If it weren't for the freakish policy of the "father of the nation", there would be no Niko and Ervin, nor would the federalization of Montenegro, on ethnic grounds, take place in the wildest dreams. It's scary, but that's the path that Andrija Mandić leads the banovina: after the logo, citizenship follows, then a chapel on some hillside of Lovćen, the official language is Serbian but also Bosnian, signs on all institutions on three sides and incomprehensible languages, and above them, at the entrances to all ministries and schools, with four and not three flags each, to respect the Albanian black eagle, and in the final the formal federalization of the banovina with a bicameral assembly!
