All that remains is for the entire Government and the parliamentary majority to switch from Cyrillic to Latin, and stop mobbing the Latin letter "u".
And as for yesterday, it was the other way around. A nationalist party was organized in which today's modern and democratic Croatia, a member of the European Union, was accused of the crimes of the Jasenovac Ustasha camp. While Knežević, Bogdanović, Vučurović and other champions of the government once again dug up the innocent victims of the horror camp, bidding again on their number, faith, nation, nothing could reason with them and stop them. They were in their element and on their field, built in the 90s and the "time of evil". As an illustration, the representative of Serbia in the United Nations, who recently protested in New York because Zagreb's airport, or the airport in Cyrillic, is named after the first president of the Republic of Croatia, Dr. Franjo Tuđman, can be used as an illustration. And eight years ago! What madness.
In vain, in the spring, the opposition parties, the most important NGOs, and the only independent media in the country, appealed, begged, begged, boiled down the parliamentary majority, key MPs like Čarapić, not to rush into ruin, not to humiliate their own country, not to bring Montenegro into a subordinate position. about a series of unresolved state issues in relations with Croatia - they laughed at us, pretended not to hear, and finally adopted one of the most shameful documents in the short history of Montenegrin parliamentarism. Formally, the Resolution on Jasenovac, Dachau and Mauthausen, essentially, a document against Croatia and Germany, two EU members. What one of the promoters of that paper, Milan Knežević, admitted immediately, and without coercion, in the presence of the lawyer and Jovana Jeremić: "Germany is the initiator of the Declaration on Srebrenica in the UN and Croatia is the sponsor, so let them face the consequences now"! And then the wonderful Minister Gorčević is surprised that Croats do not understand our dedication to the culture of memory.
Who still remembers the jubilation of the champions of the ZBCG coalition, after the Croatian government put them on the list of undesirable persons?! They joked that their season would be ruined because Vojvoda and Brad Pitt would not make it to Korcula and Rovinj, as they had planned. The inspired leader of the DNP, an admirer of the works of Karadžić and Mladić, then taught his neighbors a lesson: "I don't understand why Croatia is angry because this is for good-neighborly reconciliation and facing the past"!
So that a wise and far-sighted policy, after only a few months, would receive a slap in the face in the form of "non-paper" and lowering the ramp to Chapter 31. And now Milan Knežević or Prime Minister Spajić, with their mouths full, can admit: there's nothing to be angry about, this is just for good-neighborly reconciliation and dealing with the immediate past!
While Mandić and Spajić were thinking of a way to please Plenki and Milanović, after the head of the Assembly with love and emotion invited the head of the Parliament Jandroković to visit our beautiful country, another cold shower arrived for our statesmen and visionaries, this time from Brussels - the president EU parliament member Mecola canceled the meeting with MNE colleague Mandić at the last moment, citing private reasons.
And why everything was in vain, explained the president of HGI Adrijan Vuksanović: "So, you have an anti-Croatian hysteria that has been spreading throughout Montenegro for a year! And if anyone expects that the Republic of Croatia will just observe it silently and behave as they are thought the gentlemen who create all that, then they are wrong, just as they were wrong when passing the Resolution on Jasenovac".
This is how this country got into an extremely unenviable position - that the mascot of Prime Minister Spajić and his real master Mandić are now delivering to Croatia everything they want in order to wash away their delusions and nationalist hysteria. They will, therefore, trade at the expense of state interests in order to reduce the consequences of a policy which, without coercion, and in the presence of a lawyer and Milomir Marić, Mandić himself recently defined as follows: "It is a mistake that Croats identify with Ante Pavelić's Croatia, I think they are wrong, but it's their choice"!
And then you wonder where Marko and Jola got the letter U, Latin, Latin... Or Milan Knežević - after being put on the list of undesirables, the conclusion: "It seems that the Ustasha and the Nazis won, and we lost"! Or the columnists of Mandić's respectable and serious portal in Montenegro headline: "Croat is not a nation but a diagnosis!" And a little earlier, at the beginning of the year, a series of streets in Pljevlje were named after those who fell in the occupying and looting invasion of the JNA and Montenegrin volunteers in Konavle and Dubrovnik. And they will again and again, if they are lucky, that is, if Vraneš, Kovačević, Mandić, Knežević and the like are asked! At least that's how it started in the past year since the formation of the historic 44th Government.
Spajić, uneducated and unscrupulous, like his role model Đukanović, is leading the country into destabilization and disappearance. Political, economic, value. The fact that Mandic is now his guru does not represent any justification. Nor can it be used as a mitigating circumstance in court tomorrow. At least not in the court of history. The Prime Minister introduced the country into uncertainty with economic populism. We are on the threshold of a year in which we expect an even lower level of productivity, a lack of investment, a hole of over 700 million in the PIO Fund, a possible new drop in income from tourism, all of which can push the state coffers towards big problems. Politically and value-wise, the country is on its knees. He is begging Croatia for forgiveness, and he is preparing to play pops and cannons tomorrow. And rush to Prizren, if not to Dubrovnik. Corruption and crime are in full swing, even more nepotism and partitocracy. A friend of the "skals" takes over ANB, and a friend of the "bars" becomes his adviser. Does anyone rational and objective have a dilemma about the direction of this society. Except for Minister Gorčević and her culture of memory.
Instead of going to the future, we are going back to the past, instead of joining the EU, Spajić and Mandić are pushing Montenegro into the Serbian world, which resembles the German world of the second half of the thirties, last century. Or in Cyrillic, vijeka.
The agony of society with the current parliamentary majority will only deepen, with incalculable consequences on the political, educational and economic levels. Which is the only goal of the ZBCG coalition and their boss from Belgrade. The puff-puff policy is moving Montenegro away from the EU, even though the prime minister and his party convince us that we are advancing towards it faster than the tanks of the Serbian-Montenegrin JNA towards Vukovar and Dubrovnik once upon a time.
