Friday, December 20 - As Valtazar Bogišić said, what is born with a hump is not corrected by time...
Thanks to party trade, the Constitutional Court was not only born grb(av) but also did not have enough time - almost two years - to try to correct itself...
Or, at least, stand up in front of the parties who persistently want to make that court not just a slave, but also a slave...
And at the end of February last year, they convinced us that, after the election of three judges, Montenegro was only a few steps away from joining the European Union.
After the biggest step forward on that path was already made half a year earlier, with the overthrow of the Government of Dritan Abazović.
And during that tranche of persuasion, like all the previous ones during the decade and a half, the European envoys assured us that Montenegro can be seen better from Brussels than from Podgorica.
Many of them are already former, and Montenegro is meeting the conditions to become that at an accelerated pace...
- This is a step in the right direction, a fully functional Constitutional Court is the key to Montenegro's European path - said Tanja Fajon, a former member of the European Parliament.
- The election of judges created all the conditions for the organization of presidential and general elections - Oliver Varhelji, former commissioner for enlargement and neighborhood policy, did not hide his satisfaction.
- Good news from Montenegro - Vladimir Bilčik, former head of the EP delegation for Montenegro, was also happy.
- This is an important step towards a fully functional judiciary in Montenegro - Charles Michel, former president of the European Council, also spread optimism.
- Today we are making a decision on how Montenegro will function in the next 12 years - predicted Simonida Kordić, the recently former president of the Constitutional Committee...
And, unlike other exes, hit...
The former is now the Constitutional Court, and the other state institutions are not feeling very well either...

Saturday, December 21 - The legal procedure for the election of three judges of the Constitutional Court was legal, Snežana Armenko received 77 votes, Dragana Đuranović 75, and Miomirka Tešić 72.
Long ago, however, the aforementioned Bogišić wrote that even "what is not forbidden may not be fair"...
And the Dripac showdown of the MP with one participant, who was elected not so long ago by those same MPs, can be connected with everything and everyone, but certainly not with honesty...
That Dragana Đuranović was born on December 18, 1959, the deputies knew even when they elected her - on February 27, 2023.
Those who were possibly unaware that she was a member of DPS, she informed herself. And in a timely manner, at the first hearing before the competent committee...
Then why the re-invocation of the constitutional crisis, when the previous state barely got out of it at the beginning of last year?
Well, for the reasons of the above-mentioned party trade, that is, commodity exchange...
Taking inventory of the stock, the ruling coalition determined that, without 51 percent ownership of the Constitutional Court, it has no way to the elections...
Neither the premieres at the state level, nor the ones repeated in the capital and other towns...
And, what are we going to do now, the legalists from the old school of Vojislav Koštunica deliberated...
Nothing beyond the law, namely the one on retirement, Article 17, paragraph 2...
If there was simply no choice...

Sunday, December 22 - And there weren't any, I wonder, as long as there was even the slightest chance that Milojko Spajić would pass the census on them.
And God forbid that as a deputy, let alone as prime minister, he continues to make fun of Montenegro and everyone in it...
Especially not with any woman, let alone a member of the Constitutional Court...
And I hope that everyone who has the right to vote today read the shame that he expressed in the form of a congratulation...
- Cheers to the pension, starting in January you will also receive an increase of 50 euros thanks to ES2, we are on time. DPS, despite the membership card, could not provide it to you - Spajić wrote on the Iks network.
Where, under normal circumstances, should that scumbag have stayed...
Unfortunately, the circumstances are not at all normal in the country since he has been prime minister.
Especially not because, allegedly following the European path, he managed to bring that country only to the Ibar highway...
And then he adapted his vocabulary to it, not the state but the highway...
And that cover at the end of the "congratulations" to the judge can't hide it: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur elit Adipiscing!
And that's why, unlike him, I won't hide behind Do not sew beyond the crack...
But in our own way, to make it easier for him to understand...
Shoemaker, not far from shoes!

Monday, December 23 - And Milojko Spajić left, and unacceptably far, the way he did and the reason why he declared today the Day of Mourning.
In that decision, only the motive is indisputable: the crime in Zagreb, in which a seven-year-old student was killed, and three other students and a teacher were wounded.
However, the manner in which the decision on the Day of Mourning was communicated is disputed.
By tweeting the Prime Minister on Ix, the only thing missing was that little bird from the era when that network was called Twitter and served with humor and satire in a short version.
Inappropriate in relation to the tragedy, rude to neighboring Croatia and unworthy of its own country.
And why do I doubt the motive?
Well, because of equally tragic reasons, also in neighboring countries, not even a minute of silence is dedicated to the victims, let alone a Day of Mourning.
In Serbia, in Leskovac, just a month ago, a student was brutally murdered. It did not occur to Spajić and his Government to declare a Day of Mourning.
Not even a condolence was posted, if they sent one at all.
In Albania, in Tirana, a month and a half ago, a student was killed near the school. He died after being stabbed six times by his peers. Spajić and his Government did not declare a Day of Mourning.
There were no condolences in the media on that occasion either.
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, during the terrible floods and landslides in several municipalities, 26 local people died. That tragedy was hard enough for Spajić and his Government for just one telegram of condolence.
The day of mourning in Montenegro was not declared even then...
Serbia, Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina can neither help us nor help us in the matter of European integration, and this process - whether Spajić and the Government are sincerely committed to that goal or not - is the only guarantee of their survival.
Croatia, on both grounds, can help a lot, but also take away...
Prime Minister, after this morbid attempt at political profiteering, there is no more help...

Tuesday, December 24 - And what the prime minister wanted to achieve with the tweet about the announcement of the mayor of the municipality of Pljevlja, I could not understand.
How lucky that he didn't even comment on the photo published by Dario Vraneš with his party colleagues Marko Kovačević and Jovan Vučurović, along with the song "Get ready, get ready Chetniks".
Nothing unusual from Vraneš, we googled both his posts and subsequent justifications...
It is, but not unusual, but inadmissible for Spajić, that in that photo-performance of the mayor of the municipality, who is still in power (i) PES, the obesity of the photographed...
Because it is not normal for the prime minister to have no problem with the content that follows under the title.
It wasn't in the announcement, maybe because of that the Prime Minister didn't realize that the disputed "kebab bodies and red-colored leaves" were not the issue, but something drastically more serious...
To that end, in the end:
The Serbian trumpet blows for me/ From that village of Drenova/ Get ready, get ready, Chetniks/ There will be a great fight/ Thunder Duke Draža/ Throw bombs at the Chetniks!/ From this victory of ours/ The sun of freedom is born.
PS Whichever way President Jakov Milatović turns this week, it will be the end of his political career. The only thing left for him to do is to make sure that the same fate does not befall Montenegro...
