became prime minister...
And more than that American bulldozer-diplomat whose description of the prototype of the Balkan fraudster leader looks like this:
- He lies, I know he lies, he knows I know he lies, but he still lies...

Sunday, June 2 - A lot of lies have been told these days in Jasenovac and Srebrenica, and why - those who lied know best. To them and killing the victims again...
For those who believed them, just a brief refresher on why Montenegro, before all others, was obliged to say "yes" to the Resolution on Srebrenica.
Firstly, due to the participation of the Montenegrin state leadership in the political preparations for the formation of SAO Herzegovina, the ultimate outcome of which is the genocide in Srebrenica.
Secondly, due to the military assistance provided by Montenegro to that SAO right after its formation on September 12, 1991. It's not like everyone has forgotten that the battlefield where the Montenegrin state sent its reservists was called the Dubrovnik-Herzegovina battlefield...
Thirdly, the Serbian Autonomous Region of Herzegovina included a part of Eastern Herzegovina with a majority Serbian population, and had its capital - Trebinje. In order to make it both Serbian and autonomous, ethnic cleansing began.
Fourth, the fact that the ethnic cleansing of Foča, Trebinje, Nevesinje and other municipalities was given the name "humane resettlement" does not absolve Montenegro of its guilt. Our government not only knew then what it was about, but two years earlier it also came to power with the song "The Zeta flows through Montenegro, the Neretva will soon"...
Fifth, after the renaming of SAO Herzegovina to Republika Srpska and the effective expulsion of Bosniaks from that territory, a member of the Supreme Command of the FRY from Montenegro submits a report that the job "has been successfully completed and that the only thing remaining is the annexation of the RS to Serbia and Montenegro, i.e. FRY".
Sixth, seventh, tenth... not to prolong...
The epilogue is the genocide in Srebrenica.
Expected, planned and prepared since September 1991, possibly earlier.
Did Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić announce it to their friends from the Montenegrin government at the beginning, only at the end or not at all - this can only affect the prosecutor's investigation into the military responsibility of the state of Montenegro.
It cannot be political, because no political wisdom was necessary to know that the name SAO excludes the survival of other nations in that territory...
That is why political support for every UN resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica, whoever and whenever they propose it, is the least that Montenegro has to do.

Monday, June 3 - Those who understand what Srebrenica is to us, do not need to explain what Jasenovac is not.
And it is, above all, neither the political nor the military responsibility of Montenegro.
Not only because it did not exist as a state at that time, but also because neither the perpetrators of the crimes in Jasenovac, nor their principals, had residents from its territory.
If the suspicions related to the infamous Maks Luburić are excluded.
And whose fault is Jasenovac?
First of all, the NDH and its Ustasha criminals, but also all the collaborationist authorities outside the NDH that delivered from their territories arrested Serbs, Jews, Croats, Roma and other victims who died for the nation...
In their shadow, unfortunately not only these days, communists who are killed because of the idea...
The truth about Jasenovac was available to everyone in Montenegro, as well as in all the republics of the former SFRY, since 1945.
That crime was not the subject of the Nuremberg trial, because twenty-four of the biggest war criminals were tried there.
From November 1945 until the end of that process, all information from that trial was available to every Yugoslav.
The truth about Jasenovac is also not hidden. In all schools of the SFRY, it was one of the important lessons that no generation of students could forget.
Jasenovac was one of the execution sites unavoidable during school excursions, and it is very dangerous today to spread lies about how the communist authorities covered up a monstrous crime.
And why was the crime in that camp not declared genocide?
For the same reason that the war criminals in Nuremberg were convicted of conspiracy against world peace, planning, launching and conducting a war of aggression, crimes against the laws and customs of war, as well as crimes against humanity.
Unfortunately, not for genocide.
Not because it did not happen, but because the crime of genocide was defined only on December 9, 1948, by the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, which was adopted by the United Nations three years after the beginning of the Nuremberg Trials...

Tuesday, June 4- The Assembly begins.
The resolution on Jasenovac is not on the agenda at all...
So much for the sincerity of the applicants and everyone who supported them, led by PES...

Wednesday, June 5 - And what is there at the long-announced meeting?
Discussions about the IBAR laws, which are more appropriate for the Ibar highway than for the Montenegrin parliament...
Decisions about the Supreme Court are invalid?
Nothing to anyone, the important thing is that the election of Ana Vuković as president was blocked. And to speed up the law to IBAR, we will change it later...
Abolition of the court in Danilovgrad?
Oh, and that's up to IBAR, after that we'll cancel that cancellation...
And what will we do with the fact that the president of the Supreme Court can now be someone who was not part of the judicial organization?
And it's like the one with the aforementioned general director of the public media service, lowering the criteria to the minimum...
And below him, because PES candidates cannot be elected otherwise...
And now I choose silence...
Because I can't choose words anymore, I barely lasted this long...
