The defeat of the police, the army and - humanity

It's not a safety issue, but it's a moral disaster, the police controversy with the locals about when and how many times they called her. That a greater defeat of humanity is possible is shown by the scheduling of the parliamentary collegium due to - the displacement of flags

Friday, October 25 - What was the public outcry at the so-called public media service. Fourth degree black belt holder Vladimir Jokovic dared to question the expertise of environmental activists just because they oppose burying the corpses of infected cattle next to water sources...

And that he constantly challenges the right of an experienced farmer to speak on behalf of others whose farms have been decimated.

Because of what fever? No matter what, farmers and dairy farmers suffered the most damage due to "terrible and largely unjustified media captions (with a T, that's exactly what he said, note a.) and scenes with which they wanted to show everything in the worst possible light"...

And who are those who wanted it? Well, "certain media that did not listen to the voice of the profession, and environmental activists and citizens appeared with the help of some media"...

Was the holder of the fourth degree black belt also thinking of Vlad Lakić, who was present in the studio, a farmer who out of twenty cows was overtaken by only two?

- I am referring to anyone who went public with limited knowledge and wanted to advertise himself. First of all, I don't know that he is the owner of the cows, he is not registered with us as an agricultural producer and does not receive subsidies. Whether they have any persons connected with him to receive it, that's another matter - that's how he answered.

That related person is, by the way, the head of the household and the wife of a farmer "with limited knowledge"...

- And why did you transfer her, if it wasn't for the 10 percent more that women have as property owners - the question followed for unlimited blam.

And unprecedented misogyny, as the "grant stars" say, who have not yet deigned to warn Vladimir Joković that women also have the right to deal with cows and farms.

Joković took away the right to deal with the fever and its consequences as a minister.

And for at least four reasons:

First, due to the fact that fourteen infected animals were buried in the Oraška jama basin, from which the citizens of Danilovgrad drink water.

Second, because in Nikšić, corpses of infected cows were buried on private property, without the owner's knowledge.

The third reason is that they were not even buried in Pješivci, they were just thrown into the ravine by the road.

And which is the fourth? Well, that one is almost four months old, when the request of the farmer from Danilovgrad to test not only the sick but all the cows on all the farms in Montenegro for which fever was rejected. And all those outside the farms, wherever possible...

They are not, unfortunately, and that is why Prime Minister Milojko Spajić should also be subjected to a political test.

With only one question: will Vladimir Joković be the Minister of Agriculture even after the next session of the Government...

Saturday, October 26 - The question of whether he will continue to be the Minister of Police will soon, I hope, be answered by the Minister himself.

Not because of the so-called command responsibility, it obliges only the director of the Police Directorate, his assistants and further in the chain of command to resign.

The reasons why Danilo Saranović can no longer be a minister are, above all, political in nature.

Because the police was brought to this state by the policy of the Government in which he (still) sits, although he should have left a long time ago, when the Prime Minister, shamefully, took away his legal powers.

And the situation is catastrophic, because the police, which is obliged to guarantee the safety of 623.633 inhabitants on the territory of the whole of Montenegro, is not capable of protecting even two people in one village.

Who could have known that someone's life was in danger in that village? Well, everyone in the police who was informed that a criminal of that caliber had appeared had to know that - after the policemen left - he would take revenge on those he suspected of having reported him.

It is not a safety issue, but it is a moral disaster and a polemic between the police and the locals about how many times and when the appearance of a man unknown to them was reported.

Even if it is true that only one call was registered, at noon on the day of the murder, that does not justify the decision for the police officers to leave Sokolac the same evening.

There is no justification for the decision to send only police officers from the Bjelopolje security department to Sokolac after the murder.

The locals consider the engagement of anti-terrorist and special units, helicopters and drones to be overdue, but their opinion seems to be of no interest to anyone...

Sunday, October 27 - It is interesting that none of the locals wanted to welcome us into their home tonight - a TV reporter reported from the field.

She did not explain what was interesting to her, but her interpretation of such behavior of the locals seems more than interesting to me.

- This means that people are still afraid - she concluded.

From a journalist? Difficult, it will be sooner if they and their media got on their heads. Who, apart from Jelena and Vijesti, gave so much space and time to the denials of the locals that after each of their sentences essays by officials from the police or politics followed.

Monday, October 28 - While the search for the killer is still going on and the hope for a successful epilogue is increasingly fragile, the police minister also made a mistake about the residents of Sokoc.

I understand, of course, the previously undertaken obligations and the conversation between Danilo Šaranović and the European Union Commissioner for Internal Affairs Ilva Johansson.

But the announcement of that conversation sounded just kind of inappropriate.

Especially because of the claim that "we are building a police system in accordance with Union standards" and that "through the constant improvement of police work, we are strengthening the professional integrity of officers".

But this place...

We should have really had the guts to tell the public that "our results sent a strong message (...) that we have the capacity to protect the safety of citizens" - three days after the reputation of all the security services was destroyed.

About the fact that the guest was "impressed by the measures in the reform of employment in the police" and that "the progress of Montenegro on the way to the European Union is really impressive" I would not on this occasion...

European officials will deal with this after we are accepted into the EU...

Or make fun of misery, when they see the state of Montenegro...

Tuesday, October 29 - And what is the state of our prime minister, we watched live for almost five hours.

- Tomorrow is a big day for Montenegro, because tomorrow we present the progress report, i.e. the progress that Montenegro has achieved in one year - Milojko Spajić did not hide his joy.

It was not even necessary, for this state of affairs in the country he is really the most responsible.

- What we have done regarding the list is a source of pride for all of us. And that was evident, President von der Leyen said that Montenegro's progress was phenomenal, she was delighted with our progress - he continued happily.

And full of himself, as if there were no censuses in Montenegro before him.

- The European Commission will propose to the Council of the European Union to draw up an agreement on the accession of Montenegro. Folks, that's big news - well, there, despite the EU envoy's statement that it's a purely technical issue, he was already caught up in the hype.

And that in the full sense: too excited, too excited, too stressed...

- Please let us all pause for a moment - he said at the end, but did not explain why...

Just in case, I paused and turned off the TV...

Wednesday, October 30 - I managed to watch the whole session only a day after that stoppage.

And realized that the real prime minister at the prime minister's hour was in fact Andrija Mandić.

And that the rising pressure - national, political and blood pressure - which it causes in an extended period of time cannot be stopped until all adult residents have memorized at least nine articles of the Constitution.

To begin with, I will task the readers with only the four most important ones.

And start from the end, that is. from the last article of the Constitution before the transitional and final provisions...

- Changes to Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, 15, 45 and 157 are final if at least three-fifths of all voters vote for the change at the national referendum - that's how Article 157 reads.

It is short, clear and - most importantly - unchangeable without a three-fifths vote in the referendum.

The same as the official Montenegrin language from Article 13.

And a golden double-headed eagle with a lion on the chest and a red flag with a coat of arms in the middle and a golden border and the anthem "O bright May dawn" from Article 4.

And independence and sovereignty and the republican form of government from Article 1.

I know, it was a bit boring, but now I guess it's clear that everything that Prime Minister Andrija Mandić threatens both at the prime minister's meeting and in all other hours remains - unchanged.

And that this was clear to him earlier, he is an excellent connoisseur of the Constitution.

But also that he knows his electorate well. And he knows how to maintain national readiness.

Unfortunately, many members of the opposition do not know him yet.

That's why they fell for his bluffs at this prime ministerial hour as well...

Thursday, October 31 - For Lučindan, Andrija Mandić announced another...

The session of the collegium, where it should be discussed about his decision to remove the Montenegrin flag from the hall of the Assembly and to move the Montenegrin flag from the White Salon.

Who cares about the murder in Sokolac.

And for ruining the reputation of the police and the army...

It is important for Mandić to rattle.

And good for him for that, if the MPs fall for it again...
