That they were arrested - or at least one of them - only after ten years...
Or what they were arrested for...
If their guilt is proven, it will mostly be their shame and shame, because no one is told before being enthroned at the head that they will lie, cheat or, God forbid, steal...
Well, one was suspected once in Hanover because of some glasses and mobile phones, but nothing was proven.
The second one was suspected in Berane due to some breeding heifers, but there was no evidence that they were imported barren because they all farted before the first meeting with the bull...
The fact that the ministers were arrested only after ten - or almost ten - years is a disgrace and a shame for the Montenegrin prosecutor's office. Because of this "only" which confirms his incapacity both before and after liberation...
For what reason they were detained in the first place is still not clear.
To escape across the border, they really had when...
To influence witnesses and destroy evidence, also...
The biggest reward, however, is what the ministers were arrested for...
If of the 50.000.000 (to put it in words: fifty million) euros from the United Arab Emirates, Montenegro was damaged by only 300.000...
If the money of the Abu Dhabi Fund was obtained illegally only by non-governmental organizations...
Well, then this is the disgrace and shame of Montenegro, which confirms that it is a state with severe damage...

Saturday, December 14 - The director of the public media service of our damaged country also got dressed today, for all the money...
Only a week earlier, Boris Raonic refused to appear on TV Vijesti, because his request that his interlocutor be Željko Ivanović was not fulfilled.
Who, by the way, has not been the director of that private television for a long time.
Tonight, dead-cold, he held the bank for two hours in the TV Prva studio, without even thinking that he was blackmailing the host by arresting Marina Jočić.
Who is the director of that private television...
The shame and embarrassment of Raonic's address to Petar Komnenić would not be worth mentioning if it were not for his position.
First, because the one who refuses to present to the public his evaluations and plans regarding the key problems in the public media service - is not worthy of that position, nor of hosting on any television, nor of being quoted in other media.
Secondly, the one who believes that the process of electing the general director of RTCG should be formal and without public debate, even though the release of public service is one of the three essential prerequisites for building a free, democratic and prosperous Montenegro - is not capable of understanding the importance of that function.
Thirdly, the one who considers public pressure - from whose pockets the public service receives twenty million a year - as a negative phenomenon and sees the features of reality TV in it - should not even have been appointed as general director, even if everything was done according to the law...

Sunday, December 15 - The prosecutor's office also suffered, but not only because of its delayed reaction to the illegal election of Boris Raonic.
Rather, it's because she continues to pretend that she didn't hear the RTCG director's statement, given in an interview with her own television, regarding the reaction of the prosecution.
- I have evidence that numerous people, even acting prosecutors in these cases, did negative and illegal things. The prosecutors who acted, there were more of them, had close contacts with organized criminal groups - I copy, just in case, from the portal rtcg.me...
Is it because of this that only in the third - prohibited by law - mandate did they manage to notice some illegalities during the election in the first two, and some new prosecutors are yet to find out about that.

Monday, December 16 - The adaptation of the law to a desirable candidate, which the legislature premiered in honor of the general director of the media public service Boris Raonic, was repeated during the election of the supreme judge Valentina Pavličić...
And that is because, based on the amendments to the Law on the Judicial Council and Judges, the rules of procedure for the work of the General Session were also amended in order to unblock the election of the President of the Supreme Court...
After four years of blockade, for which the resignation of Vesna Medenica was only the reason.
And the cause? Well, those six abstentions who tried to block the election of Ana Vuković as Supreme Judge for an extended period of time could say more about him...
In the end, unfortunately, they succeeded...

Tuesday, December 17 - Apparently, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić will succeed in blocking the return of the inspector general of the ANB by amending the law...
As soon as the Administrative Court ruled for the third time that the Government illegally dismissed Artan Kurti, the executive branch submitted to the legislative branch changes to the law on the secret service.
After their adoption, the judgment cannot be implemented.
Why? Well, for the reason that the post of inspector general will no longer exist. A new one will be introduced in his place - a special controller in ANB.
And Kurti will not be able to return to that job for the simple reason that he never did it...
Logically, that character from the series "Crazy, Confused, Normal" would say...

Wednesday, December 18 - Logically, say all those whom the Montenegrin prime minister either just confused or completely misled since he took over the production of the series of the same name...
Because his reasoning when explaining "professional references that are very important" for the head of the ANB is really not normal...
It is not even realistic that "our sea border was the source of all evil in Montenegro, most of the drugs come mainly by ships", because people are to blame for smuggling, not borders and ships.
Well, yes, "the clans used the port of Bar and Kotor to import cocaine, our people on the ships were couriers and organizers, we also had cigarettes through the Port of Bar, human trafficking and many other unfortunate stories".
But not that it is not good, but it is very dangerous for Montenegro and all of us in it, that the head of the National Security Agency is "someone who has a background in that sphere"...
And Spajić said exactly that...
And he explained that precisely because of that background, "he will surely contribute a lot to the understanding of risks from that sphere of national security"...
So much from the Prime Minister about the security experience of the head of the ANB...

Ivica Janović graduated from the Higher Maritime School in Kotor.
He was a sailor and sailed on MSC ships.
He is a private entrepreneur with no experience in the security sector.
He is the brother of PES MP Tonći Janović.
He is the husband of Zvezdana Barac-Janović, the president of the Management Board of the Marine Reserve.
He is the godfather of Branko Krvavac, the head of the prime minister's cabinet.
So much for the professional references of the new head of ANB...
I don't know what to do with the Prime Minister's claim that "people from the security sector, as well as our international partners, reacted positively to the election of Janović".
Nothing can surprise us from the ruined security services...
That I do not think anything good about NATO is not news, but that is not important.
It is, however, very important that his services have been checking aunts, uncles and schoolmates even for third secretaries in all our embassies for seven years.
That they don't check the biography of the director of the secret service of a member country, and even I didn't expect such a disgrace...

Thursday, December 19 - In the end, I almost got angry myself, considering the MEC's reports on the elections in Berane to be final, even though voting is repeated at one polling station there on Saturday.
It doesn't matter, because even changing the results won't be able to stop the tears of the appellant Dajković...
Whatever the score this Saturday, Pavle Đurišić remains the winner of the election in Gornji Zaostro.
That's why I sincerely hope that the old promise of the Chetnik youth that they will finally erect a monument to him in that village is still valid.
What is it - yes, they tried many times, since the nineties when the young major started to rejuvenate. But they always did it at the wrong time, on the eve of the elections...
And there would always be a handful of traitors to report the underage young major to the right place for causing inter-ethnic tensions...
After the last election, those tensions are definitely gone...
Because Pavle Đurišić won not only in Gornji Zaostro, but in the whole of Berane.
The leader of the European Movement for an (un)ethnically pure Montenegro cleaned up all opponents in such a way that seven decades after his death he received almost 80 percent of support...
It was a great success for the entire Serbian world, equal to the one achieved by DPS three decades ago, when that world was still called Great Serbia...
And then on the field, not only sports, they cheered for Draga, Kosovo and Serbia...
Even then, the citizens of Cetinje, not only sportsmen, were called Ustashas...
And then the inhabitants of Beran, just like all other cities, had exactly the kind of government they deserve...
And that's why thanks to PES and its government that this time they didn't even try to hide whose side they were on...
And finally, happy new year 1990.
