There are many associations on the topic of the difference between a fascist and an anti-fascist, fascism and anti-fascism, and they are not only related to the Second World War. Fascism is not only Hitler, Mussolini, Pavelić, Kalabić or Ljotić, and anti-fascism Tito, Koča, De Gaulle, Churchill and Roosevelt.
After all, what do the mentioned names mean to the majority of adult citizens of the region, when they were born and grew up in the time of some new, local fascism, produced at the end of the 80s of the last century, cultivated from the former Gazimestan to today's (Belgrade) All-Serbian Assembly! Because in that last Balkan war, there were no defeated people who, like the Germans after '45, were de-Nazified. Everyone, due to their size, contribution and role in the largest slaughterhouse on the soil of Europe after the Second World War, continued to blame their neighbors for crimes and ethnic cleansing, cherishing their own criminals as national treasures and pride.
It is no wonder that from such a gem of local national socialism, organized crime and turbo-folk, or on the basis of the politics personified in the eastern hemisphere of the Balkans by the Serbian leader, the Serbian church and Ceca Ražnatović, the personality profile represented by Marko Kovačević emerged. If he were not the mayor of Nikšić, he would be a football hooligan. Being mayor is a tragedy for Nikšić and a great satisfaction for Kovačević, his party and coalition partners. Among them are the supposedly anti-fascist PES, Democrats and Hurrah.
The difference between the pro-fascist region and the anti-fascist Europe is best witnessed by Kovačević himself. Marine Le Pen would have reported him to the French police and the prosecutor's office as a "Petenova" and collaborator, while the German AfD would have sent him to some clinic for rehabbing Nazism after an interview for admission to its youth. Since he would present to them his view of the past and the future contained in the sentence - everything we do and learn today should be tied to heaven! Where Kovačević, Mandić, Knežević and company are waiting for the winners, the Christian warriors, our ancestors, and the losers - the Turks, our enemies.
But we don't live in vain in the age of social networks, so a good voice can be heard far away, and Mark's the furthest. All the way to Ankara and Istanbul. Babo Erdogan then, as if I was watching him, turned his brother (by autocracy) Vučić and this one a puppet from Marko's political father Mandić, who conciliatoryly ordered the greatest talent of the NSD and the Serbian world to revise his position. The chauvinistic farce of Kovačević thus entered the finale with a new speech by Mark in the form of an announcement in which the hero of the folk song switched from shit to plowing. And then the Montenegrins did not turn out to be so fictional, or not quite the same as the Herzegovinians, while today's Turks are respected as respectable investors, not even like medieval invaders.
And we would put an end there, with the conclusion that it was a local, fascist outburst, or a returning criminal, a MK football hooligan, if the man was not the mayor of the second largest city in our beautiful homeland and the vice president or some important figure at the top of the parties of the current government. Not by the number of MPs, but by the ideology and values that the government inherits and promotes. Spajić, Mandić and Turkin Marko, is there a difference? So, the easiest thing would be to say, who the hell, another little Kovačević's hogwash, but how when his leader is the current head of the parliament, who threatened us the other day that next year at the Frankenstein parliament in Belgrade there will be more Serbian states than the current two. Although even those two are not states in many respects, but let's stick to strictly formal reasons - one is recognized only as an entity and the other does not know where its borders are! Unless they are in Mark's heavenly kingdom where everything is so wide and boundless that Serbia seems as if it is as far as Tokyo.
The essential problem is therefore not manifested fascism, the case of the Youth MK, not even its conciliatory leader Andrija M., but society's tolerance of fascism. First, political leaders, and then institutions and NGOs, some because of coalition agreements and partners and others for the sake of so-called political correctness, talk about the right and extremism instead of calling things by their real name - fascism. Thanks to this minimization of the disease, it has metastasized to the level that it has become quite acceptable for the leader of such a worldview (Mandić) to occupy the leading position of the Assembly, while his counterpart Knežević is preparing for the ministry of education. Their ideological followers, the little Kovacevics, are already at the head of numerous parliamentary committees, their local leaders lead their cities and municipal assemblies, while party members have taken directorships in schools, hospitals and state enterprises. All in fraternity with the supposedly anti-fascist PES, Ura and the Democrats. Only Erdogan's anti-fascists from the Bosniak Party are failing so that Montenegro gets an ethnic government, national puppets, whose parentage is outside the borders of the country they lead and represent.
For this dangerous experiment in Montenegro, Vučić, Rama and Erdogan are missing only their decade-long partner and brother Đukanović. Under whose wise leadership, Montenegro was transformed from the concept of a civil state to a model of ethnic flags and flags.
Fueling Montenegrin nationalism with partners from the "Kavački" clan, ghettoizing Serbs and encouraging Bosniaks and Albanians to see their motherland in Sarajevo and Tirana, Đukanović introduced Montenegro into a dangerous vortex of ethnocentrism, which then produces this fascism of a certain Marko Kovačević.
This kind of government is also the result of decades of autocracy. At the head of which was executed Milojko Spajić, who has no idea about values and civil society, for whom genocide and fascism are a matter of quotas and reciprocity, and who only cares how to retain power, he does not ask for the price. Especially since he can also pay with cryptocurrency.
Thus, the traditionally left-wing and libertarian Montenegro turned out to be a region of some sort of Herzegovina, the Montenegrin heroes from Grahov and Vučje dol copies of Mandić and Knežević from the Seventh Battalion, and our fellow citizens of the Islamic faith the direct descendants of the Ottoman conquerors, and thus the original enemies. In such a Montenegro, blessed by all the parameters of the Serbian world, there are fingerprints of almost all parties from the local political scene. That's why, instead of switching who put fascism on whom, it would be more effective if everyone individually looked in the mirror and saw where exactly they are leading this society. Under one, second or third excuse! And fascism demands only one answer - No pasaran!
